Little to no wait at all. Prompt service provided you know what you are looking for.I like the fact that they are taking Covid seriously. There are clear signs prior to entering the facility and more signage on the inside. There are several hand sanitizing stations and they were full. The gentleman that attended to us was wiping down each item we touched in anticipation of others.Thank you Verizon!

Bought a 1200.00 phone. No wall charger so I went back & was rudely told I should have known they are sold separately & I needed picture ID to do curb pick up. I tried to show my phone text & emails from Verizon & car registration with my name. Wouldnt consider even looking. Then the 3rd trip back I was told that I should have researched the phone & charger better & that it was not the salesperson place to know this??? That is crazy & so rude by 2 employees. Ive been a Verizon customer for 15 yrs & never a complaint. Very unprofessional store

Poor Covid procedure for waiting customers. When it was pointed out that arriving customers were being put ahead of waiting customers, the employee was very rude and flippant to the lady who brought it up. I attempted to explain what she was trying to tell him and he was rude to me as well so I just left. All he wanted to say was that it wasnt his fault. Understood, but he could have listened and fixed it. I doubt I will ever return to this location. Have had much better experiences at other locations.

Stopped in the actual verizon store this afternoon based on a negative interaction my wife had at the same store this morning. However, when I came in the staff promptly greeted me and I asked to speak to their manager. Shortly Destiny came out and inquired about my concerns. She apologized on behalf of verizon since the retail stores can no longer do many functions they used to. She put me on the phone with someone who could do the actions I requested. Total time in the store was less than 15 minutes and I was able to do everything I needed. I only gave them 4 out of 5 stars based on my wifes interaction and verizon corporates neutering of their stores and

Worst Possible Experience!!!! Lies, cheats, and steals! I was rushed through the process as was the solutions specialist. I was given the wrong phones, but the correct accessories. I still havent received a receipt or copy of the contract. When I returned the next day, a solutions specialist lied saying he was the manager and was going to charge me to correct their mistake, then refused to help me at all. After speaking with corporate customer service, I drove across town where there were other upset customers from the Evans location. The other location took care of the issues that Evans would not. I will say that Verizon has made it right in the end and recognized the extreme failure and management at the Evans location. If you want honest customer service, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, drive over to the location on Robert C Daniel.

In order for the sales accociate to give us a real quote they said we had to pay off at least one phone. But the quote originally made by them was nowhere near the actual quote.When I asked where the new full bill-break down was, they stated the computer didnt print that part out.We decided not to upgrade and paid a phone off, for no reason at all.In the end we paid off one phone, have to pay more on the other, and got severely misquoted....fun times at your Neighborhood Verizon store...yaaay

I have Verizon for almost 15 years now, and never had any issue with quality and costumer service in any store until I stepped in this place. The person who was helping me was very nice and respectful, but one of the supervisors was very rude and ignorant with nasty attitude. I know with virus situation services are limited in the stores, but when a costumer is in the store should receive the best service regardless. The entire time they were trying to send me away and refer me to online service. They didnt help me at all and they didnt answer most of my questions. If I had an option to give them ZERO STAR on review I would, but I didnt had that option.

The staff are helpful, but dont think youre just going to jump in and take care of business. Been there twice and had to wait both times -- the last time being about 40 minutes before I could talk to someone about replacing a broken phone holster. Would be better if it was staffed appropriately.

Verizon needs to be more communitive about its in-store service applications. Having a problem with a Bluetooth speaker I brought about a year and half ago and now it wont connect to neither of my phones. Have not had good success dealing with the tech coaches or the live tach coach chat line.

I took my phone in, it would not turn on. Was thinking that I was going to have to buy a new phone..... was helped by Undrell who was very courteous, helpful and patient. To my surprise my phone was replaced free of charge. Thanks to the staff and Undrell for the prompt attention I received, and kudos to assurion insurance for the replacement phone. The lady that helped was very professional and helpful until there was a snag in the exchange. She told me my best bet was to contact verizon to get another phone shipped. Though she did explain why she felt the issue had arisen. I feel she could have helped more especially when the online representative sent me to the store and assured me it wouldnt be an issue. There needs to be better communication between the stores and call centers. It was a waste of time going to the shop only to be turned around and have to stay on the phone with customer service for over an hour getting it straight when a conversation could have been had between the two and done.

The Solution Specialist that assisted me was very impatient and appeared irritated when I asked questions about my service and a breakdown of my future bill. I don’t recall her name but her badge identified her as a military spouse(she looked oriental/or from the Philippines). She actually took the joy out of purchasing a new phone. Honestly, I expected better customer service. I hope Verizon does a better job in the future of ensuring that their employees serve customers with excellence.

