Great service. Only place around that you can get the duct material you might need for your house or mobile home. Sales counter personnel were helpful. Call ahead to check if what you need is on stock.

I have a hot water heater that is 41 years old and they are so well stocked they are the only place in 250 miles that has them in stock! You have to LOVE a place like that and you would think they would be very expensive but nope! 9 dollars and 65 cents! Heaven sent for sure!

Knew just what Ineeded

Rude, unprofessional, and seemingly lacking even a rudimentary knowledge of plumbing repair, I found the employees ignorance and conflicting statements regarding a replacement part to be unacceptable. He was, however, most eager to sell me a completely new fixture when all I needed was a standard replacement part.
