Appliance Factory was my last stop before I was about to throw my hands up and just order online. Most stores either didn’t have the inventory for what I wanted, or the sales person just wasn’t personal and I was left feeling like my needs weren’t being addressed. Then Mr Leon Stevenson came to my rescue, and I am officially a forever customer.Leon listened to what I wanted and helped me so much. He didn’t ignore the budget I was trying to stay within. Purchased all my appliances at the Englewood location. A year and a half ago purchased my CAFE dishwasher and purchased a 4 year warranty. It stopped working about 7 months ago. Has been an absolute struggle just to get it repaired. At this point I have called the store several times and spoke to Roscoe as well as the presidents hotline. Nobody ever calls back. Not sure what to do except remove it myself and drive it back for a refund then buy one somewhere else. Warranty = nothing. Super frustrated with them.

Made the mistake of trying to buy an range from this place. When it did finally show up the door was shattered. I was then informed I could wait months for a new one, be refunded or choose a completely different range. Ended up waiting over two weeks just to be refunded and go with a big box store. Very poor customer service. Save yourself the time and headache and just go somewhere else.

Roger saved me! Our old fridge died and was too old for there to be parts available to repair it so it was time for a new fridge. But I teach online and my kids are doing school online and trying to figure out logistics of buying a fridge was just too much! I called and spoke with Roger and he quickly found one that was available immediately, fit our space, and had nice deep pockets on the doors, even walking out to the showroom to check on how well it would hold my produce. My husband was able to pick it up that afternoon and by bedtime, it was cold with all our things put away. What could have been a day from you-know-where ended up being a day to feel grateful that everything went so smoothly!

Bought a Stove and dishwasher from Elke and she was amazing. She not only found me a dishwasher with the features I wanted but it was cheaper than the one I asked for. She was truly there to help the customer and not push you towards the more expensive items.

I recommend shopping at another store.The sales experience was nice with Appliance Factory. I was even a repeat customer and referred a friend. The second time I shopped bought a washer, dryer, and refrigerator. There were not issues with the washer and fridge, but the warehouse sent a dryer that was broken. Then they delivered a second broken dryer. Then they brought the wrong part to fix it. Then they just left and never called back.I had no contact number for the warehouse and the sales team was helpless to get me any information. The “president’s hotline” rings the sales manger. After weeks of waiting with a non-functional dryer they sent a repair tech. It took weeks to resolve.Whatever you do, don’t accept delivery with a promise that they will come back and finish something. You won’t be a priority after that. I’ll be taking my appliance needs elsewhere in the future.

I need to edit the original review I left. We had a fantastic experience selecting our washer and dryer but the delivery/install part has been rough. Their delivery/install company is supposed to call the night before scheduled delivery to provide a 2-hour window in which to expect them. The night before our first scheduled delivery, we never received that call, so I called the store very first thing in the morning - they reported that we were routed that day and to standby for more info. Not 20 minutes later their delivery company called and said they were waiting at our house. We have not moved there yet, but I said I rush over in ten minutes. They said no, they could not wait, wed just have to reschedule. I was livid because I had taken the day off work to be able to be there for them. So we rescheduled, and its now the night before our second scheduled delivery. We did not receive a call from the delivery company between the hours they said theyd call, so I had to assume we were about to go through this dropped delivery situation again, and I called the store. I was initially told that our best bet would be to camp out at our house starting at 7am so that we wouldnt miss another delivery, which is absolutely unacceptable. I did then receive an after-hours call actually giving us a time frame. I am very relieved to have this information now, but its still been an overall headache of a time. We will not be shopping at Appliance Factory again.

Our refrigerator was on its last leg, so we researched some options we liked and Appliance Factory carried both of them. Heather was extremely polite and super helpful in answering all of our questions and doing some research on each option. We love that they are locally owned and would not hesitate to recommend Appliance Factory and Heather to anyone!
