The service is outstanding. The staff is always willing to help me figure out what I need next (or dont need). I never feel like I am being taken advantage of with items I dont need.

Not one person in this business, including managers, seemed to be aware that a world wide pandemic is taking place. No protective masks, zero social distancing, and when I asked the clerk why, her answer was a I dont have to wear a mask if I dont want to. If you value your health DONT SHOP AT THIS STORE !! your life and safety obviously have little value to these incredibly ignorant merchants.

They was able to make an RV key 🔑 that 10 other stores failed at.

Great store and great service

A great small town True Value store thats also locally owned with the owners right in there on a daily basis. If they aint got it theyll get it for you within a week or 2 depending on their delivery time frame. Competitive prices to box stores, and you dont have to drive over the hill and deal with the traffic. Awesome place to get your hardware supply list checked off, and all those honey do tasks accomplished without breaking the bank. Highly recommended.

The expanded selection is very nice. Glad i dont have to drive to Boise every time I need something from the hardware store. Even purchased a drill from them a few months ago. Never had any problems with anything Ive gotten from them.
