Purchased the entire collection of COOK WITH COLOR baking ware. If i would have have purchased them the first day I saw them I would have a color matching collection. I thought about their heavy weight/ price and decided this was the baking collection for me. Cant wait to bake! Great prices. Wonderful Products. Helpful and attentive staff.

I don’t shop here much, But my family does my grandmother decided to order a bed from here just recently and it was something she did really need. After placing an order a week ago to get it delivered to our house, When the arrival date came the bed wasn’t here and I get it sometimes there’s some slip ups and you can’t make it completely understandable but again it happened over and over for an entire week today they finally decided to not deliver her bed even after she was told it was going to be delivered by someone in corporate, it never arrived I would not suggest using their delivery if you want an item they’re not reliable. Customer service was horrible, and corporate didn’t do anything about it very disappointed with the service, it beyond angers me and I will never shop here again. :/

I liked Big Lots. I was there to shop for a sofa/couch. I received courteous and friendly help from Tony when I wanted it. To say the least I have a very nice new Lane sofa. For me my shopping experience was just as I like it- helpful when I was done deciding what sofa I wanted.

This is a great location in the Englewood marketplace!! I’m there quite often and they sometimes have better deals than Walmart. Great customer service. The employees are always so patient and really nice even when they get busy. If you’re looking for a store with a variety of products this is the place.

Big Lots has a lot of furniture. Always have a good section for the particular season we are in. Lots of Spring and Summer stuff. Always have good specials if you know where to look. I would definitely recommend Big Lots for cheaper furniture and specials on various items.

Weird collection of everything you may need. Specialty foods cheaper than health food store. Great options.

I freaking love this store. You can always find great stuff here. Only bad thing is it feels like theyre starting to inflate their prices on things, making them more like a regular store, instead of discount/last chance store. But I cant stay away from this place. Theyve got Great stuff.

I felt like somebody was following me inside of the store I wasnt there not to steal anyting I just havent been in there because that was like my first or my second time going into that store and I dont know where is everything I was looking like around but I was not there to steal anything and I felt like somebody was following me and I knew that they were but Im not here to give anybody like a hard time but I really dont appreciate being followed in the store and all of that...?? But on the other hand its a good store and they have what you need for your house and if you need to get furniture a bed and all that stuff I didnt know that they had that at that store Im very very Im very surprised that they have all that thats very cool but I would recommend the store to somebody but I just dont know about people following you inside of the store that felt a little bit uncomfortable👀👀😒😒

Its Big Lots. Theyre all pretty much the same, and this one had some interesting items we picked up today. You can always check their website to see whats in stock before you head over, or roll the dice and see whats in store when you get there. 😉

Went here yesterday with my family and it was the typical visit to the store. All of the other employees were kind. But to the rude male employee standing around by the front doing nothing: You need to stop taking your job so serious. Please learn how to speak politely to ALL of your customers. If the lady that was behind my family and I didnt have a problem waiting to get by as we were leaving, then neither should you. There was no reason to say anything rude to us.

If you believe in wearing masks to protect others this is not the place to go. Within 45 minutes of being their shopping we dodged 2 different people with their masks pulled down to their chins and 2 with their full nose sticking out. I was definitely annoyed. The customer service has always been good as far as the workers go.

This store has a nice selection of home goods and furniture as well as every day essentials. Some supplies were low but I like to stop in every once in a while when I dont need to maneuver crowds.

The line was so long, that I had to wait 25 mins just to check out. The only thing that saves me hem is I found 3pairs of shoes.

Shopping at Big Lots is wonderful for saving money and getting what you want. They have a large selection of items, you can usually find everything you need. The employees are nice and helpful and will go out of their way to help you.

Some grocery deals are better than Kroger, but some are not. There is a different variety! Great place to furnish an apartment. Nice towels and kitchen items. Hard to find plus size sports bras. Something for everyone! Furniture too...

The whole store has been remodeled. But they kept the same great low prices. They now carry a lot more furniture than before. It seems like good solid attractive furniture at good prices.I definitely recommend.

I Like Big Lots I think the people that work there are super nice. My sister bought some furniture there and it last it so I guess the furniture was really good. I bought a fleece blanket there that fell apart very quickly its the colored ones the bright colored ones. I mean its a good store if you need cheap saying something cheap right away its best to go on the holidays only time I go is around Christmas time only because thats really the only time I really need Big Lots LOL Im not a big Big Lots fan

It wasnt terrible and the prices are always pretty good. The store was clean and items were mostly easy to find. I was put off by the lack of customer service. My friend literally had to chase down an employee to inquire about purchasing a living room set. Before they were done setting her up, she had to hunt him down two more times. He was friendly enough, but it was discouraging, especially since they werent busy. Still, the prices are good.

This store is very clean and organized. The manager Patrick is friendly and attentive. I enjoy shopping bear the prices are great and everything is laid out nicely easy to find and easy to buy.

Good place to go for random deals. As far as inventory and cleanliness, its on par with other locations.

The employees are very helpful and kind everytime I make a stop in to this store. I believe the manager for the furniture Dept. name is Lisa she is awesome and always really great to the guests which is an asset for any business. I mostly buy things for my cat or for the holidays here and the prices are good on these things Im not too sure how they fair on ant other items in that regard.

Super easy to return stuff here. Staff is pretty friendly. Great prices for decent furniture. You can easily rent a carpet cleaner too. I always find good deals here for pet supplies.
