They always say no one is home when I need to sign for something but I never hear them knock, they have also left packages at the bottom of my staircase instead of bringing them up to the top where I live. Terrible delivery service. When they aren’t damaging packages they leave them to be stolen.

I very much appreciate this location. Theyve helped me out with problem packages, taped shipping labels, and helped me with a troubling corporate discount I was eligible for but would not ring up on their system. I appreciate their work and executant help. My only request would be that we could reach the center directly on the phone! 🤣

We receive our packages squished and thrown over a gate thanks to our Humboldt Hill Driver ! There is a doorbell at our gate and a Bright Pink tag that Says ring doorbell here !!!! I was home most times and they never ring our bell !!! Need glasses much !!! I am hoping that is what you need the other option is way worse !! Dumb as hell !!

Most incompetent co. Waited 20 hrs. For package. Customer help--- NOT! 43MINS. ON HOLD= hung up on. + 1hr 22mins. Hung up on. + 20 mins. Non English speaker Every time= Do not understand simple question. They just dont care! I will not let any of my people use them ever again!Bad decision making.

I have dogs and the driver for my route usually brings a biscuit for them. My package is always set at my gate. I have seen 2 or 3 driver over the years and never had a problem with any of them. I appreciate the service they are offering by delivering my packages. Thanks FedEx.

Great place, the more I use them the better the price gets there fast and friendly, and they know there business, if you ship packages usps even a few a week you have to set up an account with these guys its free and you start saving right away, I very seldom use USPS anymore and save my customers on almost every shipment, and they even tell you the difference in cost, try them, I did and now there my main shipper.I use the Henderson center office, I like the service much better than the short street office, unless your just dropping off and the local is better for you, otherwise make the drive to Henderson center, and you will be surprised !! P.S. theyll pick up and drop off packaging for free !!

Incompetent! Christmas Eve and package was delivered on doorstep, no knock, no doorbell. It was completely soaked through from heavy rain, contents damaged. Filing a claim. Merry Christmas.

Next business day is the biggest con ever. Pay a high rate to get next day shipping, but unless you pay considerably more, your package might not arrive Friday and your next day delivery magically becomes 4 days, and you dont get your money back because you didnt pay a fee for Saturday delivery. Police and medical personnel dont get paid more to work on weekends, yet somehow people driving around dropping off boxes need extra pay for that hardship, and not even the entire weekend. Just Saturday.

Fedex is the worst shipping company to have anything shipped threw. My packages have been delivered to the wrong person twice now. When i call to see who signed for my package or where it was delivered to the only anwser i get is Oh it was signed by you or delivered to you. Im sorry but no it wasnt or I wouldnt be calling you.

All the other FedExs come here.. skip the middle man and the lines...

SO FRUSTRATING! Why is it so difficult to get my deliveries?

Their customer service is very impersonal. Also I tell them where I want my package left or that I want to pick it up and they have an attitude. I have been waiting a week longer than I should for my delivery.

I swear they cant figure out how to deliver a package. Get out of your truck and come to the door you lazy half wits!
