I bought a 3000 psi pressure washer from here. The box looked like it had been left out in the rain, but bought it because it was the last one.Went to open it a few days later and the fuel line was broken off the top.Took it in to Ms. Bonnie who gave me an instant refund and even upgraded it for me.You earned a lifelong customer, Bonnie.Thank you!!!

They got it when you need it! Always a pleasant experience when I go shopping here! The employees are nice and eager to help you find what youre looking for. I was needing some signs for my fenced in yard showing BEWARE OF THE DOG and one of the workers went above and beyond to help me find the signage. I wasnt even looking in the right location... I was on the wrong side of the store. Its great having ppl knowing where something is and you dont have to waste time looking in the wrong side of the establishment. Thank you Jesus for trained professional salesman! Hey and also the prices are cheaper than you think on apparel! Carhartt, Liberty, Wrangler, all are priced to beat the competition! If youre in the the area or near Tractor Supply... give them a whirl...youll be surprised just like I was!

We have gotten 3 pairs of boots from this location and of course they will not warranty the product that they sell. How as a large company can you sell a product and not honor its warranty. When asked about warranting the boots with receipt in hand we were told no that they had never done it. Call Carhartt and they say they have a contract where this location is to warranty the boots! On another note I came in once and baby ducks were in stock however theyre water was filthy and empty and a couple of the babies had eyes popped out... I did purchase 4 ducklings and the guy helping us was very rude and not gentle with the little birds. On another occasion I went in for a tool. The lady at the counter always acts as if customers are a bother... Today was no different. As were walking thru the store an employee was walking by the chick cages and had to tell another employee that the chick waters were clogged... who knows if that got fixed...We spend quite a bit of money here and all we want is some help and smiling faces... Times have really changed. Needless to say Ill be looking for a new place to shop for my farming needs... so sadOh and I forgot. All there plants are just about dead...fyi if anyone was thinking about buying some

This is one of the only stores in town, that sells food grade DE, at a great price. 40 pound bag. You have to make sure that it is truly food grade. Thank you Tractor Supply, for being there for me, and keeping the price down! Cant recommend them more.

Great store for the most part. Occasionally go in there and people dont know what they are doing. Also the staff sometimes dont know how to help you with what you need. But take it in stride cause they are nice.

Its always a lot of fun to look around the store, because of all of the items that they have on hand. Household decorations, yard decorations, toys for the kids that are Farm based, clothing and of course animal supplies. If I dont get my dog kibble at the local co-op, then I definitely go to Tractor Supply to get my grain free dog food. The employees are very friendly and very helpful.

Bought a kayak and they tried to hold onto the paddle and a rod holder. When I tried to speak to a manager he just mubled God da** under his breath before hanging up. Great prices, sh**y service.

Went here to buy some tarps, and supplies for the victims of Michael Hurricane in Marianna, Florida..... everyone was nice, friendly, and helpful.....its 90 degrees outside and they have winter gear, and summer gear was gone.....for over 2 weeks..... just saying

I come here mostly to get dog food (sport mix wholsomes) which is great. They always have plenty supply of it. Not so much supply of non-rawhide dog treats though.

This is the most poorly managed Tractor Supply I have ever been in! Only place close for farm supplies or I would never go back! Most employees act like they are too busy to help you . A couple are nice and helpful.

Its got chicks! Beautiful wonderful baby chicks. Rhode Island Reds, Leghorns, Silkies, you name it. TSC is the place to get your locale baby chickens!

Had three people looking for one items if they had it in stock before I go 15 miles one way. And they do not have it in stock. I was on the phone with them. They put me on hold and then hung up on me. They never did answer my question at all.

The place use to be a great story to shop out friendly and knowledgeable staff until Ginger, Christie and Shane left. Now you can barley get employees to talk to you and Noone knows anything about the product

I love this place, but today they had some dogs in there, barking and they were in the way of people shopping. They were trying to adopt the Dogs Out which is a good thing but they did not need to be in the way of the customers.

Went in today to PURCHASE a 3000.00 dollar lawn mower. They had the one i wanted told salesman i wanted it asked about getting it home. He was condescending and said i can hold it couple days till you figure out how to move it ! I left and drove 20 miles to the Dothan TSC store spoke to salesman told him i wanted mower but didnt have way to move it home. He offered me one of their trailers for 14 dollars rental to bring mower home. He was very informative and helpful. We bought several other items and Dothan store got my 3500.00 sale today. To bad my local enterprise store is useless. Note the enterprise store had a trailer in parking lot on way out with big sign that said Rent Me !
