Great store! They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all my questions. The lawnmower I ordered only took a few days to get in and they called me as soon as they got it in.

Couldnt do anything for my Husqvarna trimmer. They did tell me who might. If you have Stihl equipment Im sure theyre goo.

Overcharged $38.41 for services I didn’t request and then they have the nerve to laugh and say it’s just a simple misunderstanding. Check your receipts carefully. My boyfriend is a disabled vet that they thought it was ok to steal from but act like it’s no big deal.

I went into the store today because i needed a new chainsaw blade and to know how to operate the chainsaw and what fluids went where...the gentlemen who helped me was so kind he not only put the new blade on for me but he showed me what fluids i needed and where to put them and he also showed me how to start it and how to operate it safely which was very helpful because i have never operated a chainsaw before and was quite nervous...even the customers in the store were so kind and helpful giving me advice..just wanted to give them a review and say thank you for all the help and safety tips i greatly appreciate it!!! If you are looking for any kind of help with your chainsaw i highly recommend western chainsaw!!!

I Needed a carburetor for my lawn mower, unfortunately for me I took pictures of the incorrect model number. I was very impressed John still knew the correct carburetor for my model by other pictures I had taken of the mower, without having to look it up on the computer. This saved me a trip back to the store after finding the correct model number on mower at the house. In todays big box environment it is rare to find someone that even knows what or where an item is in the store, let alone the correct part without a computer. Highly recommend any parts/service. Very courteous. Thanks John!

Wish their hours were better. Theyd make a lot more money if they opened on a Saturday. They started their winter hours before the end of summer, even. Lame.

These guys have repaired my chainsaw with expert care and were done when they said they would be.. Which is rare for anything around here. Professional and courteous each time I walked thru the door.

After poor service at a different dealer, I came to Western and really appreciated, the time and care I received. Friendly, professional, large inventory, down home. Its a longer drive for me, but I refuse to do business with companies that make me feel unvalued, so I enjoy the drive and the people at Western.

Personal service, very helpful and informative. Maybe a bit more than chain stores but they know the product that they have and take the time to find out what your needs are. More interested in what will work for you than selling something, just to make a sale.

I bought a small blower there recently, and when I had a problem with it they treated me the same as if I had bought an expensive chainsaw. Customer service there is excellent. I highly recommend and this shop.
