As usual it took me 20 minutes waiting at the pro desk just to get someone to help me. After another 10 to 15 minutes for him to figure out how to ring up the order he forgot to add the toilet to my order which I reminded him to do twice. Just another example of the pathetic customer service at Home Depot. I dont blame the pro desk staff I blame management for never having enough people to help those who spend the most money at Home Depot every month, contractors like me and the five others who were waiting to get their orders processed are not getting paid while were waiting there and time is money! Home Depot needs to take a serious reevaluation of their staffing policies.
