Bought a van here. Terrible experience. Failed to truthfully inform me about a giant dent above driver windscreen. I had the van transported to New Mexico. Van showed up with broken glass all over the cab area. The van was filthy......it had zero gas(zero) and tons of broken glass and a dent. Thanks. Also only came with one key which I was laughably told is common. This was a 2020 promaster with 6000 miles that cost over $30k. I would never buy a van here again. If you decide to buy here make sure you see it in person. They did offer me $500 as a retribution which I took but it aint gonna cover dent repair and a new key.. Im writing this review because I was sucked in by their high reviews. I dont know how theyre that high. It was like pulling teeth dealing with administration....took them 8 days just to get paperwork in the post. One of the worst purchasing experiences of my life.

Do not buy from these people. Before taking delivery on a 2019 ford transit Van I specifically asked them if the Van had been wrecked. Was told no and that was not true. After 3 months the roof on the van which has a whole 10,000 miles on it the roof begin to leak in several places. Took the van to ford for warranty work and was advised that the van roof had been previously replaced so no warranty. They also pointed out what a bad job someone had done on the roof.

If you need a good deal on a gently used passenger or work van, Bobby and his team are the ones to go to! If youre looking for another kind of vehicle, he may be able to find one for you at auction.

This dealer was highly recommended to me by acquaintances and they were right. I got a great van at a great price - no hassle and no haggling needed. The dealer fees were the lowest Ive ever paid and I thank them for no hidden fees. I was in their office for less than ten minutes - did the paperwork and emailed it to them beforehand. They have a good selection of vans. The van I purchased was in excellent condition according to my mechanic. There was a pricing error on the van and they honored the lower price because that is what I saw.Great place, wish you all the best.Update: Two years later and the van is still in great shape. I keep coming back to their website; I wish I had need of another van to buy, just so I could say Hi to them in person again, but sadly I dont.

Just drove off in my 2017 Ford Transit, Ill be honest, the only thing the was hard to deal with at Find me a van was there were to many great options to choose from, seriously if youre looking for 12-15 passenger van, go down see Bobby. The options to choose from are amazing, you can spend weeks or months looking on Craigslist or etc... But will not find a cleaner vehicle, or better price. Sad to say but this dealership is just like all the rest. Lass than a year after I bought a van from these guys I had to replace 3 batteries and an alternator. While replacing the alternator I noticed melted wires along the wiring harness. OK it was a 2006 i figured just wear-and -tear. Within the next 6 months I would replace several fuses and end up with another electrical problem (unknown). The van is currently sitting in my driveway broken (possibly another alternator) less than a year and a half after purchase. Bottom line is I was sold a lemon (dont know if the dealer knew or not), with electrical issues that will continue to plague me until I get rid of this van. Just figured yall should know the good and the bad about this place. I give it 2 stars because they were real nice when I bought the van.
