I purchased two gallons of paint and some caulk. Sales person very friendly and knowledgeable about the paint and what type of caulk l needed. I will purchase from them again. They also give military discounts.

I received some of the most outstanding customer service I have had here. Moving out of our rental I went to purchase touch-up paint, matching the bucket of Sherwin-Williams paint left in our garage by the contractors who did the last renovations. When I put the paint on the wall it was definitely not a match. When I returned to Sherwin-Williams they went through their records, found the correct match and deduced that the contractor had left the paint for my house in a bucket from a job he purchased a couple months earlier. They mixed me the correct paint, took the incorrect bucket back, and refunded me the difference between the original high-end can of paint and the correct can of paint. I would do business again with these people in a heartbeat!

The consultants are very helpful and knowledgeable in helping to purchase the correct paints for what projects one is doing, down to the wood putty and tape! The company should be very proud of how well it is represented in knowledge and willing to take their time with customers!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Company stands behind their products. Cost a little more than Big Box stores, but specialize in paint. Tend to stock the premium products and the employees are not paid on commission, so they are not trying to sell you something you do not need.
