Took my car in for state inspection and to replace the front brake pads. Passed their inspection with flying colors. Only 2 weeks later, my rear brakes start making a LOUD grinding noise. Tried to take it back to Hagy but they wanted me to wait another week for an appt, so I took my car to the dealership instead because it was completely undriveable and we only have one car. The dealership sent me a video showing that the rear brake pad had failed and was grinding metal-on-metal, destroying the rotor. Both rear pads and rotors have to be totally replaced. Also, the cars air filters were clogged and not replaced. HOW DID MY CAR PASS INSPECTION IN THIS CONDITION? The Hagy receipt claims they inspected the front and rear brakes, but they let me drive off with faulty rear brakes and rotors... Also Hagy didnt fully replace the shims when they did my front brake pads. Very disappointed and appalled at the negligence here. Do yourself a favor, save your time and money and go elsewhere.
