Decent tools for a reasonable price. Im just a DIYer so I dont need the latest and greatest tools.Everything that I have bought from here has worked as intended and held up. The staff is always available to assist you and easy to talk with.

Just exchanged a couple flashlights here for my dad. They were helpful, professional, friendly & didnt give me a hard time about exchanging without a receipt or packaging because they were able to look his original receipt up in their system.

Not sure where what I was looking for was but found it eventually. No employee ever offered me help, nor greeted me. Didnt have what I wanted in individual package, as 99% of most stores of that nature does. Prefer other HFT stores.

Got what I needed in a rush to fill my cart with Birthday gifts

Associates were very patient and helpful as I didnt have my coupons with me and had to pull them up on line. You may want to make that process a bit easier as all customers wont havea phone to turn to for the coupons. Also Teri went out of her way to find an item for me in the back that had not been found on the sales floor having been sold out. Highly recommend for all your tool needs!

Love shopping at harbor freight

They use to be real good about there coupons now they wont even let you look for them and the wont help you find them..They use to be real good about showing you where they where on there site . But the little girl said they werent allowed to any more so I guess they dont want us to use there coupons.

They didnt have a good selection of power inverters and then from 2000 to 3000 W the price doubled thats freaking ridiculous

I think I kinda got ripped off. I had their labor day flyer and wanted the pressure washer that had a coupon. And it had a 25% additional coupon. I purchased the washer and paid the 25% off price, she took my additional coupon but it wasnt used to reduce my cost. I had 4 additional items but none had the 25% off. The cashier was kind of snippy. I think she was a manager. But anyway.

Everybody needs to go to Harbor Freight. You would be surprised at all the cool, useful, and items of necessity they have. I even naught my dog food there. Its just fun to go look. The sales staff will make sure you find what youre looking for...in a RESPECTFUL manner

This is a really nice harbor freight tools. A bit larger than the other ones I have been to so they have a really good selection. Staff was very friendly too.

Harbor Freight is a wonderful store for all your mechanics needs or simple shop needs. The prices are fairly cheap on stuff inside the store. I came to this store for specialty tools. They had almost all the kits I needed. However my only complaint is the quality of some of the speciality tool kits. You definitely get what you pay for. Either way, they get the job done I suppose. Its better to get it from here instead of autozone. Autozone is highway robbery on specialty tools. 🙄🤷‍♂️

I love this place. It smells like a tire store and the tools are pretty good. You can buy a trunkful of tools with rubber? handles with a semi-noxious off gassing to remind you that you just filled your toolbox for the price of a Snap-On wrench.

Love this store. Very clean and neat with unbeatable prices on tools. They have now even added high quality Bauer and Hercules tools that are comparable to Dewalt and Bosh at much lower prices.

Best looking Harbor Freight store Ive ever been in. Clean, organized, bathroom was nice as well.

I was going to give a 5* rating, but it is now a 4* rating because there was one cashier and three other employees walking right past us! The cashier was on the phone helping a customer! She did say “Sorry for your wait” (with a smile)!!!But, when she was finished with the customer on the phone, she apologized for the wait again and proceeded her check out process in a professional and orderly fashion!I am very pleased with her performance as a cashier and her friendliness!The other employees just walking by could have called for assistance in opening up another register to get customers checked out faster!!!Maybe it was break time for the other three employees... I don’t know!
