First time trying Starbucks breakfast, dont think Ill be trying again. I think the bread was a little too toasty.

The last time I came here the drive though literally took a full 30 minutes...I wished I could have exited it... now I came tonight to give it another try and the drive-through was already closed at 8PM on a Friday night. Bummed.

Too many people and flying attitude so its best you just drive thru. But the coffee good

The customers service was great sadly they did run out of a lot of the things I asked for But in the end I did have good service and I had my breakfast I wish they would have used a little bit more peppermint on their peppermint mocha but thats a personal preference

Great location and friendly staff. Quick ordering and frappinco was made perfect.

Ordered a cold brew and an iced coffee and they were the same liquid.

I enjoy my visits to Starbucks and Im not even a coffee drinker. I enjoy breakfast, pastries, Refresher drinks and Frappuccinos on warm days.

Sad to say whoever was cashier there on Wed March 10th, at about 2:15 was extremely rude.Another customer held the door open for us, which was nice. But we missed the sign that said they were cash only. So the cashier very blatantly showed her annoyance with us for having wasted her time. Cant say Id ever want to go back.

I feel welcome but its a different Pace than the City...its feel more relaxed...no one its in a Hurry...I tried the Thanksgiving Blend and its great...I am a coffee drinker and I enjoyed very much.

Went through drive-through. Screen didnt work. Overcharged me For items I didnt want. No decaf coffee ready. Had to wait 5 min for pour overHad to go inside to get it and got yelled at because I didnt have shoes on. They didnt believe my order was wrong so they had to pull up the receipt before they gave me a refund. No attention to detail here. Try felicita or el norte for less headache and a better Starbucks experience.

Terrible service. Drive through takes almost an hour. Do not come here. Came an hour and a half earlier before work and was almost late.

I had a very pleasant experience at this Starbucks. The barista (both of them) were really really nice. They smiled a lot and were very friendly. My drink was made perfectly and the cake pops were very delicious. The inside and outside was nice and clean and they have plenty of seating both inside and outside.

They do tend to get busy on the weekends, but this is due to its location being on a main street and near the movie theatres. They have inside and outside seats, with a great view of the city. The employees are extremely friendly and keep a great paste on completing orders. Who cares if they get a little mad, like non of us ever get a little frustrated at work. Great Starbucks overall. They clean all the time, but since it is busy most people dont see that.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich. They were out. While trying to decide, clerk proceeded to tell me about ALL THE OTHER GREAT breakfast items that WERE SOLD OUT! Dont want my scone heated- going to heat it anyway! Should have eaten somewhere else!

Good workers but rude customers. Some customers are especially rude to the other customers. Its whatever, but disappointing the workers TOLERATE the customer-to-customer conflict (discrimination in this case). I guess I get it; I wouldnt want to get involved in conflict either. Just make sure the Starbucks employees throw out the trouble makers. LGBTQ for life, Ill never stop being myself! Not even for the homophobic customer that thinks its okay to talk anyway he wants to anyone. Funny how individuals increasingly, underestimate the community.

Lame, me and my friends were on our bike in the drive thru trying to get some water and they told us to leave.

Its a nice clean Starbucks with a good atmosphere. All Starbucks have expensive drinks and this one is no different, but the only drawback is that I dont have a drive-thru. They make up for that a little bit by having a convenient parking lot and having very late hours of operation.

Great employees, great service, no public bathroom. There is a homeless population who needs local business support. Public bathrooms are crucial in general, and especially needed at Starbucks locations because they open hours before anywhere else; it may be the only place for miles that southern California houseless folks can use the toilet/wash up.

Extremely busy 2day, but worth the wait!!!This is my favorite SB BECAUSE THEY MAKE IT RITE THE 1ST TIME? Also came in around 2:30 pm. Wasnt crowded, ordered and served immediately. Again, coffee was made great the first tim!

