Came in today and got help from Omar. I could not believe the customer service provided. They were so busy yet he made me feel like a priority. I am kind of dumb when it comes to phones but he really took the time to explain my new iPhone to me. Thanks! I will be back
I love our little local store.The employees are awesome and super helpful.They are super short staffed right now due to covid and yet they still do their best to help everyone! Often times helping multiple people at a time. Not many stores do that, not many people can do that!They have a good selection of phones and I just picked up the new smartwatch from them.They were super helpful and set me up in no time.Way better customer service than at Verizon or u.s. cellular. They dont make you feel stupid for not knowing how to do things. Highly recommend.

So far every time I go to the only store in eureka the sign says closed for lunch be back in an hour. 10 am 3 pm?? Call no answer. It will ring until it hangs up. Can some one do something? Or is Verizon the way to go!
They dont answer their phones. Super slow workers when the place is always way to busy and they barely have like two workers. It isnt how you run a buisness they need to get it together and hire some more workers. Answering phones should be a priority not sitting around talking with people how to work an iphone.
No fun once again. But not because if the store staff. They were great and very helpful.

When we bought our S21 the sales woman told my husband the screen protector she was using was the “best product they had” to keep his phone safe and since she struggled with putting on the phone case she had the manager put the screen protector on in the back room out of our sight. We never saw the box but bc we were told it was the best product protection, we assumed it was a tempered glass screen. A week later the phone fell and a rock punctured through the plastic sticker they put on and damaged the pixels on the screen underneath. When we called to complain that they misrepresented their product, Bryan the manager told us that Tempered Glass screen protectors don’t exist for S21, so they scratch protector was the best product available on the market. Of course we googled and found one immediately at Verizon. Not only did they misrepresent the products they sold to us at the time, Bryan doubled down and bold faced lied to us about what was available as protection when confronted about the inferior product they sold us. Had they said, this is just a scratch protector and never meant to protect against impact, we would have bought our own instead of relying on what they put on. We completely paid off the phone when we bought it, and my husband wanted AT&T to replace it with a new one, not a refurbished assurion phone, due to their misrepresentation and outright lies they told us. When my husband called back to tell Bryan he found the tempered class screen protectors he said didn’t exist, Bryan hung up on him then took the phone off the hook bc when we called back it was a busy signal. Not only did they lie to us to sell us a product we would have never bought, it prevented us from buying a real screen protector to keep a brand new phone safe. My phone is broken because they lied about their product being the best on the market bc they didn’t stock what was necessary to keep our phone safe and wanted to make that extra $10. We didn’t buy the stock phone cases because we felt they didn’t provide enough protection and would have brought our own screen protector had they not lied to us about what they were putting on.
Went in for a new apple and was able to finally go back to a android Id been wanting this Samsung newest phone never knew it could be done but he did it lower my son to kick back and watch some TV I think I want the at&t cable you all provide

Worst experience at an ATT store. The manager didn’t want to be bothered with me and told me to call customer service. I’m taking my business to Verizon. I’m done with ATT.

Gabriel was the worst at&t employee I have ever seen. Ive been with at&t for years and always had a good experience with the employees who work there until today. I had a cracked screen on my phone and needed an old metro phone unlocked.He told me to do this myself and printed me out a paper from the internet that was not helpful at all. He said to come back when I was done figuring it out. I came back and needed my account number to proceed. He asked me if i had a pen to write it down. I said no. He said well I dont know where to find one. I was in disbelief. I asked him why he didnt have a pen? I looked around the store and in three seconds found three pens. Im leaving AT&T because of this employee. He wrote down my account number on a different employees card. I noticed this and said bye Gabriel. Not only rude service but hes trying to blame an employee who isnt even working there. Scum.
The staff is always so friendly. But today they are having technical problems and are not opening untill later. But they are super nice and supportive even though alot of other customers are rude about it

The staff was very helpful today, our issue was a complex one and phone support was pointless. I know these big telecom companies dont have the best track record but with all the negativity these employees have to deal with, still being able to greet the next customer in line with a smile is huge. It doesnt go unnoticed.
Okay, so almost 2 weeks ago, I ordered my granddaughter a iphone max pro 11 and told them I wanted what she had in her current iPhone 8 Plus. Well, they sent me the phone but only 64gbs when she had a 256gbs. So I called and they said to the nearest store, which was Eureka California, and they would wave the restocking fee and I can get the iPhone max pro 11 with 256gbs. Upon getting there I was informed because they were not a corporate store they couldn’t exchange it and I would have to send it back but by then the 14 days would be up. Luckily I needed to upgrade my iPhone 7 Plus, so they had the iPhone Max Pro 11and the color she wanted in the 256. He was very patient and explained everything. My only thing is, if you order from AT&T on the phone, make sure they repeat your order back to you. Thank you for your help Eureka California