Impressed by this verizon location, located in Evan, Georgia, well worth going the extra miles to get there. There I was more than just a dollar. Greated by what seemed to be every associate that crossed my path with a smile and assurance that I was still in line and how long it would take for someone to get to me. I enjoyed bothersome free browsing and the knowledgeable associates when ever I chose someone to ask a question. When it was finally my turn, I was even more impressed when I asked for a manager; so that I could leave compliments on how everyone worked so well and made good use of time; and I was already talking to one...He was the one i had finalizing my service.😁

My husband went into the store to disconnect his service to switch phone companies. He was sure to do this before his bill cycle ended so he wouldn’t get charged for the next month. He was reassured that his services were cancelled and he was good to go. A month later, he gets charged for another month of service that he DID NOT USE because he has switched phone companies already. We called Verizon wireless customer service and were told that the services we NEVER DISCONNECTED. I’m not sure how difficult it is for people to do their job, but apparently it is. We are both active duty military and do not have the time to sit on the phone and argue with customer service because Verizon wants to rip people off or are simply too lazy to do the right thing. If anyone is cancelling this service or making any changes, ask for documentation because you will be disputing the charge later with your bank. FYI, this is my first bad review of ANY business so I’m not in the in the habit of defaming companies that don’t deserve it. Get your stuff together Verizon, you charge a lot of money for your services so work on your customer service.

LYING SHADY SALESMANWent into the Verizon store window shopping with my wife. A sales person named Brandon told us about a wonderful BOGO on iPhones. Seemed to good to be true so I researched into it through the customer services number and they confirmed it was a wonderful deal putting all my fears to rest. Returned to the store and got two brand new phones for myself and my wife. Upon checking out they informed me I wasn’t able to actually pay for my phone only loan it out but I would be able to call the customer care line and buy it there, seemed weird but hey got a free phone so wasn’t that bad. Got home and saw that upon checking us out Brandon added on $13 insurance to all 3 phones on our account without approval. It was simple enough to take that off online. I called into the customer care center and spoke with a representative that told me I had to wait until the return period had expired before I could buy out the phone. So I waited...... just called back in and spoke to a manager with the customer service department and they do not allow you to cancel your additional line right away and you aren’t able to buy the phone for 6 months after purchase or you remove the GET promotion from the free phone. THE SALES PEOPLE AT VERIZON ARE BEYOND SHADY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR UNTIL AFTER YOU AREN’T ABLE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Never would have gotten my business if I knew they were going to be this hard to work with. I’ll Never go back to the Evans Verizon store.

So, I called the Augusta Exchange store and told a young lady my problem. I told her the difficulty I was having, and she said, Maam, you can get a customer service agent on that line. Alec Flores and Bradford (didn’t get his last name) did everything they could to make sure I got the most for my money and saved me the most possible. I went in to get a new phone after mine died and left with a great deal after they exhausted every option to assist me. It was pretty busy and Alec answered all of my questions and made me feel like it was important that I was satisfied with my experience. Customer service is not always the best these days but Alec and Bradford worked together to provide exceptional service. The shop is not aging gracefully. Selection seems very limited to the Ranger Joes I remember from the late 90s and early 2000s.The barber shop is still awesome as is the sewing shop. Boot selection on the 2d floor is robust.Still an icon of the Fort Benning School for Wayward Boys.

Awful customer service. I dont think anyone there actually knows anything about all the products they sell. Way too expensive. They put insurance on our phone without asking that costs more money monthly. Just buy phones online and get them put on the plan. Way easier and cheaper. Only plus is that the service is always really good. If it wasnt for that we wpouldnt be with Verizon. Never buy any of the accessories from their. You can get them off Amazon for a fraction of what they sell it at.

Sent my husband to pick up (since he was working a few miles away and I was at work 40 miles away) They would not let him get the phone even though I asked if he could before I even ordered them (he also had the receipt in hand)! Robert Bradford and another young lady were amazing. I have had the worst time with one of our phones...... i was a horrible customer and was waiting on them as a first customer so i know i aggravated them. After hours of me fighting with my broken phone to transfer all my information to my new device i left at 2 pm. If it wasnt for them i would have lost my mind. And they were patient and friendly.

