Seth took my car in to replace the radiator on my Acura TL Type S even though he was booked for days as soon as he knew I was passing by MD and was from out of state. No extra charges for expediting, neat work, trustworthy, a total stranger but made me feel at home like I knew this guy for years, and everyone who works there treats you like that. Hard to find a shop that does it all these days. Thank you Seth and your team.

Caught a flat tire riding my motorcycle through some back roads. Tow truck took me to bike shop but it was closed so I ended up getting dropped here to use the air machine. These guys started assisting me right away. They found the nail in my back tire, plugged it up and had back me back on the road within 15 minutes. I really appreciate them helping me out even though they dont work on motorcycles.

Seth got me in on very short notice and got the job done in a pinch as I needed to back to work the day after Christmas. We take all of our cars to Pine Orchard Sunoco. Seth, the owner is a very honest guy and always takes good care of us. We know he will charge us a fair price for the needed repairs. I take all my cars to Pine Orchard Sunoco for ONE reason Seth, the owner & his mechanics are AWESOME! Seth is very friendly and very easy to work with. This is one busy shop (which tells you ALOT of people trust Pine Orchard Sunoco) they will try to accommodate getting your car in and out in a timely manner. HIs mechanic are top notch and very honest. I have to say if you dont trust me try this shop one time, I guarantee they will be you new car repair shop.

My mom took her car here for a state inspect. She was told her rack and pinion was leaking and it would be $700 to replace which is average, but I didnt see any leak of power steering fluid and no symptoms. She gets a message from this place saying that they made a mistake in the quote the repair will now be $1,000. So we took her car elsewhere, and it passed inspect. NO LEAK. I guess this Sunoco is hurting for money.EDIT: if youve known my mom for many years youd know the car is the same car shes had for the last 6 years. Why get a state inspect? Well her insurance wanted that. The car was taken to another licensed inspector 7 days later, and in-between that is a commute to DC. So If there had been a leak, it would have shown up. Oh and about the part being dealer specific, its not.

Seth, the owner is just amazing. He is very honest, upfront and good. I was duped by the Toyota Service Center in Catonsville that my brakes on my SUV needed immediate replacement. Seth and his team looked at it and said that the brakes are good and need no replacement. It is hard to find honest mechanics these days. Thank you Seth and team!!!

Weve had all sorts of unexpected issues with a hand-me-down car and they were quickly responsive, not only doing great work at a price less than others in the area, but pointing us in other directions for other fairly priced services. Theyll be working on all of our cars moving forward.

This shop took responsability for something a dealership didnt want to cover this shop didnt have to do this with this being said i didnt care who was reimbursting me but this pine orchard sunoco shop stood up and covered me for my parts this says alot about this shop i wanna take this time to thank you for your help with this.

Reading prior Google reviews, I was hesitant taking my car there. But I did anyways, and am thankful I did. I had problems with my alternator, as well as with my steering fluid. Both issues got resolved quickly. The quote on getting my alternator fixed was very reasonable. I enjoyed the demeanor of the mechanics there, and especially appreciate the young man who oversees the jobs.

I have taken many cars here for service since I started driving. Eddie took care of us for years and now Seth is taking over. Free air also in the parking lot. Honest work done at a fair price.

Manager Seth will smile and lie to your face to make as much money as possible. He is not a mechanic and has no idea how to run a shop. He often overcharges when he is unsure, and will make up issues. All the loyal customers that used to come here FOR YEARS avoid it now. They will also tell you how they kept coming back to pay for unresolved issues and overall, not to trust this SCAM ARTIST.

Took a car to be state inspected and was told it needed $1200 in repairs but they would do it for $850. They did not provide a printout of the inspection. Took it to Eakles the next day and passed with flying colors. We will never return.

We live across Rt. 40 & have used them over the years for gas & inspections. Our 2000 Lexus convertible would not start (possible battery issue). Instead of having it towed to our usual mechanics in Elkridge, we decided to give them a shot. Very pleased-had the car back within a day, and turned out that it was a main fuse that blew. Very reasonable & unexpected price (They could have told us it was some costly repair- new battery, etc.; & we would not have know the difference!)Seth is in now in charge & told me that they just purchased new diagnostic equipment. Eddie, the previous head mechanic for years, has left. He was a great guy but think he may have been overwhelmed at times.Getting ready to take another car over for some strange rattle so will seehow it goes!

Very bad service. Promised to balance tires in a day, and it took the whole week. One week without my car. They did other work on the car and were supposed to do the balancing too but missed it. Once they got paid for the other stuff, they just kept pushing the balancing out to work on other peoples cars. Money talks. WONT GO BACK THERE, EVER!!!

Incredible service, quick turnaround

I really used to like this place until my 1999 Nissan pathfinder wouldnt start I did the obvious an checked for spark and fuel I could hear the fuel pump turning on I was getting pretty strong spark from the #1 cylinder and the starter was working so I had it towed to these guys I thought they were trust worthy... First they said it was the fuel sending unit then it was the fuel pump which was more than I was quoted... The truck still would not start then after a week the owner Seth calls an say that it was the spark plugs all along In his words the spark plugs were not changed in over 10 years ( I changed the plugs an gaped them to OEM spec less than 10,000 miles ago an have documented service records along with oil changes every 3,000 miles) an he had to clean the throttle body and intake manifold because of it being so gummed up an dirty (I do the throttle body and intake service along with the oil change every 3,000 miles) an if its due to bad gas then I guess I should not get there gas anymore either when 80% of the gas I get comes from them... I picked up the truck from them and started it up to warm up the motor while I signed the paperwork the second I pulled off the lot the truck was hesitating very badly would not accelerate above 30 mph didnt want to shift gears the truck was rabbit hopping all over like the first time someone drove a stick shift an its an automatic... VERY VERY UPSETTING AND DISSAPOINTED I FEEL LIKE I JUST GOT ROBBED AT CHRISTMAS TIME!!!
