I wish I could say I loved or even liked this place but I really dont. There is a LOT of room for improvement. Even with an auction access account, every time we come here to preview units, its almost like an interrogation and an issue getting in. Once you get past that, the units are NEVER in their run number, slides on trailers arent open, and nobody who works there is capable of helping locate units out of lot/run number or open slides on trailers being previewed ONE day before auction.

Always have problems with titles in this auction, franchise dealers dump their trade ins at auction with no titles .Management should stress on sellers not to sell their cars without titles in hand

Trucker point of view terrible service. Why the a tge sold cars a mile away from the loading area. But have 10 vans with 3 people max but give us 1 shuttle lol. Walking 2000 ft each time multiply that by 9 and thats my day.

Do not trust this place. I bought multiple cars with the odometer rolled back, and with bad engines/transmissions. The other day I bought a gmc envoy with the odometer rolled back from Manheim. this is illegal!! Take your business elsewhere as these people will sell you a car that will be impossible to resell.

One of the worst Manheims known, this auction is as shady as it gets. Do not trust the Condition Report, it is false information. Purchased a vehicle they claimed it ran and drive as soon I get there that information was false. Manheim Dallas-Fort Worth has a known reputation of being shady, do not trust them. I have being trying to get in contact with the manager known as Stephen for the past three weeks to no vale. My recommendation take your business else where or they will play with your money.

Im a transporter and have been to Manheims all over the country. The guys here helped me print out my gate pass and were very helpful.

Some of the most rude inconsiderate people working at the guard shack that we have came across at any Manheim yet. My husband and I are owner operators. It listed online that the gate will release vehicles until 9pm and we arrived at 8:30pm, plenty of time to pick up ONE car. We simply needed help with printing a gate pass because our printer had broke in our truck. The attendents repeatedly told my husband that he had to use this specific printer. He had the gate pass already pulled up and his phone would not cooperate. They offered no help what so ever and repeatedly yelled at him that he only had 5 minutes. We could have very easily sent the email to them and they could have helped us print 1 piece of paper from their phone or another printer. After driving over 500 miles we had to leave without the car which cost us part of our load. Seems to me like you would want to help the people that transport your vehicles. Unfortunately the transporters are the ones that end up getting screwed every time. ONE PIECE OF PAPER AND THE 2 MINUTES IT WOULD TAKE TO PRINT COST US $400. THANKS.

Cant get-find any help on the lot. When someone finally showed up to air up a tire he didnt even check the pressure. My people dont load these cars on to transports they drive the a pretty long distance. When they came out, pressure in the tire was 80psi thats ridicules. Dangerous!

It is a huge auction house. It is well organized. They are professional and helpful. I liked that they had a sign in sheet. They open at nine and close at five. They had a wide variety of autos . The building was clean . It was quite interesting.

Bought a Tahoe from here for a family member a couple weeks back. There was quite a discrepancy in the Condition Report. Assistant Manager Brad Wilson stepped in to assist me with this and handled everything very promptly and professional. I could not have been any more satisfied. He is a great asset to Manheim Dallas Ft Worth.

As a dealer when we purchase a card we depend on so many thing for example PSI we pay to them to checking the vehicle make sure the seller did not do anything wrong make sure frame make sure everything is being announced it correctly make sure everything is good for the vehicle which they charge for 7 days fortunately they do not check the vehicle!!! play they charge us I did bring that to arbitration and management level after we even drive the car just about 10 miles away car die we have a full tank gas on it unfortunately when we check the scanner there was a 7 to 9 code show on the system look like nobody even touched,?!!! But we was paying for that for trying to return a vehicle arbitration give us a hard time when we exception coming from the GM assistant manager they not trying to pay what we pay for the towing what we paying for the gas was in the car what you paying for services this is ridiculous please dealers open there I make sure do not pay for that PSI Unfortunately they are not do what they supposed to do you just pay for something you can do before depending cuz somebody doesnt do for you I dont like this location but Ill be getting used to it for a long time!!!!!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡 And the last things arbitration asking you why you put the gas in the car I do not know they were probably selling the car using a water as well as going to ask him to after the accepted vehicle return they supposed to pay that bag amount of almost $70 gases which is like provide the receipt for them the funny part is if we as a dealer or anyone need gas inside this location guess how much they charge you$10 per gallon I dont know maybe they have a special guest coming from the moon or somebody in the Earth with no one knows about it anyway this location is terrible 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Not organized. Most employees are unhelpful, because they dont know how to or where to find the vehicles. Customer service van drivers are more knowledgeable as to what lane or row, but theyre always on their phones with none job related issues while driving.

I used to work there and its a great place. The Security Department does a great job with customer service. I just dont understand how people can come into the Security Office and verbally abuse the Security staff which tries their best to provide excellent customer service. Nobody cares if you say, I spend millions of dollars here. This is not going to make them jump through hoops just to help King/Queen You! Transporters are extremely rude to the Security staff as well. The transport lot is a privilege and you transporters need to police your own areas. If theres trash, pick it up. DUUUHHH! Quit giving the Security staff such a hard time, and you will probably get better results when dealing with them.

This place has come back to its glory days. Great job to the people who helped me. The GM is honest and fair. Good place to do business.

