Lots of good reasons to shop here. Great location, never very crowded during the day, good produce and meats. Sometimes they are out of items too long and it is a small store.

This little grocery store usually has a great variety of fresh vegetables. Its a great little grocery store for quick stops. I think there are only 8 aisles, but they pack a lot into this little grocery store.

Definitely needs remodeled, but they had a MASSIVE supply of hay and straw.

This is the only place in town, thus far, that I have found a 7 layer yellow cake with chocolate fudge icing.

It was alright i just wished we could have better ice cream choices around here they seem to think just cause we are from the south we only like butter pecan, or black walnut, but everything else was fine .

I love this little grocery store. It is limited sometimes on what you might need for a specific detailed receipt but the staff is always so nice, helpful and the meat staff, if the option is available, will cut your steaks to order :)

Piggly wiggly in our town has a nice friendly they have great cash register operators store managers a good guy and I just enjoy supporting the local businesses

Gave 5 stars only because the store at Geneva Highway is Great, They got lots of good prices and The Meat Department Employees offer Great Customer Service. However I would advice against going to the store at Boll Weevil Circle apparently is run by the same owners, but its customer service is not the same and the meats look green and dark and the case stinks. I went to the Boll Weevil store and I asked this old guy for help and he was awfully rude and unprofessional, he not only, not helped me but he insulted me as well, I was later told by the cashiers upfront that he was the Meat Department Manager. I will continue shopping at the Geneva Hwy store but I felt I should warn people about the bad customer service at the Boll Circle, STAY AWAY! I really hope that that guy is dealt with and disciplined. Theres no excuse for acting the way he did!

From my experience; Piggly Wiggly makes a bold effort to maintain good local provisions to the more rural areas of the country. Their varieties may not be as great as the big-box stores in more populated ares, but they are there for us rural folks, and they do provide a down home, polite atmosphere. I have observed some lack-luster comments about meat quality / stability from many retail outlets, not just Piggly Wiggly. Having had similar experiences over the years from every retail outlet where I have purchased meats in the raw, raw processed or uncooked conditions. Ive almost completely eliminated all meat, fish, poultry spoilage problems, by practicing the old fashioned keep-it safe and save money methods, which are also promoted by the USDA (United States Department Of Agriculture). Just Google USDA + (FOOD NAME) + SAFETY and you should get a plethora of information on safe ways to prepare, store and consume the food in question. My rule of thumbs for fresh animal products are; 24 hours in frig @ 38 degrees Fahrenheit (Or colder.), then cooked & eaten, cured, canned or frozen. If you think about it that way, when you have to kill and prep animal products yourself, you will keep you and your family healthy. Have a blessed day. ;-)

Easy access, friendly atmosphere, easy on my budget and a great variety of products.

I bought 3 packs of chicken yesterday and took it out of the fridge to cook today and it stinks to high heaven!. I threw the receipt away because yesterday because I didnt anticipate any problems. Called Piggly Wiggly and told them about the stinky chicken and the a guy in the meat department said, . You cant return it without a receipt, weve been going through this with a lot of customers..so that means a LOT of customers is getting stuck with rotten chicken. I said, Thats great! we get to pay for your stinky chicken! Oh Goody. I will not shop there again. Their ribs turn stinky overnight, also.

I shop at the Sampson store and could not find a better store the produce is fresh, the meat is well stocked and they will cut to special order. I drove up there to buy something I saw in their ads when I got to the store the market manager said they did not carry that item, he went and got the store owner and he went and looked on his computer and found what I had found and he told the market manager to cut me something that would satisfy me. This was a mistake that the paper made but he stood good for the product. I could not ask for better service. It beats the heck out of walley world. Their meat is cut sprayed packaged and shipped from a central location. I will drive from FL. to AL. to shop at the Sampson pig.

Will NEVER shop at this store again. I purchased country style pork ribs on August 2, 2015. They had a sell by date of August 5, 2015. I opened the package on August 4 to cook dinner for my family and they were spoiled. It was 5:30 in the afternoon and I didnt have time to drive all the way across town to do something about them at the time so I popped them in the freezer so the rotten meat would not stink up my entire fridge. Just drove across town tonight - first chance Ive had since they are on the other side of town where I live and they informed me that you have to return meat within 48 hours of purchase. I guess they know they sell rotten meat so you better return it fast.Very disappointed in this store - trying to support a local business and this is the thanks I get. I guess its back to Publix or Walmart for me. Will never get another dime from me and I strongly suggest others think twice - they will not stand behind the products they sell!

For the most part is a pretty good place to buy meats, very cheap. Just feel like the building is little outdated, other than that is a good place for groceries.

This place always stinks

I like the deals I get at Piggly Wiggly, but I was at the store in Enterprise, Al. to buy some Blue Bell ice crearm. I wanted to use my coupon from the Blue Bell web sight and was told I could not use compitor genterated coupons. This got me very upset because I have used these same coupons in every other store in town. If you want to stay compatvie with your competators you need to rethink your policy. thank you