I had a direct TV issue and had gone in to get some help. Brian Hansen, the store manager, tried his best to help me...two hours later...he was still trying to get to the right person. I had tried to cancel my Direct TV, and thought I would try seeing if an ATT store manager could help. He is an amazing credit to your business!! If I ever choose to return to Direct TV, Brian Hansen is the only person whom I would go to. Thank you
I just called this branch and honestly I almost didnt because of the other reviews, but the call went just fine. They answered all my questions in a professional and informed manner. Also, my family has used AT&T for 20 years and although there were some issues with billing once in a while, its a solid service with a good network. This deserves 4 stars at least when not throwing a tantrum like the other reviewers.

Pretty much the only game in town if you want AT&T items. They dont have a lot of people on hand to help, so if more than two customers are in the store the wait can be pretty long. On the plus side, they spend all the time you need to answer questions and resolve issues (thats one of the reasons it takes a long time). Not always the most knowledgeable about everything (the guy I worked with didnt know how to open the packaging for an item I purchased), and Im not too crazy about some of their fees -- this is an authorized store, meaning its not directly owned by AT&T, so I suspect there are some up-charges here and there to help pad their profits. Im not going to gripe a whole lot about the extra charges, as Im happy I was able to get a replacement item right then and there, but that doesnt mean Im a fan of the extras they charge, or that they try to push people into purchasing warranties and protection programs that really arent any good at all (and I overheard one of them telling a guy that he had to make a decision on the protection plan right then and there, because he couldnt add it after the purchase, which is not true at all).
This trip to AT&T store was quick and they were able to fix my phone without a penny spent, the check was really nice a d knowledgeable.
The guys that work there are always polite, relaxed, and know their business. Im very satisfied with my AT&T cell phone service.

Great Service AT& T thanks so much. Been with them for way over 30+ years and Ive tried many other services before cell phones and after all the new tech stuff thats out there. Of course at times networks crash and power outage... Geez folks life has its ups and downs too.For the guys that hasnt gotten his landline service... Well plug in the phone jack and if it doesnt work you ask landlord to help fix the phone line. IF its not apt/landlord problem then pay the fee and hook up the phone. Like I said people are human.... Patience is your best weapon along with respect to others. A smile helps too. Thanks AT& T you guys rock my family plan :)
If you can avoid it, call the 1-800 number, do NOT take your problems to this store, the employees are completely incompetent and cost me $600. They assured me my phone that had stopped charging (and that was cracked on the back) was covered under their warranty and- Surprise!- it 100% is not so imagine my surprise when I had a new phone, then got my old phone sent back to me telling me I now owned 2, $600 phones. The 1-800 number was baffled how the employees- THREE OF THEM, one of whom was a manger, could have possible allowed this to happen. They failed to complete any of the check phone section and seemed to be absolutely clueless when I was in the store. Took me over an hour on the phone. I now own 2 phones and will be cancelling my service with At&T. Bravo for your inept customer service.

Seriously the worst company ever to deal with. Ten minutes of automated prompters, to get someone you can barely understand. Then you explain your situation 3 times for them to still not understand what you are requesting. 3 days no internet and you send out the wrong person. How many days am I going to go without internet? Get rid of the automated system and get competent people.

Recently moved here with a plan started in Oct. DO NOT GET AT&T.. its beyond bad. My new to me, 4 month old cell phone is slower with their service than my old Samsung Galaxy 2. Complaints filed will neved provide better service. DO NOT consider switching . Interesting in that manufacturers of phones partnering with carriers makes them both look bad. Fortune 100 companies are the worst in customer service.. what an oxy-moron. But you probably already know that. Thanks USA company.

Ordered basic land line corded phone last week in May and paid deposit, activation fee, and other cost. Still waiting for connection/service as of July 1. Contacted them three times and all i received were empty promises. No shows on promised dates. No refund either.
The service is eh, and they tend to try and overcharge you when they can.
