I provided the SKUs for my handle sets and instead of looking at the manufacturer notes, they took wayfairs product description page notes and used those in their door prep. I now have a door without a dummy handle because it needed to be bored in the shop prior to arrival and they are unwilling to take it back and fix it due to liability concerns.
