Best place to shop for landscaping, they have pretty much everything from rocks, turf, fountain, mulch and sand. They are very helpful and very informative.

Had a 5-Hour drive this weekend to pick up the specific type of rock. One two Southwest in San Diego and they were out of stock. I was sent to the Escondido store where I met two of the most pleasant people for a Saturday afternoon at closing time. I have shopped at both Fullerton and now Escondido stores, the staff at both the very professional courteous helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help out their customers. Rocks, gravel, and boulders in the future, there is absolutely nowhere else I would go. Most my projects at this point have been small but starting working on my pond project which I anticipate will be appx 30000# in boulders alone. Thank you again everybody absolutely great staff .

Southwest Boulder & Stone staff were very friendly and helpful. My wife and I went in for some rock and D&G for our yard. As homeowners we were treated great and they had no problem answering our many questions, making sure we got what we needed to complete our project.Delivery scheduling was easy and the dispatch team schedule us on the day we requested.Our delivery driver Joe Ruiz was outstanding and made sure to place our pallets of material in the proper place. Joe was great as was as all of the Escondido staff!

Id be remiss if I did not express my gratitude to this place ! From the time I walked on to their premises, they gave me time to review their product and then a delightful young man came out to see if I had questions. He not only kindly answered my questions, but showed me other options I might want to consider for my project. Over the next few days, another gentleman kindly assisted me in placing my order and went out of his way to make sure I had the right order and that it was delivered on time. First off, this was our first time here. We were looking for a white marble stone with which to blend into an existing stone scape. We came in one late afternoon and started looking around.We were quickly greeted by the store supervisor, Daniel S. We explained our situation and what look we were going for and he took time to provide many great perspectives for us for possible looks and alternates. He was very knowledgeable of stone types, sourcing, pricing, and use. He gave us plenty of samples bags to bring home some stone chips for color matching. We bought some same day and are incredibly happy with the results!We obviously dont look like we know what we are doing (and dont, often) and it was great to be treated with respect and helped so well. Southwest Boulder and Stone is a nicer, more welcoming, organized version of RCP Block.

Everyone there is friendly from the sales to delivery!No macho telling you what to do but real people knowledgeable and informative. Clean and easy to walk through. Beautiful boulders to choose from with a number of different color dg which we were looking for. This will be our go to place for any hard scape materials.

Great place. Ashlee was wonderful to work with. Were relandscaping our front yard and wanted a xeroscape. We know nothing about rock. Our landscape designer recommended Southwest Boulder for ideas and samples. We were welcomed the moment we walked in. Ashlee was amazing. Showed us everything, answered every question, made suggestions based on our landscapers recommendations and sent us home with every sample she thought we needed. We will definitely be doing business here.

We were immediately and pleasantly greeted by Lance as soon as we got out of our car - he was more than anxious to provide us with information and help with our project. Their selection of materials is extensive and we were encouraged to roam and look and ask any questions. I can see why the five reviews before me are all five stars - theyre well deserved! We departed with a small number of sample stones so that we get what we want. Their prices are moderate and delivery charge reasonable.
