I posted my car on Facebook marketplace and was originally contacted by Brent then Trey Miller took over and worked with me to schedule the pickup/sale. The process was incredibly smooth and easy. They gave me a very fair price for my car (more than any dealership was offering) without any back and forth or stress. Then a few days later Roger and Jesse came to me 3 hours away (which was a HUGE convenience) and had all the necessary documentation as well as a printed check for the amount we agreed on. We signed the papers and the process took maybe 20 minutes including some side conversation. The check cleared without issue and I have no remorse for the deal. All 4 of the guys I worked with were great! Highly recommend checking with them to see if they can do you as good of a deal as they did for me.

Tim was so helpful and made buying my first car simple and easy. **edit** Had to change my rating. Since buying my first car any service I’ve inquired about has made me out to feel like the hassle. I brought my car in a month or so ago as the low tire pressure was on. They failed to notice or even check for the screw that was in my tire. A month later I took my car to Dobbs because they could not accommodate me bringing in my vehicle. Not only this, when I did bring in my car about a month ago the service workers were extremely rude to me. I feel like as soon as I bought my car the customer service plummeted. Please do better.

I had a very good experience selling my vehicle and purchasing my next vehicle with Bo Beuckman. The salesman Bruce was easy to work with and made sure I was taken care of around my schedule. I was brought to that area after a nearby Jeep/Ram dealer contacted me trying to get me to come in for a new vehicle. When I arrived at that particular dealership, they didn’t know why I was there, almost as if I didn’t make an appointment, and proceeded to offer me THOUSANDS less for my vehicle than market value. I went to test drive a vehicle I was interested in and sales associate Tim was very accommodating in finding just the right model on the lot. They had a pretty good selection with a variety of option packages and colors. After the test drive I told Tim I would probably be in the following week, he said he would not bug me and he was true to his word. I called back the following week and gave Tim several stock numbers I wanted to look at. We found just the right one and at a great price. Made a deal on the spot and returned the following day to pick it up. Tim had the vehicle beautifully detailed in the delivery area with overhanging roof to keep it clean. AJ the finance manager had me in and out in under 10 minutes then Tim spent another 15 minutes or so going over some of the finer points of the vehicle. A very pleasurable experience all in all. We just bought a used Jeep Wrangler from Tim Schaper and couldnt be happier with the service we have received. The Jeep came with a Hardtop and Softtop. While looking at the soft top it was missing some pieces. Tim was quick to find all the pieces and have me come get them. After a couple days of having the Jeep we found an issue with one of the doors not locking. I was able to troubleshoot the issue back to a part that was broken. I contacted Tim and he responded with bring it to the service department and we will take care of it. I explained I can change the part to make it easier on everyone. He ordered the part and had a service tech delivered the part to my house that same day. We live 45 min away from the store. This is above and beyond customer service. I have bought a lot of cars before and I have never seen this type of service.

I tried to order front driver side leaf spring perch for my 04 F350 Harley Davidson truck . I tried and ordered from over 10 different Ford dealerships that said they had them in stock. Just to find out they didnt have them and canceled my order. This was the only dealership that contacted me and found the leaf spring perch I needed from a different Ford dealer. These are no longer manufactured by Ford, supposedly theres only 1 new leaf spring perch in the United States and I bought it. If it wasnt for them I would have had to scour the wrecking yards for a used perch. Which I did locally and was always the wrong one they made three different ones. I cant thank you enough

Overall had a positive experience with Bo Beuckman as an out of town buyer.Phoned at opening time on a Saturday morning to inquire on a used 2010 Dodge Dakota that had just been listed online (only brand / model my son was interested in, and very hard to find great low mile examples since out of production for ten years!). Mike (sales manger) was very helpful and immediately put me in touch with Jeremy our salesman. The long distant vehicle review was great. Jeremy was kind enough to have a FaceTime session with us and gave us a thorough review of the truck. He provided various vantage points and demonstrated various controls / features of the truck. I provided Jeremy with deposit information over the phone and indicated we would be there in ~3 1/2 hours.Upon arrival, truck was parked to the side with a sold tag already in the window. Vehicle was nicely detailed and ready to drive.Final sales negotiation was as expected given the current sellers market so not much movement and we settled on a reasonable price. I did make a ‘passing’ comment on how I didn’t much care for dealer stickers on my vehicles to which unbeknownst to me, Jeremy removed when he installed the temp tags. Nice touch.Financing was very smooth. Dominic had all the papers in order, explained them, and organized so that I knew what was mine to keep and what I needed to take to the DMV. Great experience.Only negative item is that 10 minutes out of town, the TPMS light comes on. We search to find some place to buy a tire gauge and some place that has a pump. Inflation was fine so we continue the drive home. However, the diversion was annoying and added 30 minutes to our drive. I learned later that the battery in three of the four TPMS sensors in the tires were completely dead. Certainly avoidable as I would have simply liked to have known. Seems to me the computer was reset so the light wouldn’t display. Certainly wouldn’t have changed the purchase, but I don’t understand how this could have been overlooked during the used car reconditioning / intake. Subsequently, 2 weeks after owning the truck it is showing on O2 sensor code. Timing of this is also strangely close to purchase date. This wouldn’t have changed my purchase decision either as I can fix just fine, but another nice to have known.As I am out of town, the dealership didn’t get a chance to correct these issues. The two check lights were the only negatives which is disappointing. Definitely should have been caught during the used vehicle intake process.
