Jeff was extremely helpful. I shop everywhere from highend stores to locally owned and Jeff gave me one of the best customer service experiences. He was so attentive to help and even carried my tiles out and placed them in my trunk. I would definitely recommend this place because of his customer service and knowledge.

No customer service. Too busy talking with each other to help or notice a customer standing in the showroom. Stood waiting in their line of vision and actually followed the female employee into the store, but still no help. They will never get this General Contractors business.
