This is a very clean large Ralphs very organized very shiny. Ralphs is really good for all of the basics and generally has fair prices. They have a wide selection of everything so this is a recommended store.

I really like the arrangement of the stores, that graphically emphasizes, the separate departments. Its like little neighborhoods that make the shopping experience enjoyable. This store is neat, well lit, and I the prices provide a good value.

Great store with awful customer service. Was waiting about 15 minutes for someone opens a liquor dept doors so I can purchase some elite alcohol. Even though I asked cashier to send someone over there, no one came. Was very upset.

Convenient but can be pricey if not on sale.

Love that its open till 1am. Helps those who like to stay up late and when you shop late there are way less people and its more peaceful. More store need to extend their late night hours. Also have super clean restrooms

HANDY ! We shop here for specific items every now and then. Sometimes it is Bread & Cies - Fig & Anise artisan bread and sometimes it is other stuff !

Chase was great at helping my grandma find some coupon items. Super friendly.

For the uninstructed, go to Ralphs after 10am. Rarely, a line exists. I bought only ice cream through self-service. Fast service happens. 10 minutes, done!Enjoy shopping at Ralphs? I do because the ice cream flavors are bountiful!So grateful! No crowds - no long lines - not surprising since employed people are at their place of employment and not shopping at Ralphs, right?

Ralphs is my favorite grocery store to shop at. The employees are friendly and helpful, and there is plenty of parking. They have a good butcher section and deli department. The store is always clean and well stocked. Their normal prices are usually a bit high, but they usually have lots of items on sale at good prices, plus they have some excellent clearance bargains...

I left my purse in a shopping cart, not once, but TWICE this past year! Both times the team has helped return it to me safely with every penny accounted for. The NICEST team of employees and outstanding management. Thank you! Such a simple thing, and you give me hope in humanity.

It was nice. Even though there is a big sale on 2 liter bottles of Coke they were pretty well stocked. The staff was excellent as usual.

I would like to give 5 stars to the Meat Department at this location! For the third year in a row, I have purchased my Christmas Eve Filet Mignon dinner from Ralphs (34 steaks). Two years in a row I have had exceptional service from the Meat Manager, Tracy. She not only gave me the top Choice meat, she cut it to perfect specifications, and the best competitive price out there...I was also to tickled that she placed a bow on all of my packages of meat to dress up the occasion! Thank you Tracy and your Meat Department group! I will be back to see you soon and definitely you have my business for next Christmas Eve!

The place is super super clean I dont shop here often and the guy was cool when I couldnt find my Ralphs card he just scanned his and didnt give me a hard time I appreciated that. Also, a friend of mine has worked at a different Ralphs for over 10 years and she takes a lot of pride in her work so I think overall that kind of reflects well on the culture at Kroger / Ralphs.

Dont waist your time. Completely under staffed. Stood at the deli for 15 min with no help. Grabbed a pre made salad and stood in like for 20 min to check out.

They have a good selection of beer, wine and liquor. Ill definitely be back as long as they have the four 6-packs for $24 deal and as long as they sell craft beers. One of the nicer Ralphs Ive been too.

Everytime I shop the store is clean and well stocked. The main reason I shop here is the Cashiers are super friendly, experienced and make you feel like they appreciate your business everytime.

I bought alot of gerber for my baby and just when im getting ready to feed her the baby food has been expired for over 2 weeks now. Ridiculous because i bought this yesterday. Totally unacceptable!! Be responsible and careful Ralphs employees!!!

Your store needs 2 to 3 electric carts for the handicap or physically unable to walk!!!! I dont like seeing an elderly customer with a walker WAITING for the one and ONLY electric cart to be available.

People that work there are soooo caring. Especially the people working in the deli they have great knowledge about there products and often recommend to try certain things together

They allow NON SERVICE DOGS and after telling 2 employees about it, neither would approach a woman breaking the as well as having no consideration for other shoppers.

I love Ralph deli. I do half of my shopping here and then walk over to Trader Joes for the rest

Easy to get in and out of yet has the smallish feeling of a Trader Joes but with a larger selection.
