Wow. Wow. Wow. My business had an unwelcome visitor smash out our door glass and we had to board up on a Sunday night. On Monday Santa Fe had an estimator out and by Tuesday morning they had installed brand new laminated glass in two entry doors. Awesome. And they also came in a full $600 under the next closest bid we got. Its not a wonder this company has such a great reputation. Thanks, Santa Fe Glass!

Called this place to have a sliding shower door installed purchased from Home Depot. They were here on time, very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Explained everything and it was done in 1.5 hours. I am very pleased with the price, workmanship and timeliness of provided by this company. My highest recommendation.

Great place! Just needed a simple replacement of a window pane and they got it done in 45minutes and at a reasonable rate.

Guys that came in for the installation were very nice and thorough. They did a great job. Reasonably priced. Not best practice to call clients at 7 am, though. I ordered the door and it was supposed to arrive in 7-10 days. I didnt get any updates until I reached out myself 3 weeks later. No apologies for lack of communication. Did a great job, but poor customer service.

WARNING: If you want your next project mismeasured and order wrong let Jesse G. the Residential manger take care of your glass needs. He cant spell, cant order nor read a tape measure. These guys also carry fire arms in the work place / especially in the front office they sacred of all the problems and ex employees theyve done wrongly. They dont hire people nor anyone of different race other than whites to work the front office take a lookie youll see.

Décor, antiques restoration, creativity – I love this place! Women are welcome here! Sante Fe Glass has been my go-to place for all things glass/mirrored for the last 16 years. Glass for table tops, frames, shelf-tops, one old cabinet door and a seemingly endless array of thin, thick, &/or beveled mirrors in all sizes and shapes. They are always so nice, helpful, and friendly, no matter how small my then-current project happens to be – they always treat me with kindness and respect. They act like my little antique is just as important to them as it is to me. When I’m trying something I haven’t done before, instead of making fun of me (like a lot of male-centric professions still do – what year is it?), these guys jump in, help, and offer great solutions! With great prices, fast turn-around, and simply wonderful personnel, I don’t know why anyone would ever go anywhere else!

Over the past few years, I have purchased a variety of glass products from this company. The work is always done perfectly, on time and for a reasonable price. If all business were like these guys, the world would be a better place.

Tried to get an estimate to fix windows but obviously Santa Fe Glass doesnt do that type of work. Met woody to look at windows and get estimate that never happened. Even after repeat calls (without ever a call back) to find out about the bid he finally answered phone and told me he was too busy to do the project. I called them based on their five star rating but was completed misled as they are definitely not five star.

Quality work from a professional team, booking through installation. We LOVE our custom glass shower. They even came out to fully support their work a couple of times for some easy tweaks that presented after we started using it. No charge, no hassle -- just wanted to be sure it was right and we were happy.

Sante Fe Glass Inc. staff seen I was in distress about a vehicle failure and offered to help however they were able. Unfortunately it’s a dealer issue but They were super nice about all of my vehicle fluids spilling out all over the parking lot and waiting for the dealership. The employee was very personable; offered best of wishes and Super helpful with information and pricing for future glass replace.

I live in a condo building built in 1962, and have huge, unusual, custom floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. All the parts were original and I haven’t been able to open them for six months because the tracks have been broken. I called several companies, and Santa Fe glass was the first one to say “no problem I think we can do it let’s take a look “. They came out within two days to look at it, got me a quote the same day, did the work within a week of the parts coming in, were on time in every window they scheduled and the price was far better than I expected to pay for this custom repair. I am so happy and thankful.

I stopped in on a Friday afternoon 15 minutes before closing to order a custom piece of glass for a side table. Received a phone call at 9:30am the following Tuesday to let me know it was ready for pickup. Cost was 50% less than what I could find online.It is worth mentioning that I tried 2 other local places before reaching out to Sante Fe Glass. The first place I called 3 times, and nobody answered. They didnt even have an answering machine. The second place didnt answer either, so I figured I would just stop by since I was driving that way anyhow. Must have been a slow Friday because they were closed when I got there (2 hours before their posted hours).Did I mention someone loaded the glass for me when I picked it up? This place will take good care of you. Very impressive.

