Probably the worst pharmacy in the area. For one, its dumpier than any dollar general in America. It feels like a run down bus station. They also keep leaving me automated messages about some prescription that isnt even being sent to them anymore, and the only way to reach anyone is to call customer service, only to have them tell you that they are intentionally not answering phone calls because theyre so short staffed. Be better off if they go out of business and take some of the pressure off of their low staff....
One of the worst CVS I’ve ever been to for the pharmacy department they almost never have your prescription ready then they tell you that it’s ready and then they make you wait 20 minutes while you’re in the store. My prescription is put it on a Tuesday it is now a Friday and I’m here to pick it up after waiting and I still have to wait 20 minutes because it’s not ready
Literally the worst pharmacy in town. I wait 2 days for my script and call about 4 hours before I go to pick up and get told every time it won’t be ready for another day and the employees are always so rude even if it’s a medication you needed ASAP. I was hoping things would be better once they upgraded the pharmacy but it seems worse.
Shelves were not stocked and ALL cashiers lanes closed. The district and general managers were trying to encourage more self check-out by forcing this option. When I suggested to the DM that a discount might work better than forcing me to be my own cashier, he replied my wellness card was my discount, and there you go he replied. I told him with customer service skills like this I would not be returning. He shrugged his shoulders and turned away. I have sold my stocks in CVS and suggest you do the same.i will be emailing the CEO.
One star because I have been trying to reach CVS Pharmacy for 2 weeks. They do not pick up their phone. I have been on hold for one hour. I called the front checkout and she claims there is one person to answer the phones and told me there was nothing she could do to get the pharmacy to answer their phone. Guess Ill be switching pharmacies.
If they had 0 thats what I would give, they must be sampling the product
Yesterday they refuse to give me my inhaler and my imbuler inhaler an coughMeds cause of short staff. So they put my meds on hold. Boycott allCVS. Open Door told me that theyGet compliments about cvs manyTimes a day. Open Door suggest IUse Wal greens
Store is not very clean inside or outside. People are great.
I needed something I couldnt find and was helped by a pharmacy staff person. My prescription wasnt ready so I went to the main store checkout counters to buy the other items Id found. There was no one at any checkout other than pharmacy. I yelled for an employee and no one came. Another woman was also waiting and had been needing help with the new check out machines (which I wont use). i dropped my hand basket on the floor with the items still in it and left the store. I also was unable to find many items but the shelves were very empty. For example I was trying to find and anti-mold and mildew product and the store had no cleaning products other than dish soap. Finally, there was no one on the floor to help customers find things. I waited in line at pharmacy twice just to get help with items from other parts of the store because there was no one else in the store to ask. The people in pharmacy have always been helpful and good employees. I am very disappointed in the experience I had today in the other part of the store.
On 06-18-20, I went to CVS, myrtle ave, to pick up an item that was advertised to have mystery offer from Coupon Center. Was disappointed when found the machine is again not working. Later, was greeted by associate Shannon. She was very friendly and asked if I need any help. I told her about my inability to get the Mystery Offer. She was so helpful. Able to print out $5 coupon for me and told me about the CarePass program. That save me another $10. Instead of feeling misled with false advertisement of “mystery offer”, I left the store with the product plus a $15 discount. And I misplaced my credit card. They found it and kept it safe for me. With staff member like Shannon, I will definitely be a loyal customer.
It has some good stuff
I like it here. I was employed with CVS in 2007-2008. Friendly.
My quick shopping needs
I went to pick up a prescription for my wife and the Pharmacist PJ was the most knowledgeable, compassionate, friendly and helpful pharmacist I have ever encountered. You could tell he was passionate in what he did and genuinely wanted to help his customers. It was a new prescription so I was given the standard consultation after purchasing it and have never received more instructive and genuinely helpful advice. As it was medication for depression he not only gave info on what side effects she should expect and look out for, he also gave advice and suggestions as to how the people close to her should handle any possible side affects with her mood. He extended an offer to have anyone of us call the pharmacy at anytime for any support or questions we may have.
DO NOT USE CVS PHARMACIES. Horribly overpriced prescriptions. $200 at CVS vs $13.00 at Safeway. Highway robbery for over the counter diabetic supplies...and this is really hurting the elderly population that doesn’t understand how to use amazon, or price compare, naively trusting that they are being treated “just fine.” No customer at CVS pharmacies are treated fine at all. 👎
Shop there several times a week. Great service. Friendly and helpful staff
I guess its as good as any other Pharmacy.
I walked in today a few min before the phamacy closed. After being ignored for a bout 2 minutes, They told me that they would be closing in a few minutes and that they could not help me. This really sucks because i am really ill. I need the medication. My rx coverage is specifically at cvs pharmacies. I now am going to move my home pharmacy across town because of the inconvenience i am living with. I would assume that since they are a pharmacy they know that the service they provide is very important in keeping people healthy and alive. But hey its Saturday.
I love this CVS, everyone is so helpful and nice.
. No bread or perishables . they ID everyone in party or deny sales of liquor? Neighbors hood with lots of homeless outfront
Good selection and prices
Expensive, but convenient.
Pricey and always busy
