Great convenient location by the highway junction. Not busy with cars past 11pm but anytime before that everyone seems to come here all at once.I like that theres seating indoors and a few tables outside. Cleanliness outside isnt 100% all the time but Ive observed that to come from the customers but it is what it is.Good management inside. A rather popular place for MTO ordering. Sometimes theres a line waiting for food.Maybe a trucker or two may pull in to grab something to eat, or unload gas, or go around the building to turn around.Overall its a good safe place to stop for gas, get food, snacks, drinks, use restroom after driving by on a trip.(At night, the overhead lighting at pumps #10 & #12 have been flickering for a while now. Hoping they fix soon)

Jeremy was the cashier when I paid this morning. He was so kind and pleasant. I asked if Sheetz no longer offers peanut butter in the frozen lattes because it wasnt an option on the menu. He went back and asked the man making my latte to please add peanut butter. It was so nice to have a friendly employee who went out of their way to be kind. Jeremy made a beautiful morning even better!!

Sheets is my go to convenient store. Great food, cold drinks, ice cream, and snacks for all ages but most of all the slushy selections! no other convenient store can compare.. i love sheetz.

Fourty minute wait for food at a gas station and theres five people waiting for food. Just a little sus.

Terrible MTO service...the store responded with a 1-800 number to call, which requires more of my time, as if the 30 min at their store wasn’t enough this morning, truly disappointed in this Sheetz. Good thing there are plenty of others out there.

My MTO food has never been messed up at this location, and the staff is always extremely nice and respectful. One cashier always goes above and beyond with his customer service, not sure of his name but he wears a GNC face mask.

I always stop here on my way back from the Green Dragon. Always very clean, very quick, and has flex fuel and high ethanol fuels, which can be very hard to find.

I’m not going to this Sheetz location again. There letting customers and employees walk through the store without a mask.

Employees are letting people enter, look at items, and check out completely maskless. The empyee that rung me up had her mask pulled down to her chin. I was expecting better from a Sheetz.

The door wouldnt close to the stall in the womens bathroom. Otherwise it was clean. (In a rush so management wasnt notified, sorry)

Free air!!!! I am very happy with my experience at this store. The air pump is free, the gas pumps are clean, and so is the inside of the store. A lot of places are nickel-and-diming you these days, but this was definitely a pleasurable experience thank you so much

I work in the food safety industry but i can only comment on cleanliness, i wish i could comment on whether or not its edible. Breakfast sandwiches were smashed and greasy and take 20 to 30 minutes to get food. They cannot seem to handle peak times.

Stopped here as we traveled through on vacation for gas. Pumps were in good working order, got in and out in a flash. Bathrooms were clean as expected.

Awesome people and food. The night shift people always knew who I was and made me feel welcome.Update: This was a five star place. I accidentally ordered a sub with no bread, and they wouldn’t take the ingredient they gave me and put it on bread because I didn’t pay for the bread. It was the same amount with or without the bread. The supervisor here that works day on Wednesday needs training in proper customer service.

On my way in from a long day of work. Stopped in and as I entered the store I heard Jeremys energy. I haven’t been treated this nicely since Chik-Fil-A FIRST opened. Lol This guy went out of his way to be extra respectful to all of his customers and made sure we all left with a smile. Much needed in these times. A salute to you Jeremy!!!

Great for a quick stop. They have a small dining area if you want to sit down to eat. Coffee is good for a gas station, and their food is pretty good.They offer a rewards program to get 3 cents off per gallon of gas

Place is very clean the restaurant is good in the bathrooms are very nice... the only thing I dont like is a put a hold on your debit card when you buy gas.

Is negative Stars possible? These guys dont seem to be able to honor their rewards problem program to save their life. They steal your points for no good reason even after you earned them and want to use them and they refused to honor their $0.03 off nothing but nasty scam artist and when you ask the manager about it to tell you to call customer service and when you call customer service to tell you to talk to the manager talk to the store so clearly they know whats going on and they like sending you in circles. Absolutely no regard for the customers time absolutely no regard for the simple fact that most people should be honest in business and advertise their Rewards program accordingly instead of intentionally misleading the consumer. Id stay as far away from these scammers as I can possibly find.

Employees always look annoyed. Eat here quite often if only for the convenience factor. Just ordered a custom sandwich and some fries; sandwich was what I ordered. Fries were horribly undercooked. Normally no complaints but man I was excited about those fries with some nacho cheese.

A good place to stop and fill up and get food if youre in the area. Nice outdoor seating too. Great, helpful and honest staff - they truly went above and beyond to return my backpack to me when I left if there by accident (2 hours drive away). Fantastic and commendable customer service!

I would give this location negative stars if I could. For one, a while ago, I got burnt badly to the point of having to go to the doctor. A coffee machine was out of order. There was no sign on it to tell any customer it was out of order. I went to use it and hot water spilled out everywhere all over my arm. The girl that came over to me did not even ask if I was okay, she was more worried about yelling at me about the fact that the machine was out of order and basically made me feel like I was an idiot. I did contact corporate about this situation and they contacted me back while I was working. I did fail in calling them back. But at least they know about the situation.Today I stopped there again. I ordered pizza. It was completely burnt and super greasy. It actually spilled all down my work shirt. In general, this location pretty much is pathetic. They have no respect for their customers. They slack off in almost every area of the store. You walk up to the counter to pay, and it takes forever for someone to even come up to check you out. I come here because its convenient. It is right down the street from my house. Otherwise, I probably would never visit this location again and I advise anyone whos thinking of coming here, to just stay clear and go to your next available convenience store.

The customer service is great they even got me to sign up for a sheetz card lol. They are sweet kind an everyone there loves to hold a conversation if possible.

Its a training store meaning you better not be in a hurry if you come in here. Took 15 minutes for a ham sub.

Keep yourself politically neutral. Putting CNN on the TV and I have to listen to a political bias station is repulsive. Turn it off. Sports is fine, just not a station that has stated it is supporting democratic candidates and trash talk the republican candidate.

Management defrauded the consumer by misrepresentation of their intentions for financial gain. I bought breakfast for 4.24 and they refused to give it to me because I wanted to keep my reciept with my gas for reimbursement from company. refused me my food even though I proved it was paid for and held the reciept which I showed them

Today was literally my last time ever going to this Sheetz! I had to leave without my MTO because it took them over 20 minutes to make a flatbread sandwich and if I waited any longer I would have been late for work! This would be excusable if it was busy but there was literally only 2 people waiting! I will be contacting the corporate office for my refund, not going to bother stepping foot in the Ephrata location ever again.

Most everything is great . However they put the cheese on last on a hot sub and by the time you get home the cheese is stuck to the wrapper and has to be thrown away. Hopefully that will be addressed.

You never have to wait for a pump here, and the mto staff has improved a ton since it opened.

By far, the SLOWEST Sheetz Ive ever been to. They always prepare and serve food and drink orders out of sequence. There is no sense of urgency here. Go somewhere else if you want food.

Rude employees (especially Nina), slow service, price gouging on gas, horrible customer service! The wait on the MTO is at least 20 minutes for disgusting and bland food. Went here almost everyday for over a year, but no more. Theyll give you coupons as an apology for products that they dont serve and as a result wont take their own coupons that were mailed in the past week. Ill go to an old and outdated turkey hill where at least I am appreciated.

They suck! Service is so slow! It took over 10 mins to make 2 freaking drinks. Could of made my own coffee at home faster!