The service and drinks are great. Just a warning though...theyve covered all the outlets. So you cant plug in anymore. It seems like a lot if Starbucks are doing this. I go to coffee shops to work so Ill be heading somewhere else.

Great service, easy to find, and plenty of parking. However, its quite chilly inside, so bring a coat, and there is only one table (on the inside) large enough to use a computer with an external mouse. Plenty of nice cement tables outside.

I think I might become a regular. This place has a good atmosphere. Similar to a place in Denver I liked.

Just was here last month (April), I love this Starbucks. Its one of my favorite Starbucks in Escondido. Its my second favorite Starbucks in Esco.Employees here are great and nice. Totally recommend.

I had 15 to get a cafe and walk one block down to my meeting. But it was a 25 minutes to get my cofe because there was only one person doing coffees and a very slow process. I am not blaming Starbucks but I am just not stopping again.I was late to meeting and now I need to reschedule.

Great location for Escondido. Right near convention and city hall and downtown grand avenue. Service is fast and friendly!

First off I never walked into a Starbucks and never been treated with this behavior. Completely inexcusable! The girl named Chantel helped me, she seemed irritated at first but then straight up rude.. Tossing the drinks and her attitude was overall disrespectful!!

Conveniently located on W Valley Parkway and N Escondido this Starbucks gets busy in the mornings! Make sure tp park in the parking lot behind the store in the strip mall. Theres a Movie Theatre next door which is also not bad!During my visit, service was prompt and drinks came fast. Good Starbucks location!

I like this place the atmosphere is good and if you don’t like something they are always willing to change your drink.

I came in and waited patiently. The host asked me to wait a moment. I sat down closest to the counter. Two more customers come in and waited near register. Host takes their order starts to prep their order. Eventually the more experienced host noticed his mistake and took my order, but I could tell she had to stop preparing drinks to correct his error. Lucas failed to provide excellent customer service and for that reason should be disciplined or removed from his post.

Sure looks nice but theres one employee whos not very friendly at all... And theyre super stern about their whole weird bathroom thing... Definitely uncool and not the Starbucks experience youd expect

On 12/19/2017 around 1:00 to 1:15 PM, I went in there to buy a cup of coffee. The girl at the counter did not say hello and anything to me and when I got there and ready to order, she told me the old lady behind me came first. So I gestured that old lady to go first but the lady said she did not come here first, but me. From that forward, the cashier girl showed me all the attitudes possible. Not sure what her problem is. Hopefully she is not a feminist and hates every single macho man. She should be written up for showing attitude to a regular customer.

Customer service is exceptionally good here, decently priced items, clean store, food tastes great, ordering from this location is never a problem and so close to the movie theater. Etc

I frequent Starbucks often, this was the worst service. I sat and waited while call in orders and walk in orders continued to get filled until I asked about my own. I shouldnt have to remind them as a customer that I am waiting.

This has become my favorite location because the customer service is outstanding no matter the time of day! I tried the purchase and pick up option that is offered on the application, came across a minor problem and they kindly completed my order regardless of my mistake. The baristas are friendly, diligent, and offer the best customer service there is to experience at a Starbucks. Ive been to many locations and this one takes the trophy! :D

The three orders in front of me they were out what they wanted including mine. The guy was unfriendly and completely unapologetic, especially to the woman who waited 15 minutes for her drink before he told her he was out.This is the most poorly run and unfriendly establishment I have ever been in.

Not bad, but far from the best. The crew was friendly and everything but it took forever to get drinks out. Also, this location feels cramped. Its not a place Id want to spend a lot of time.

No drive through...and might as well be marketed as a take out... because I almost never find an open seat inside...regardless of what time of week or day I go....other than that the service is good and the coffee is decent.

Ive been here twice, I thougt the first time was just a random bad experience, I was wrong. Most dysfunctional Starbucks Ive ever been in. There is NEVER a reason anyone should have to wait 30 min. for coffee, even if its busy. Apparently more staff is needed desperately. When customers are upset it is not a good idea to make fun of them after they leave. This location needs a secret shopper snapshot pronto!

