Mo is awesome. He got solutions for all of your problems. Very intelligent guy indeed. As long as I remember whichever store i went to couldn’t help me but Mo helped both me and my friend. He offered the best price among all the other stores and even Fixed both of our old phones. He also helped us in transferring all of our data to new phones. I really loved his customer service and would surely recommend this place.

Terrible service. Rude associate. Like he couldnt even be bothered to help. Dont understand how someone like that still has a job and Boost Mobile is the absolute worst anyway so well be switching phone providers asap.

Its not bad i liked how friendly the workers are and how relatable you can be with them. But boost mobile itself is another story. 💀🗿

Great service especially when metro pcs was trying to rip my husband off...same phone and plan amount..boost like $90 compared to metro at $150!!! Totally recommend boost.

The young lady was condescending and rude. Im unclear as to why we would STILL need to call customer service 800 line.. Only to be belittled and demeaned again by the 800 customer service. Defeating the whole purpose of walking into the brick and morter store.