Large facility, make sure that you know where you need to go before you start driving around. They have barkers that prevent you from backtracking out, and youll get flat tires if you do. Other than that, everybody there has good personalities and as long as you put a vehicle where it needs to go, you wont get any flak.

Great place to Buy or Sell your vehicles. As a dealer, you get more eyes on your vehicles with online and in-lane buyer presence.

Its a well organized auction facility with nice, clean facilities and good food and drinks too.

My auction lot boss Jaylynn or whoever her name is was impolite to me and thats the ONLY reason why I gave Manheim Fort Worth a two-star. Otherwise this job was enjoyable to work in, and even the morning security guard was okay.

Decent place to buy and sell. Definitely better than Dallas Manheim. Customer service is ok as well, just depends what day you catch them I guess but overall it is a fair experience.

Im a transporter that deals with this location on a semi-regular basis. Theyre always professional and the cars are relatively easy to find. Always a painless process.

This is the worst place ever! I work here trust me! They let clients curse out employees and they lie to their clients! They rip them off and sell them garbage without disclosing everything to them. They have a bunch of unqualified employees doing the inspections and will always find a way to put it off on the purchaser. Beware the mobile auctions!!!! Real trouble lies here, enter at your own risk. No one here knows how to run a real auction.

The porta potty in the transport lot hasnt been cleaned in over a month. Use your imagination on what that looks like.

Ive seen them treat their staff and customers (dealers) bad. Security at the outlet gates are good, most the time. The lot is very unorganized, messy, theres old cars sitting there rotting for years and I find cars parked bumper on bumper all the time. Yet we cant test drive them, they cant even park them! They dont have a shed or something for the lady that signs in cars, she stands outside in all weather. They dont let you bring scanners to check cars, they just want you to buy junk without checking it! Its bad enough you cant test drive them either. Scanners dont do anything but check for vehicle codes. They will run a car thru the auction over heating and let it keep running. And to top it off they dont give you coffee in the morning like they used to a year ago.

Condition reports are a joke. Whoever processes them needs to be fired. If youre buying simulcast and are trusting a CR.. good luck. . Adesa does 10x better job.

I wouldnt give them any business i bought a car from them on the 16th of Nov.2017 i was told to pay for it by Wed since i had issue with my bank, i found that they added 143 dollars in late fees and the lady i spoke to stated that she never talked to me before. I wouldnt buy any thing from you this is really pathetic a lady calls her self the manager of collection and she spreads lies around... Attorney General no doubt

These place is SCAM association. They sell BIO-HAZARD, totally trashed unit as in Average condition without even disclosing the damages and when I tried to address the issue at the location they wouldnt help. Called arbitration office and still no resolution. Would rate them SOLID NEGATIVE -5 if I could. Stay away from these scammers and con artists.

Mannheim DFW, I bought a car through their Simulcast also ordered LPI. Which said car is green light and good condition. When I went to pick it up it is complete junk. Lots of scratches and damages. Fabric ripped, interior damages, oil spill over the engine and smells oil. I filed an arbitration but took 3 weeks still waiting for it to resolve. First thing I made mistake was buying through Simulcast. Second, paid without inspection. Most of most, the whole Manheim staff and arbitration officer are crooked. They work in interest of their seller and auction. Really, u are stuck with the purchase even if its their fault. Manheim dallas-fort worth does not even have arbitration officer, its from Dallas Manheim and not a fair arbitrator. A worst car buying experience. Working to find premanent wholesale who can be trusted.

One of my favorite choices.

The transport lot is very unsafe.. hydrolic fluid all over the ground making it very hazardous for transport drivers safety. I called the # posted on the sign (which was broken and laying on ground) and got a cell phone recording. I left a message about major fluid problem and nothing was done at all! Manheim also does not provide restrooms in transport lot... during same visit last week I noticed human crap on ground between two cars!!! Plus..... EVERY SINGLE VEHICLE THAT I PICKED UP WAS LITERALLY PARKED AT THE FURTHEST POINT FROM THE TRANSPORT LOT!!!! It literally took me 6 hours to pick up FOUR cars!!!! WHY WOULD YOU PUT THE SOLD VEHICLES ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF TRANSPORT LOT??? MASSIVE TIME CONSUMPTION!!!!!!!!!! Next month commercial truck drivers WILL ALL be on electronic logs and this situation at this auction will KILL the available hours of service! They only have ONE car puller (that you have to pay 7 dollars a car to pull) working on location and good luck on sale day getting help from him!!! WAKE UP MANHEIM (DALLAS) MANAGEMENT!!!!

Great looking place my only complaint is that they dont let you open the hood in the lanes while auction is running I was advised that I can only look under the hood in the pre-sale which is kind of hard when you are running a three person company

I drive cars to this Manheim and when I get car inspected, they tell me to park at the yellow cones. There are no yel- low cones. They are all orange/orangish. Tell the inspectors to say something that does not leave drop off drivers questioning if they parked in the right spot. Thx

Horrible!! Checked a car in and while it was under their care the car was joy ridden and trashed! One of the wheels was broken completely off of a 2012 car. Was told by the head of security John Torres to go screw myself! I have contacted corporate Manheim as well as my local rep. They were appalled to hear how this location is behaving. I travel to Manheim sales across the country and have never had any issues. This location is not a good representation of Manheim.
