No wonder they have such low ratings! No wonder their store is always nearly empty. The manager and staff are badly in need of even the most basic customer service training. They dont listen. They jump to conclusions without fully understanding the order. They argue with customers without even understanding what the customer wants. If you want to be treated poorly, this is apparently the place for it.The manager would be wise to remember these pearls of business wisdom:—————————————It costs 7 times more to convert a new customer than to retain an existing customer. BEWARE: Its important to remember that these crooks will take your money and leave you high and dry. We shipped with them per the recommendation of a business. We were told to insure our package for $1000. When it arrived in pieces (after being packed by the Eureka Fed Ex store. We were told that because the recipient did not save the box we are out the money we spent on insurance and now have a broken piece of $1000 art glass worth nothing Now. This company is crooked as hell and ripping off the public. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY ARE THIEVES.

Of all the Fedex locations Ive been to in my life, this location has an attendant who is just a ray of sunshine. Other Fedex locations are dismal, this one is pleasant.

Paid $24 to have two 15x22 color images scanned onto a USB drive. Both images had a white area of no image through them because of scanner. I called them back when I got home and saw this and they said theres nothing they could do and the scanner just does that. Lame.
The self serve to access google drive takes way too long.