I came in today at 7:23 AM to order a Venti Iced Coffee. I specifically asked for lite ice. The lady making the drink was very rude and short replying “this is lite ice”. Then, I asked for a refill without ice. Again, the lady was rude and said that if I requested it without ice she would only fill it 3/4 of the way. She completely ignored what I had asked for. Mind you, I visit Starbucks around five times a week and I’ve never encountered such bad customer service. Also, I’ve never heard of a single barista saying that they would only fill the cup 3/4 of the way if the beverage was ordered without ice. I will definitely not coming back to this Starbucks location ever.

Good service. Apparently All of the Escondido Starbucks no longer have Outlets. That, is a bit disappointing.

Came here on a weekend, decently busy without being obnoxious. Someone snagged my drink without me noticing and when I asked about it twenty minutes later, the barista was very kind and immediately made another one size larger to apologise for the wait.

Cause I waited like 20 minutes for 2 not chocolates. After, I got like mad and this lady asked me what are you waiting for? And I told her 2 hot chocolates. And then she asked them when they will be ready. The lady that was making them said Who knows? Im never going here again!

They had no plugs ; Im traveling and wanted to charge my phone and get some coffee. Wi-Fi with no where to charge your phone or laptop. No thanks thats going to put them out of business.Your competition has places to plug up a cellphone and laptop. That was GHETTO 🤨👈💸

The baristas who work at this Starbucks location are friendly and know most of their customers by name! I enjoy the personal treatment I receive whenever I visit!

Good tea but slow service

Today I visited the very busy Starbucks. I waited in the line for quite a long time due to it being a Friday in half term, busy! There also seemed to be a lack of staff. I was served by a very bubbly and cheerful girl (I think her name was Megan). I was unsure what drink to order, she didn’t rush my order and adviced me on what to order. She was highly knowledgable on the drinks and what goes well together! She was then joined by anouther young lad on the till to give her a hand (think his name was Craig) who was cheerful and knew what he was doing. They both had such great knowledge surrounding coffee and what to order. I settled to order a latte. My drink was made by anouther young lad who made it quickly and accurately. The team vibe behind the counter was amazing, I could see how hard they were working such short staffed. Keep the work up!

Always nice people working. Even when it gets super busy theyre on it and the line moves fast enough.

Store felt chaotic and disorganized even without many people there. There’s no power outlets, the internet is terrible and they wouldn’t refill my tea with hot water. I used to go to Starbucks everyday this store makes me want to never return to one again.

Great corner intersection location near restaurant s and movie theater clean restrooms.

They never mess up my green tea frap with cookie crumble! Their manager is always really hands on a friendly as well. Not to mention their cheese danish, its so good!

No outlets. I keep trying to study at a café and its a big waste of time to show up to a sit down café that advertises wifi but has no power. I honestly dont even come here for the coffee. If the said they had none without me having to find out by going in, Id give them 4 stars. (Even though you can legitimately get better actual coffee at a 711.) If you dont like drinking sugar and are not middle to upper class American dream 9 to 5er, i suggest you look for a local one-off coffee shop. +5 hipster hp if you find one that has a record collection.

Painful experience. Had to order several times, they couldnt get it in the system. Didnt add enough shots to my drink and then after I left realized they made the wrong drink... I order from their menu, not a fancy custom order. Bad experience.

I was totally impressed with my greeting upon arrival and great clientele. Not to busy and had a relaxed atmosphere.

I appreciate the professional and friendly communication I got from the Barista Gina today! She explained the new drink alternative lables. Make sure to talor your drink order at the register as their new system is a printed lable rather than hand written on the cup.The wait was reasonable. The service was straight forward and honestly friendly.My medium hot chocolate with Heavy Cream and extra chocolate, by the way, is Yumazing!!Thank you!
