Matt was very informational about what the process on how it would work. Once I decided to go through with it, Matt walked me through the process step by step and worked with me to be able to get me a pretty good deal on a price the dealership and I could agree upon for the price of my car. Had to go with my daughter car shopping, this was my first experience going to Auto Express Mazda. I wish I could leave zero stars. My fiancée and I brought our vehicle in for routine service and after being charged $130 to get two fluids changed our vehicle smelled as if something had died in it. Which is not the way we brought it in. We ended up having shampoo our seats and carpets to get the foul stench out of our car. Until they start enforcing a showering policy in their shop I will not be back.

I recently took my Mazdaspeed6 to Auto Express Mazda to get an intermittent engine issue diagnosed. The service staff were excellent to work with even if they were not able to conclusively diagnose the root cause of the issue. They provided updates on their work with helpful videos, texts and phone calls. I would highly reccomend taking advantage of their excellent customer service! Adam, the tech who worked on my car, spent an hour talking with me about the car and possible reasons for the issue. There was no pressure to try expensive but possibly unnecessary repairs or part replacement. Keep up the good work!

Writing this awhile after my bad encounter. I figured it wasn’t a big deal until recently when they kept pestering me. I was 16 at the time and I was going to trade in my car for a truck they had. So I had an appointment with them. I visited before and we had set numbers and it was a deal. So when I’m like 10 minutes away they call me and tell me they sold the truck I was looking at. (It was an hour drive) then a week later I saw the truck on the website. I called with a different number and they said the truck was still available! So I had them look at my car again and they lowballed offers me. It was a 1200$ car and they gave me a 200$ offer. Bad people and now they won’t even stop emailing me. 0/5 stars

Dont purchase a vehicle! From them! contacted state police about a vehicle they put through pre inspection with a hole in the transmission pan after signing contract stating transmission is in good working order with no defects but was fixed with jb weld bought it and its been sitting in my driveways since purchase . Chris dietz contacted me hey man read your review Im really disappointed and after reading that and you contacting state police we are not going to do anything and see what the state police do . after he read my re review which I was pressured into doing in the first place. Overall shady experience do not do it unless you dont care about your safety . This is with him knowing I have 4 kids and needed RELIABLE transportation. But have a lawn ornament instead .

We just purchased a Mazda CX-5. We started out working with Patrick Carden remotely, and he was incredibly helpful. He was patient and prompt and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately Patrick wasn’t available to meet in person, so he gave us plenty of noticed and reached out to both his manager and another sales person, Ben Bruno to make sure that we had a smooth experience.Ben was incredible friendly, transparent, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. We didn’t feel pressured at all. He set us up for a test drive in the vehicle I’d communicated with Patrick about, but he also had us test drive the Mazda, which I hadn’t even looked at because I assumed it was out of our budget. Not only is it 2.5 years newer than we’d been looking, it had 20k less miles!We returned later, Ben assessed our trade in and they paid us a bit over the KBB cash value for it. All the staff members were very kind, and everyone who walked by made sure we were comfortable while we waited.The finance manager, Vlad was wonderful. We’ve bought a few cars in the past, and this was by far the most pleasant experience we’ve ever had. Vlad was so kind and very personable. Wow! I didnt realize there were people this honest and trustworthy in the used car business. I bought a vehicle, used and decided to bypass purchaing the warranty. Within two weeks, I had some problems, that I regarded, were due to wear and tear. So, after getting those issues fixed, I then had another issue, which again, needed to go back to the mechanic. I was ok with these first two, since they could happen to anyone, especially on a vehicle with higher miles. However, the third incident, within the first 4 weeks of owning it, was a transmission problem, that needed to be replaced. I decided to write to the dealership and express my concerns. Now mind you, I didnt expect any kind of response, besides a, Oh, we are very sorry. This is when my regard for these people and this dealership, went up to a whole new level. I told them about the transmission and the other problems that I already had, and they said they would pay for the tranmission work and even a bit toward the other problems that I had with the vechile. Mind Blowing! Who does this today? I didnt think such great service and customer appreciation existed in society today. Needless to say, if anyone asks me about where to buy a car, I will tell them to check Auto Express Mazda first! This has been the worst, then turned into the best car buying experience in my life. Dont walk, run to this place when you are looking for a vehicle!