These guys are just great, from the initial call to installation. I needed a custom tempered panel for a table and it arrived perfectly despite the table not being completely symmetrical. BTW, I did compare their price with a national company Ive used before and Santa Fe was cheaper once shipping costs were taken into account: and, they come out and install, so it was a no brainer.

Our son ran through our friends storm door. I had called everywhere to try to find someone to make replacement glass for it, without much luck. The glass shelves from my china cupboard were dropped and shattered. I found this place on line and am so glad I did. They were great. The shelves fit perfect. I am so happy to have my china cupboard back. Fast, efficient and so happy with the result.

I needed sand blasted glass for 2 bathroom sconces I am making. Many places told me that on 1/8 glass it wasnt possible with holes for my stand-offs. The ones that could were twice the price that the guys over at Santa Fe Glass. They cut the glass exactly to my specifications, and were very professional. In addition, the owner was nice enough to help me with an art project I am working on. I am a cabinet builder . . .from now on I am using Santa Fe Glass!

We dropped by on a Friday afternoon about an hour before they closed. They greeted us happily as we walked in and when we told them we had a piece of glass that needed to be cut, hey helped us immediately and we very nice the whole time. It took them about 5 minutes or less to cut the glass. After that they loaded the glass back into the car for us and sent us on our way. They didn’t even charge us which was a nice surprise! We will definitely use them for our future glass needs!

Arrived on time but did bad work on replacing the window bead around my windows. Left gaps on the corners. When they came back out to fix it their installers try to give me the run around about why it looks like that when the other windows are flush and no gaps. Tech tip. Measure twice cut once.

This company lies on quoted timelines and doesn’t follow through to provide quotes when promised. When I told them I was waiting on their quote to compare to another quote I received and that I was upset that they lied about their timelines of how quick the work would be done or when the quote would be delivered, they told me to go with the other company. They don’t care about whether they provide accurate information or get your business. If they don’t care about this they probably aren’t going to care about how they treat you once they have your business. Don’t believe what they tell you up front.

Excellent service. They can do everything glass related and are very competitive. Also they are not huge corporation so they always have time for their customers. And in case of any misunderstanding they honor their work and promises. So you can always rely on them instead of being send from person to person. I have used them already 3 times: custom shower doors, glass piece for front entry door and custom glass panel for the second shower. All of the prices were great, service fast, communication outstanding. Recommend to everyone!

Extremely unprofessional sent someone out for qoute and never received quote. When I called to ask about it, I was told it was because I was complaining and in a bad mood. Never heard such a thing from a processional company will be taking my business elsewhere.

They duplicated my 1955 medicine cabinet mirrors. Perfect job in perfect time. It only cost $90.00 to restore them.

***UPDATE*** Clint, one of the owners of Santa Fe Glass, contacted me this morning to address my concerns of my table still not being complete. He was extremely apologetic, explained the situation, and took significant action to rectify the situation. He acknowledged the error, however based on our interaction and his resolution, I am very satisfied. These guys have redeemed themselves with me, and have shown me they value the customer, and care about the service they provide. Kudos to these guys and this company.Pretty disappointing service. I called and asked them about replacing the glass on a patio table, and they said it would take 5 days to complete. I dropped it off Monday, and asked it be done by Saturday. They said they would try to have it done then. After receiving no updates throughout the week, I called them Friday to inquire about the status. No answer, and no call back. I drove to their facility on Saturday, only to find out they were closed for the weekend. It would have been awesome if they had told me when I dropped off the table that their posted hours were changing for the holiday weekend. I got a voicemail this morning (monday) saying were sorry, we dont know when the table will be done. I sure wish I had chosen another company to do this work for me. Its been two weeks now and the table is still not done. These guys are missing it.