Snooty people. Tried to surprise my wife with a new phone but they would not let me leave without activating the SIM card in her phone which would have turned her existing phone off. Ive never had great service at the Evans location. About 6 months ago I went to buy a new phone and Im not one that keeps up on latest technology. The sales person had no idea either. Seemed like bad training to me. We just went to purchase my husband a phone who knew exactly what he wanted and was able to use their latest promotion. Lady was super nice at first. She tried to upsell cases and extra chargers and whatnot. As soon as we said no to all of it, she flipped. Didnt care about being friendly at all anymore. Was just very rude afterwards. I will stick to the Augusta location. Much friendlier people.

There were not enough customer service people to help. I waited two and one-half hours just to be told that I needed to get with my internet provider to see if they could help. The lady who finally came up to me was very curt, rude and unhelpful. Usually I can go in there and be out in half hour. Very disappointed in this visit.

TERRIBLE customer service. I would avoid this location at all costs or even better switch to a different company. Only provided one star because the location is close to my residence. This store is considered corporate meaning that these employees are payed salary (also meaning they do not care about the quality of service they provide to you because they do NOT work on commission). The Grovetown Verizon location is not corporate, therefore they work on commission and are more motivated to help you. Augusta Exchange location is not bad, either. Employee by the name of Gabby is a rude woman with a major attitude. She prefers to help people buying accessories rather than perform job duties. Also, most of the employees are either talking to each other with personal conversations or on their phones rather than welcoming you into the store and offering to assist you. Management isnt any better.

Tried to get my cracked screen fixed. I couldnt, of course because they dont do that there. Was told it would be $100 even though we have insurance. Whatever. Was told by the sales rep to take it to a 3rd party. I asked if that would void my warranty and he said it would be a risk I would have to take. ARE YOU KIDDING ME????Came in at a later time to get an upgrade and had an okay experience with the salesperson (he was the same punk who said that about my phone screen), but, the kid didnt do half of the things we had asked. Called the store, got rerouted to a call center. Kadeshia answered and was a delight and she got me hooked up with the actual store and Mike the manager is taking care of me now. Those 2 people are literally the only reason this store gets any stars at all.Why is it that I agree with the other reviews and feel as if maybe I should have came in my Sunday best to change a couple of things and upgrade 1 device? Answer: because apparently, you have to look like you come from money or have money in order to get decent customer service from these commission-based workers.Ridiculous.Verizion is sure to lose all of my friend and familys business for good if this issue cannot be resolved.

Was greeted as soon as walked in door, was there to browse and they respected that. There was an upset customer there who was really making room uncomfortable but the employee was very calm and polite...kudos to her...I was disappointed on that verizon really seems to shun those of us seeking a newer model phone but not top of line! Store was practically empty, clean and organized. Felt pressured to change my mind of what I came in there for....left with nothing...Hong to price compare because spending over 600.00 on a older Samsung seems a bit greedy. Worst Verizon store ive ever been to. Ended up costing me more money to get my phone shipped to me because they assured me they would handle the situation but never did. Youre better off calling customer service directly or going to any other store possible. Save your time and money. Not the place to walk in to buy something and walk out. All I wanted was a charger, but you have check-in and wait for the reps to up sale the customers in front of you. While I was there (12 minutes), two customers in front of me walked out. I decided to walk after I was told that I would be helped next. Poor business model.

This location is absolutely horrible. I work in customer service and the staff here made me feel completely stupid and laughed at me when I came in to have my screen protector installed on my iPhone. Apparently ZAGG sent me the wrong screen protector in my warranty and the way the lady tried to explain to me that it was the wrong one was incredibly degrading and humiliating in front of another customer and 3 employees who were leaning against the back wall laughing at the way I was being treated. At this point I’ll cancel my service and go to Walmart’s straight talk plan if this is what Verizon’s customer service standard is going to be like.

As usual, Christine manages her team poorly. I leave dissatisfied (yet again) while I pay nearly $200 a month for service. I do not recommend Verizon for your cell phone needs. My iPhone never works and it’s disappointing. It’s embarrassing when I have business calls and my phone goes static and I can’t hear the person or vice vera and/or the call drops. I’ve come to accept that I will never have a proper phone call that will not be interrupted. Today my texts got very skewed (long story). Their answer is always to go to Apple. Maybe you shouldn’t sell iPhones if your employees can’t handle fixing iPhones. Gabby is also the worst employee I’ve ever met in my entire life. Most employees are not knowledgeable about the phones, which defeats the purpose of working there. They do not want to help you because this is a corporate location, meaning that they do not make commission off you and your purchase (salaried employees). I would seek elsewhere for your cellular needs or go to a Verizon where they work for their sales so they are motivated.