Review edited 2/25/19 -This is not Auto Express Mazdas fault per se, but my experience since purchasing my vehicle has been almost like a bad dream. A week after the car was purchased, it was being taken in under warranty for an engine replacement. Thank goodness it was under warranty, but no one would think when theyre buying a 3 year old vehicle with less than 50,000 miles on it, that theyll be taking it in a week after ownership for an engine replacement. I bear some of that blame for not noticing the issue when I purchased it. Thankfully Chris in Service was BEYOND helpful, kind and amazing in the process of getting it fixed. I am very much appreciative of him. Two weeks after purchasing the vehicle, I get an email from another representative from the business saying my sales contact was no longer there. To find out hes been fired. Thats great. Now, I am also dealing with a new headache of issues after I got the vehicle back, but that isnt a Auto Express issue.I wish my experience would have been a better one and I hope that things get better for me in the future. If anyone is reading this prior to anything, just do all your research and make sure to pay attention to EVERYTHING.

Horrible experience!! Unfortunately, one star is necessary and you cannot give them zero stars. Talked on the phone and exchanged emails several times prior to making the trip from Michigan a 5+hour drive one way explaining my situation with bankruptcy and the issues my trade in had. After the last phone conversation they had gotten my payment where it needed to be and the deal was made. Drove down there the next day and they renegotiated the trade and the payment went way up This was explained SEVERAL TIMES that the payment had to be in a certain range or I could not purchase the car Not only to the salesman, but the finance and service guys as well. They only offered $2000 for a fully loaded 2010 Terrain SLT, the car does have issues, but is worth so much more. The negotiated price for the trade was $4500 which was matching another dealerships offer and that documentation was presented to them proving there was another offer. They guaranteed me that offer amount would be matched. Everything had been set before making the long drive. Including putting insurance on the car, which cost $354 to start the policy, now Progressive will not cancel the policy and refund the amount stating that I should not have put insurance on a car that I did not sign paperwork for yet so I am not sure why the dealership required this given that I had not signed anything. Progressive said that I could transfer the policy to another car yet this dealership ran my credit so many times that I can no longer get approved anywhere else at the moment. They stated they could not negotiate the price of the car in order to meet the payment I was promised because they would lose money, yet now Im out money for 2 tanks of gas ($86), toll road fees ($12), 13.5 hours of a beautiful Saturday, 700 miles on my car, $354 for an insurance policy etc. That is a horrible way to do business especially when a customer is traveling out of state. This was the biggest waste of time and money, because of the money and time wasted I now have to wait to until I am eligible for financing again and save up the money I spent for a different car. If you have a trade or are traveling out of state do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. These guys will lie and manipulate to get you in the door, then take back what they promised once you get there. Overall, this was a heartbreaking, exhausting and stressful experience.

For years I drove a CX9 and loved it, but after an accident it was time to replace it. I didn’t need the room anymore so I purchased a sedan from another car company since I was told it was the best to get. It worked out fine because a year later Mazda introduced the CX30 which was the perfect size with the styling I had moved about my CX9. One test drive and I knew it was as close to perfect as a car can get! Chris Dietz was my sales guy and he was phenomenal! He’s super friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without hesitating. The dear manager was helpful, too, with getting me a great offer on my trade in and took a lot of time to talk to my family. They were both really great in helping iron out some financial issues related to having multiple car loans. The customer care was outstanding and the post-purchase services are incomparable! If you love driving I recommend taking a test drive and know you’ll have equally great service!

I had researched the CX30 online, but after having purchased a new car only a year ago, I was hesitant about going through that process again. His knowledge about the vehicle, his genuine, warm personality, and his enthusiasm are only a few of the things that make him an exemplary person with whom to work! The test drive was so much fun and even though the car could probably sell itself, Chris made the whole experience a pleasure! I’d be remiss to neglect saying how wonderfully we were treated by Logan, the dealership manager. Logan took the time to sit with us and ask questions; you can see how he truly cares about the direction in which he takes his dealership as well as his concern for customers and his employees. On top of everything, Chris and Logan gave us an amazing deal on our trade in and the CX30! can’t recommend this car or dealership enough!

Chris Dietz was a really good salesman, got me into the car in my price range. He even drove 56 miles from Erie, PA to Warren, PA toget me so I could pick up my car.
