Can spend hours in this store without spending a ton of money. Most tools are from China and may break after a few uses, but they are priced appropriately. Excellent return policy.

I am a CA Lic electrican & General and found these tools are very reasonable and the work.

Love this place. Always fun to visit and they have a lot of products to choose from. They didnt have a portable waste tote I was looking to buy for my rv, but they do have a whole bunch of other products to choose from. Definitely recommend this store to everyone. Their prices are pretty good and their products as well. Friendly staff too.

So Harbor freight send you the super coupons in the mail and/or Email and it has lot of restrictions on them. So unfortunately I didnt see that the product that I was buying was not part of the discount So it would have been better for me to buy a better product. So all in all its kind of worthless to even been shopped there. I mean for the time, gas and travel if you live in Valley Center its better just go to home depot and buy a better product...Do not waste your time and gas. Unless youre on a really tight budget then Go to Harbor freight.

One of the best harbor freights Ive been in, very clean super wide shopping lanes employees everywhere and lots of parking.

This place has great deals on tools. The tools are ok at best but if you are a homeowner and youre just trying to do work around the house the stuff they sell here will let the job done. I wouldnt recommended buying the power tools for commerical use because in my experience they dont last long.

Lots of tools available, mostly friendly staff. They are in a terrific location you really cant go wrong here

Worst customer service when it comes to return / most of the items are non refundable they looked at me.as Im creep customer keep monitoring me & as Im shop lefter!!! I dont know who put them there as a service but its big different between this & Mera Mar rd verity of product I would give stars

Although I love the store. They were out of stock of the item that I wanted which was on sale. The person who looked it up to see that they were out of stock was very pleasant however the person that works the register acted as if we were bothering her by being there and purchasing items. We were cutting into her time. She was not a people person. Very unfriendly, very rude. I wish Id seen her name tag. She should not work in any kind of customer service, EVER!! So whoever it was working the afternoon shift today, two young ladies, the one that was working the register, you need to fire her!

Needed a belt sander and they had just the one I wanted. Great selection.

Needed a spefic tool for single use. HF had it in stock and for much less than competitors.

Called this store 3 times between 8:35am and 8:45am nobody would pick up the phone even though theyre open. Called a nearby town HF store and they answered on the 1st ring. I bought my inverter gen elsewhere.

I am a disabled senior citizen. Harbor freight was very busy for a Sunday morning. I believe it was an employee named Ted who helped me. Ted was great. He knew exactly where the item was located and he saved me several hours of searching.

Always a great deal to be found on the shelves and friendly folks to answer your questions.

Cashiers dont know how to address customers politely. Before COVID-19 their were good Cashiers.

Good customer service but still China cheap products that are a gamble on whether or not the tools work. I had a Pittsburgh allen wrench that wasnt made to the proper size and as such the wrench itself stripped on both ends.

Very kind workers and always has the tool I need. Store is very clean and organized. Good job guys.

Oh, this is such a huge Harbor freight. Wow! I love the the tools that will work hard and get you through whatever nightmare you have gotten yourself into. Most professionals will not use these tools, but harbor freight has stepped it up in the tool department. I have a 12 miter saw thats been hammered by the weather and sun here in so-cal, and it still runs. Lol, I just day Ill gosebit off and use it again!

About two years ago my buddy the election got us a job in a nother town cutting concrete two twenty five foot cuts in the main house and two cuts in the granny flat about eighteen feet long the general contractor bought a jackhammer from harbor freight and I went at it all day it preformed like it should have, it payed for it self and then some .Well weve done many concrete demo jobs in two years and just got done with a nother one and did it in record time, to see the look on my bosses face grinning ear to ear and seeing that I had gone the complete 24 inches of concrete we both looked at the jackhammer that was purchased at harbor freight and said its still going .Now Im home early writing a review that I never thought I would write the end

This is an older location, but they have what I need.

Best selection of cheap tools, most of them will not hold up but some have warranty.

Summery at Harbor Frieght in Escondido was very rude! She answered the phone Sunday morning and just hung up on me after informing me no one was on the floor to see if an item was in the store. Just a tad bit more customer service would be great. Plain rude! I understand one may have other personal issues but please dont take it out on others..especially on Dads on dads day. A day I was looking forward to going to Harbor Freight!

This location is clean and has wide isles. Plexiglass germ barriers are in place to protect the friendly cashiers. Good place to pick up hand tools in a pinch.

Great place for Inexpensive tools

Had a generator to replace under warranty. The process has recently gotten a bit more complex, but thanks to the EXCELLENT staff it was made as tolerable as possible. These guys not only know their products & procedures, they really go out of their way to make customers happy. I am forevermore a very gruntled customer.

Great for many items. If you know what you are buying and know how to compare it to the name brands, you can get some fantastic buys. However,some items are junk and basically throwaways. Shop carefully and this place will save you $$$

Purchased a jackhammer and broke. I did buy warranty on the tool. They took it back no questions asked and with no receipt. Cant do that at home depot or lowes. Very crowded tho.

Staff was rude after asking for help. Both cashiers were standing socializing at the same register. I had picked up the wrong item not the sale item. I told her I asked for help and both of them were too busy talking. The cashiers response was that they were short staffed. I told her that was no excuse for bad customer service. Nobody was in checkout line by the way. It looks like the picture she kept repeating. First time shopping here was not sure where anything was thus why I asked for help! She finally took the time to show me the right one! Prices good but need better customer service.

My experience was terrible we had somebody was playing some disgusting music in the background that is only for those with an IQ of 50 or below. It was vulgar it was nasty it was disgusting. I would not take my Fielder or tomorrow my wife tube at Harbor Freight if that worker is there playing that quote-unquote music.

This.place was filled with buyers.. I am disabled and had to wait a while.. Oh I dont think I am special but a chair or two would have been nice.. The stor clerk said the truck came in monday and they ran out of labor time to unload it... I left without the electric sander the internet said you had..

Totally enjoy shopping at this Harbor Freight .They are very helpful and my only concern is that I will end up finding items that I had no previous knowledge that I have to get. This last trip I was actually able to stick with my original intended purchase. The wife must have been in continuous Prayer....

An awesome place to get tools at a great price if youre not looking for super expensive quality. They have a great selection of everything from zip ties to car cleaning cloths to generators and more.
