Tired of big box 1 and big box 2 not having what you need or they said they had it but couldnt find it when you get there? More and more I been coming to Escondido Lumber, Quince St. Yard, and they have had what I needed. The staff is friendly and more than willing to help you find what your looking for.

Great people and products. This is place to go for specialty lumber and items. Stock lots of older items you cant get at Box stores.

They can always figure out what I need to buy to fix what Im working on..... even if I am a grandma.

This place and people are very bad and dishonest. I purchased a few 2x4 lumber. They gave me the wet, chipped, cracked, and really bad ones from the lot. I trusted them to assume that they will be honest and provide the good ones. I should have picked them my self. Once I realsed that I wasr ripped-off, I decided to never go back to them again. I would rather go to Lowes or Home Depot even if i have to pay a bit more. The owner and his wife and the other employees do to wear a mask so you will be taking a risk of getting COVID. I would not recommend this place to anyone.James Brown

Amazing Service. Just what we need in a hardware store. Had some keys made at Escondido Lumber. I left 1 set behind. 3 months later, I was in the store and a clerk came up and said Did you leave these here? I was floored that someone cared so much to keep the keys in the first place, then to remember me (or my truck).

It is hard to find if you are looking for a hardware store, there are no signs for it. The only signs are for Escondido lumber. It is in the same building. The staff is always very friendly and will easily help with your hardware needs (unlike home Depot) I would recommend!
