A real piece of work

We hired Kevin to install Cypress siding on our house. He said it would take 3 weeks, it has been about 8 months and still is not done. His crews have caused a ton of damage to our home. A/C needs to be repaired, 4 windows where shot out when they installed the sheathing, our screens on our screened in porch were destroyed, and then removed when we asked for new screening to be placed...which is still not done. A hole in our porch flooring. Threshold to one of our doors was destroyed. Also the last guy he had working at our house robbed us of all of our kitchen and bathroom items, including the bedding off my kids beds. We had Kevin come out to look at the damage, he told us he would be there the next day to start fixing everything and working on finishing the original project. Said he needed a boom lift to finish but couldnt afford to pay for it. We offered to pay and help as we just wanted this done so we could be done with him and his crew. He never showed up. My husband and I used the boom lift to finish staining the house and to scrap the windows that Kevins crew sprayed stain all over. We also caulked all the areas that Kevin and his crew never touched. After texting Kevin asking where the heck him and his crew was he stated that they quit on him because he couldnt afford to pay them and that he was closing up shop and filing for bankruptcy. We have not heard from Kevin since. His cell number seems to be disconnected and we thought his business line was as well, but turns out he blocked our number....of course when we *67 we get through but he doesnt answer or return our calls. I would NEVER recommend this company or any company run by this guy.

Great work! The guys knew I was on a strict timeline and worked hard to get the house painted and flooring installed. The company is responsive and shows up, which is more than I can say for almost every other company i called.

Very pleased with tile that was replaced and painting that was done in our kitchen. Very professional and great to work with. I would recommend and will be calling again when it’s time to refinish kitchen cabinets.

Only trust your house with Wiregrass Renovations and Remodeling!!!! Called on Thursday morning, Kevin met me at my house at noon, sent me a quote at 1pm and started the job at noon on Friday...from the moment you call Ms. Kathy at the office to the good-bye after they are done, they are the most prompt and professional outfit in the Wiregrass, Ive used several different businesses in the past but I have found the only one Ill ever use again. Next they get to replace all the windows in my house. Im sure my next review will also be stellar

We had our exterior brick painted by these guys. My wife and I are extremely happy with the result. They even repainted the front and side doors and chimney. Great job!

I want to thank Kevin and his crew for turning our old house into a beautiful new home!! They absolutely did an amazing job! He was the only contractor to even show up to give a quote. They came, worked fast, and made our home look exactly the way we envisioned it. Highly recommend! Very good people!

This company was probably amazing, but sadly I’m one of many in the last 6 months to have bad work done or not completed, we fired the workers on their third day after they admitted they didn’t know what they were doing and just had rough ideas they’d give a go. Broke our gate and damaged our siding.Over a week when they were supposed to be here daily working all day, they showed up 3 times for an hour to hour and a half.Paid a deposit, promised a refund, given 1/4 of it back, promised more when he has the money, in a week or 2, or by the end of the month. But haven’t seen any more yet and phones disconnected.Kevin is very nice, but business wise don’t use this company.

The owner Kevin lies and steals from customers plan and simple. Multiple customers have experienced this, I have spoke with them personally and heard their stories like mine. I lost 6k to Kevin. Prepare for excuses, poor craftsmanship, and a job that gets about 20% done before he disappears with whatever money you paid him. You will be in worse shape after this so called company is never done, than when you started. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!! Do your own research and you will discover how they do business if you want to even call it that. Kevin is a smooth talker and dishonest. Be warned.

I am extremely pleased with the work that Kevin and his team did on our bathroom remodel. The guys were super nice and patient when I kept changing my mind last minute. :) The bathroom (tile and paint) looks amazing!!

Wiregrass Renovations remodeled our kitchen last week. The guys were super nice! They did everything just how I wanted it. Quality work!!

My invalid husband cannot manage a tub shower so we needed to replace it with a walk in shower. Remove tub and tile, replace with a shower base, new tile and glass door. Simple right? Wrong. The tiles are very badly installed, the spacing is wider in places than others, there is a gap between the bottom of the tiles and the base. The finish on the base has been ground off in places. The sliding doors do not fit properly and the installation was “make do”. Admittedly the house is older and the walls have settled, but different doors would have worked. I’m very disappointed and $4200.00 poorer.

Kevin Cosper was who we talked to and who hired a man named Joe. We needed a bathroom tub removed and replaced with a shower. Shower base, tile walls and glass doors. We wanted to reuse the tub elsewhere and was told it shouldnt be a problem getting it out. I dont think they even tried, just cut it up in pieces. The new tile was poorly put up. The spaces between tiles are uneven and some buldge out. Nothing was caulking. The glass doors dont close right at all. Water goes on bathroom floor. They didnt put them up by the instructions that came with it and bought generic additional pieces to try and make it work. The whole shower needs to be replaced. I would not use or recommend Kevin Cosper for any remodeling or as a realtor (his other job) as he will look you in the eye and flat out lie.
