Caz was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. he showed us the pros and cons of different approaches to setting up our account and helped us choose the correct plans for our intended use of our phones. He never pressured us or tried to get us to buy things we wouldnt need, and genuinely wanted to help us have the best experience. In addition, he went above and beyond by offering to help us anytime even if he was on his days off to make sure that we would be happy with our choices. He made switching to Verizon a very good experience.
Was super friendly... helpful... offered good advice... deducted 1 star because they didnt have what I wanted in stock... otherwise very nice and helpful... cleaned my phone and provided info.
Caz was so awesome. Even when we had a problem with my bank, he spent over an hour with me waiting to resolve issue. He definitely deserves a raise and a trophy. Haha. Great experience.
Posted hours are 9 am to 9 pm, was at the store at 10:20 am, the gates were down, and the employee inside refused to acknowledge my presence

In the interest of keeping this review brief I wont go into detail but I wouldnt return to this store if they were the only one in the world. Even one star is far to gracious.
Between my update, her doing some good customer service/sales work, I updated to an iPhone 12 and got an 8th gen iPad, such a great hook up, so glad she was there, even though she had multiple people to deal with and the location was closing, she kept going like a champion. She definitely earned her pay tonight and some!
Every time Ive gone to my local Verizon store Ive always been helped above and beyond. The customer service here really is the best, its like talking with a friend rather than an employee, which is nice because they make you feel comfortable.

Called to make an Appt. Couldn’t do it.Texted the helpline- after 40 minutes they still couldn’t access my account. Then after being on hold with Customer Care for 50 minutes I finally got a person and after an hour and 23 minutes she finally tells me she couldn’t access my account and I’ll need to go to the store and that I should make an Appt!!!!! AHHHHHHH!!!!!So after close to 2 hours of waiting....back to square one and NO HELP was able to be given.“Customer Care” is a total joke.I’m reporting them to whatever government agency I can find that regulates poor business.

Horrible experience. Took an hour and a half just to buy a phone. I wasn’t even activating it. They kept trying to bill me for things I did not need. The manager was rude and disrespectful. We finally left without purchasing. My advice...go directly to Verizon. Do not be fooled by the Verizon sign at the mall. It is run by Victra.

Caz at the Bayshore Mall in Eureka is the best.
This place is trash. The workers dont care about anything other than making commission off you. They charge a fee to activate prepaid phones which they literally just pocket for themselves. Avoid this place at all costs and go to the actual Verizon store off Broadway.
