This is always the best, most friendly experience! The staff is so attentive and energetic, I always feel like they are happy to see me. Never a wrong order!

This place took 38 minutes to make a cafe Americano. I think they prioritize the drive through versus mobile orders. There were multiple issues with other patrons drinks and in some cases they were making double orders due to not paying attention.They need to dedicate two people to drive through and a person on mobile orders.

Very disappointed at my experience at this Starbucks location. Ordered a mobile order so it would be ready before I got there - about 10 minutes. Arrived at the location and people ordering in the store came and went with their drinks/food items. Asked about my order twice and waited a total of 25 minutes before I received my items. The employees were working hard and I understand it was busy. But where is the priority with orders? It should be in the order they are received.

Starbucks is one of those places that is generally consistently good. Youll pay a little more here overall but youll also generally be treated better. Its important to me that employees get treated fairly as well. Starbucks attempts this more than most companies and is constantly trying to reevaluate what inclusivity means and how it applies to their corporate structure as a whole. Couple that with simply some of the best coffees and drinks around and you have a great excuse to visit them often. Stop complaining about price and start evaluating what that cost is getting you and the employee.

The line at the drive through was long. we were around 6th in line. The line moved slow but the Barrista was very nice and drinks were good.

Nice Starbucks. About 1/2 mile off 222. They still have a Clover (May 2018) so enjoy it whilst it lasts. Bar seating, comfy chairs and some tables to work at. There’s a small outdoor area for about 16 people maximum. Nice staff. Bathrooms were clean. There’s a drive through, that I didn’t use.

It is always a pleasure to have my favorite, delectable drink (venti cafe mocha with an xtra shot of espresso and two Splenda) at this establishment and to chat with the very friendly staff. One of my favorite staff and Barista Extraordinaire there is Andrea, a very industrious and kind, intelligent, and beautiful woman who maneuvers behind the bar with precision and skill. After work, I eagerly anticipate a taste of the Liquid Gold, which is a bonus. When I see her with my drink in hand, double bonus!

It said the location was open, yet it wasn’t. Yesterday’s shift worker was friendly, so I’ll throw in a compliment because it’s deserved. But you can’t say you’re open online yet be closed. That’s a great way to lose business.

Grace & Ethan showed genuine customer service when I was only ordering a coffee. Again today, Liz and Damien showed great customer service when I placed an order. They truly know how to make you feel special and should be commended for their great attitude toward their customers.

GoodMorning Starbucks. Lancedan (sorry if spelling isnt correct) but he was the Man this morning. As soon as I pulled up he knew exactly what my order was to the T. My morning wasnt going the greatest until my adventure to starbucks it changed my whole morning. Along with Alicia at the drive thru window shes always so pleasant. And of course my main man Ethan with his mixing skills. Thank You to the Family at Ephrata Starbucks for making my morning great.

Great chain to get coffee in Ephrata. The new COVID measures of blocking the back of the store seem pointless though due to the fact that now 15 people have to wait around in the same small cramped area in the front of the store. I hope that the online pickup can be more organized so people don’t have to go searching for their drink.

I love the coffee there and would say it is the best coffee I have had, and they also have interesting (in a good way) cold refresher drinks with cool flavors that my sister likes which are also quite nice. (Tip: if you are getting a cold drink, ask for LIGHT ICE, and this will almost always result in getting more drink and less ice.)

Ive gone to this particular Starbucks many times at different times of day and different days of the week and never gotten bad service. I have done walk in ordering, drive through ordering, and mobile pick up through both. The employees here are always very friendly and helpful. Ive never had an unreasonable wait time or horribly made drink from here... They are efficient!

I’ve never had an issue with this Starbucks before. However today I was in line for the drive-through and waited for 15 minutes then got to the ordering part and no one answered for 10 minutes at this point it was 1210 in the afternoon. Their hours on their website said they were open and there was no indication that they were closed. After waiting I drove up to the drive-through window around the corner and saw a sign that they close at noon. There was still a long line of people waiting who had no idea that they had closed at noon. This lack of communication wasted a lot of peoples time and for that I will not be returning anytime soon

The drive thru line can get kind of long but I have never had a bad experience at this branch.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks! Until Happy Hour 11-12-20. I waited 30 minutes for my 2 drinks to be ready. And then the one drink was the wrong size. I didnt say anything ecause i couldnt wait another 30 minutes for a new drink to be made. Totally understaffed for a happy hour. And the manager was doing an interview during this time! Plan better!!

The baristas here are friendly and positive, and very timely with preparing our drinks, considering everything thats happening right now. I also notice they do an excellent job with sanitizing the store and taking the proper precautions to keep everyone safe! Those efforts are definitely appreciated and one of the main reasons why I recently switched from Dunkin to Starbucks.

I love this location! The baristas are so friendly and speedy!My drinks are accurately prepared. I do take advantage of the online ordering during high volume hours in the morning or on Sunday afternoons.I love the mini cups of whip for my dogs (when they are along!) and my kids always love their mini hot chocolates.

This is a reserve store Starbucks so it has the special single origin coffee is at other places dont. You can get these coffees made in a clover and I highly recommend doing that. The staff is really friendly and helpful. If you have a question about the coffee, they seem very knowledgeable.

This starbucks location is promoting a marriage lifestyle that is not conducive to strong families. Since families make up a community / country, this should be important for everyone. Those who want to live a lifestyle of unnatural marriage relationships have the God given ability to do so, but please do not promote this as normal. Cause the counselors of the next generation will need to deal with this confusion of reality.

Nothing bad to say about this location but I am now boycotting the entire chain due to the lack of condemnation of the actions of employees asking police officer to leave their store. Until the corporation starts acting like a responsible American retailer I will not be giving them any of my money.Just to be clear I have nothing against this location but this is a rating of the Corporate as a whole.

Based on other Starbucks around, I will say that this is probably the slowest one, and unfortunately the closest to me. When it comes to the employees they all seem to be friendly, which is a plus on going back here. I feel the orders can be hit or miss...you can order the same drink twice, and it will come out looking different each time. Everything has luckily still tasted great, but the amount of time waiting makes you not want to come back.

My daughter and I got their Tall size hot chocolate. It was great tasting but even though they charged me for the tall, they gave us both small size.

It says takeout online but we went there and the person said drive thru only 🙄 guess no coffee for me

The person who waited on us (Roni) was not particularly friendly at all. My brother-in-law and I wanted to know about the clover Reserve drinks, which ones were medium roast, etc. She said she didnt know anything about them and, rather than asking a co-worker, said shed have to look at the tags for each one if we really wanted to know. Her overall attitude made us feel like we werent really welcome there.

The staff prepared the order flawlessly without waisting any time and topped it off with plenty of courtesy.

I go inside because the drive through is usually crazy busy. Ive only ever had one or 2 people in line ahead of me inside. My drink has always been perfect and made promptly.

Ive never been a huge Starbucks fan but this location converted me. Its right down the street from my work and I started going because its super convenient. The staff goes out of their way for you every time and there is rarely a line, inside or at the drive through. Not all Starbucks locations make you want to go back but this one does. Highly recommend it if youre in the area.
