Amazingly priced pcs and cool staff
Great place! Nice to have a place to take computers, aptops and monitors!
My first time in here, will not be my last. Friendly staff, great products and good prices.
Great place to buy a used refurbished laptop or computer. They have 90 day warranties. The staff is very helpful. You can also turn in old laptops and phones there
I was looking everywhere for an all in one desktop computer. I got a beautiful refurbished hp for 100s cheaper than any I found anywhere even marketplace. $170!!!! With 90 day warranty. I was so happy!!!!
This is the best place! I donate all my electronic and computer equipment here. I have also purchased a used TV, vertical mouse, USB keyboard, and a document scanner. Saved hundreds of 💲💲.
Great shop dont hesitate to trust these guys
Good place for refurbished computers at great prices. Repairs done at good prices.
Everyone here is awesome and I always can find what Im looking for when I go. Prices are great and just overall a great company and place to go for PC stuff.
These people are a great help. Very courteous
I really like this place. The people are knowledgeable and their service prices arent ridiculous. They also have a ton to sell, some of which is hard to find, and their electronics recycling program is the best around.
One of our favorite places to volunteer. Its located in an old factory building. The purpose is to accomadate individuals with and without disabilities, allowing them to have a place to feel useful and help the environment by taking apart computers and electronics that are recycled. The money is then put back into the business which creates more opportunities to volunteer. Brilliant idea! The staff is knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. Marty, the volunteer coordinator is amazing to watch as he interacts with volunteers! Love it!
Awesome staff. Awesome prices. This business cant be beat.
Great place to buy a computer 90 day warranty speakers monitors gaming systems they have it all
Dropping off old computers and other e-waste is quick and easy, volunteering is fun and relaxing, and the selection of recovered machines is fantastic. Looking for some good budget gear? Look no further. These guys know what theyre doing and they do it well.
Nice place, really good amount of cables and other random needs/wants, all at really good prices. Owner is really nice and helpful. If you want to learn more about PCs definitely go there, volunteer a little and learn a lot.
Love it
Great prices. Friendly service. Keeping Electronics out of the landfill! Thanks Geoff and team
Stopped by about two hours after their opening time and the doors were still locked.
Productive establishment in which to volunteer. Positive giveback to the community. Creative way to utilize volunteers to better serve their needs
Great place to take your used PCS or laptops for recycling. They also sell used & new parts and complete home computer systems at very low prices. I found 25 monitors for $25.
Great deals on refurbished PCs. And Laptops. Their fees for service are very reasonable.
Very nice staff, and will answer all your questions.
They are very good in what they do with electric Recycling.
This is a great place to keep electric stuff out if the land fill and give it a second life. Also a good place to buy a computer or monitor cheap.
Was really looking forward to a Free Geek experience on the east coast, unfortunately this place did not deliver. Parts were haphazardly overflowing from drop off bins at the front of the store, selection of reasonably modern parts (DDR3, HDDs, etc.) were basically non existent, and pricing was wildly inconsistent. This store is perfect for individuals looking to drop off unwanted electronics (note: they do not accept CRT anything). I would only recommend this store for picking up second hand peripherals, basic laptops, and monitors. For AV equipment, desktops, and anything else steer clear.
When I had to do community service, the volunteer area was closed 2 Saturdays within a month (its supposed to be open 10 to 3 on Saturdays). Today I went there to recycle a computer and the store was closed. The doors were locked and no sign was posted saying theyre closed. I tried calling and it just rang.
A very cool place to recycle your old computer parts and other electronics. Also a good place to buy refurbished electronics.
These guys know computers!Dropped laptop and they saved info on hard drive before it died and lost all!Transferred data to a new laptop and Im back in business.
Like the place a lot and I I volunteered to go there a lot and Marty is a good man that bast things a lot love it very I am going there tomorrow to take stuff apart heck ya I like taking stuff apart a lot 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀
The only place I go for very good used parts for computers also great place to recycle one to
Great prices on some good used equipment.
Wonderful people who make recycling a fulfilling volunteer job and support those with disabilities.
Decent used computers parts and accessories...also a place to donate your old. Electronics
A great place to get cheap computer parts, its also for a good cause!
A few months ago, I got an UBER HP Monitor there!!! :) It was a a big screen, and it was only $25.00 + tax :) A good place to go for computers, monitors, laptops, and a whole lot more. I do a lot of my puter shopping there. I bought speakers, second hand, just like the monitor, and they both work EXCELLENT :)
Have a little of everything in electronics its great
Great prices and very knowledgeable staff.
Friendly people. Great prices!
Great staff, and a great selection of used tech for reasonable prices.
Great place to get deals
Great local puter repair shop! Solved my problem for $10
Very dirty, was hoping that there would be a good selection of parts or atleast good presentation of what they did have, but sadly no. The intake of parts sat in heaps in the front of the store on tables and carts and they are unmarked as well. The person working at the time was very territorial and when looking at these parts, snapped at us as we did not know these were parts that were just brought in because they were unmarked. This place is only good to go if youre looking for expansion cards for 12+ year old PCs or looking for old CPUs... Or if you just want to drop your stuff. They seem to keep all of the good stuff behind the counter to themselves. (Such as alienware PCs and XPSs that they receive.
I work there best time of my life
The place was a mess, parts and monitors piled everywhere. Tje person behind the counter snaped when I looked in a box with stuff in it. Ther was no sign anywhere saying not to go through it. I will be contacting Free Geek Portland, the mothership.
Great place for cheap computers and tech
Always super helpful. Very friendly staff.
Amazing for customers and volunteers truly five stars
Great place to volunteer or buy some computers.
Traveled to this computer guru plenty to choose from, they are located next to the church, and looks like they are connected.
Cheap computer stuff and other electronics like TVs and laptop bags, did I mention cheap?
Great place to get lightly used computers
Love it
Absolutely AMAZING deals, parts may be a little outdated, but many items are still very usable.
Great for used computers and accessories.
Needed a cable had it was cheap want to go back look a computers
Great prices on computer hardware
Different, but OK. I was shocked to see desktop systems for higher asking prices than notebook systems. Everything else seemed to be priced about how I would expect.Overall, I’d go in again if I’m in the area. This location doesn’t hold a candle to the Toronto based Free Geek according to the Linus Tech Tips YouTube videos covering what Free Geek does.
Great place to voulenteer
Always check here first!
It was ok
Not very welcoming
