Daugherty Construction built a new 2 car garage for us in 2020 and we couldnt be happier ! Jason worked closely with us, as well as other contractors that were involved on the decisions that needed to be made and was very knowledgeable and most pleasant. He kept us informed about everything leading up to, during and after the projects completion, and was very attentive to our concerns. We even made last minute changes to a storage area above the car ports and he took it all in stride, no problem ! Jaime their crew foreman knew exactly what he was doing and set about the big job at hand. We were amazed at the progress made in so short a period of time. Impressive ! We are currently considering a small addition to our house and will not hesitate to call them back.

Daugherty construction has been been the coordinator of all of the projects we have done on our home in Mechanicsburg to include a new pool, cabana, trim work, new windows, painting, general repair. Shawn is professional, responsive and is fair. He also built 2 of our kids’ homes in Newville. We couldn’t be happier with his professionalism and attention to detail.

Excellent choice for new windows and front door. Professional in every aspect of the job. We had an issue ith the door over a year after install (not their doing) and they came out and corrected it promptly. I will call them again with any construction needs.

I had a great experience with getting a new roof from Daugherty Construction. The estimator explained everything throughly and i felt confident with going forward. The installers and foremen were friendly and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. The installation was pretty fast and the whole house looks great. Would recommend them to anyone thinking about a roofer and will be using them for future work on my house!

Friendly service, requested a quote for roof repair during high winds.

My son allegedly put a BB through a neighbors siding. Neighbor got a brief generic quote with no breakdown of $215 for one piece of siding. I called and asked for a break down and it goes like this... 11 miles to jobsite - $20, 11 miles to jobsite - $20, 1 panel of siding $7.50, 32 miles to pick up material - $32 (**IS ACTUALLY ONLY SUPPOSED TO BE 28 MILES!), Total expenses for truck and pick up of material - $79.50, 2.0 man hours to do work at $50/hour - $100 (includes drive time), Total cost - $179.50, 20% overhead and profit - $35.50, Total Sales Price - $215 After questioning why we were getting charged essentially three times for travel, they had nothing to say... she did try to explain that for this potential 15 minutes of work that its all about the health insurance, car insurance, fuel, wear and tear, etc, etc.You can decide for yourself... my only advice is to ask for the breakdown before you agree to ANYTHING from these people... In my opinion, they are robbing you blind!! I will NEVER use them and will let everybody know about my experience! I have the proof on their paperwork, theres no excuse for charges like this!

Cant be a good company if their guys are going to drive 50 mph in the left lane on a 6 lane interstate causing traffic to back up about a 1/4 mile behind them.
