Tried to buy the Xbox one x you guys had in stock today from the aiken location but was told I would have to drive to your store to buy it so it would count as a sell at your store fyi those types of actions is the reason gamestop lost support from the gaming community this is the last time I will do business with gamestop good job burying whats left of your company

I’ve always had the best experience with this store—best customer service ever! Regardless of the type of help I’ve ever needed in the past, every employee I’ve spoken to there has gone over and beyond to try and help me solve whatever question or issue I’ve had—even if it was trying to contact Sony’s customer service for help with my boys’ playstation accounts. They’re like the Apple iPhone support for gamers!

The guy at GameStop was the raddest mofo. He told me all about the rewards program and had a wicked cool haircut to boot!

They were a GREAT help in finding a game for my grandson & in choosing a console for my granddaughter. He was very knowledgable about what i needed. The selection was outstanding & the prices seemed to be real good. Highly recommend for a novice like me that didnt really know what to get.

Well, they dont have retro games... But its GameStop, what can you say. Find someone personal to sell your games to, dont trade them in here. FFS. But yeah dude, I mean, you can pretty much count on them to have the latest stuff and they got plenty of neat gizmos and gadgets lol. My only real complaint is the used games aint very cheap, dude. Compared to like 2nd and Charles or something.But yeah its GameStop, *sigh* a place for gamers. Considering video games is almost all that I do, its nice to have around.

I’m giving this one a three star because of the gentleman with long hair and a nose ring I was unfortunate enough to encounter tonight. This gentleman took especial offense to my refusal to purchase a year-long warranty from a company whose survival is likely not going to last another year. He immediately became belligerent and approached me as passive-aggressively and hostile as he could without overstepping his boundaries with me. I didn’t realize that was how a company tells its employees to speak to customers they disagree with.To Dakota and the blonde haired gentleman behind the counter, you were fantastic employees and treated us with all the customer support we needed very well. And to the nose-ringed long haired jerk, I intend to tell every person I meet to avoid that GameStop like the plague. Well done.

Overall one of my favorite GameStops in the area. Except for a couple of sales people, most of them are helpful, knowledgeable about the games and systems, and friendly.

I’m going to start off by saying this probably wasn’t their fault,just bad luck on my end,I bought a PlayStation 3 slim refurbished from this store not a couple days ago and I get home and set everything up and it turns out the blu-Ray disk drive is broken and it can’t read disks, so I have to order a new disk drive for the PlayStation that was supposed to be in working condition according to GameStop’s policies and I hate to say it but this is the only game store around this area but if there was another one I’d go there in a heartbeat.

I will not shop at this store again. They are forcing masks when masks are not required In this area. Been a rewards member since 2012. Probably will be canceling because of this.

I bought an xbox one and madden 20 and downloaded the disc onto the xbox (or so i thought) and then later on it says that i need to make sure i have the game and then prompts me to buy it off the store. i shut down my xbox and then turned it back on and now when i put he disc in it says “clean your disc” or says somethings wrong with it. and then it says make sure it’s an xbox disc and it is. idek

Best damned Gamestop there is. PERIOD. The manager, Zach, is the epitome of customer service. Id drive 45mins out of my way to spend my money in this store rather than the myriad other Gamestops passed en route just to deal with this man. If you enter this store with questions, comments, concerns or just plain intrigue and Zach cant help you... Youre simply beyond help.

Good selection for a smaller store. Staff was friendly, patient and knowledgable.

Being human totally sucks most of the time. Videogames are the only thing that make life bearable.

Half the size of any other location Id been in, but they still have to put tables full of junk right in front of the door to funnel you past shelves of overpriced games for past systems. Clothing racks for the itchy Chinese shirts and box displays of nostalgic knick-knacks are also stacked between you and the register. The single employee was talking to a woman for 35 minutes, who later walked off spouting how proud she was of the employee. This was a weird visit at a small location filled with a typical idiotic store layout.

I called to ask the buyback price on a playstation 4 with a bad hdmi port I was quoted a price drove down shortly after and was told I need all the cables so I left. Made another trip down same night with the cables and was told I then needed the original Controller although it was a gamestop controller. Came back again today and was told I also needed the USB cable for the controller or it would be $15 less then the rep sent a text to the manager to see if it could be processed and was told they cant buy it back with a bad hdmi port. It was the same lady that helped me all 3 times and told me when I called that they do buyback ps4 with bad hdmi ports. All of this could be avoided if I was told when I called in you cant buy it back or said when I made the 1st visit. There are 2 other locations I can do future business with.

Best video game store

My experience in this establishment was rude employees. And when I asked for a specific item I was told it was not in stock when the website and another store had told me that that location had the item I was looking for. I was told by another person that they had it they probably just had it on hold for themselves I thought customers came first.
