Watch out for incorrect information at this store. I wont go here anymore. Grovetown has a much more helpful staff and in general good conversation. Their shoe knowledge is also higher.

Crystal was awesome. She was on point she help us out with my son. They didnt have his size but she ordered the shoes he wanted for us. Crystal had a great personality and great customer service.

I walked in and I walked out. I was looking for a shirt to match a pair of Nike shoes I just bought. No dice. Nothing in the store captured my senses. It must be me. Im looking for something that has an appeal, as soon as I see it I will know thats the one. Its probably possible that I already have what Im looking for. But thats part of the thrill for me always shopping for something new and fresh, something that another couldnt dare to wear. So on, to the next store.

It wasnt what Id imagine it to be. They were not big on the Nike wear which my wife loves. But overall it were a pleasant atmosphere. And the staff were pleasant🌟🌟

Service was pleasant and the store was well-stocked. I got a clearance gift set marked down to a dollar from $45. Im super pleased with todays visit.

While visiting my daughter in Georgia, my grandson wanted me to go Hibbett Sports to check out the shoes. Both he and I found great Nikes and other items, especially school clothes for him! The guys and gals who work there were so polite and helpful. At least 3 of them went the extra miles to assist us. The service is exceptional! And there was enough inventory for most folks. My only complaint is that, like some other sport stores, the women are limited to certain sizes for athletic wear. And I am not an advocate of unisex dressing rooms. But the older lady working that area was great. And I wanted to look at the firearm inventory at the counter, but it was too crowded. And it had limited help there. So I decided to skip that part of the store, even though I really wanted to see one specific revolver. I live in South Carolina, so I will return to your store again. Exceptional service is rare today. Kudos to your staff for hiring and training people who make shopping fun, especially for a young grandmother and a young teenager who loves nice clothes. I spend money at places that value the customers!

They had nice shoes I wanted online but not in store so I couldnt try on touch or see. Good store though.

I took my child in last night to look at shoes and an employee came from the back room smelling like marijuana... it was STRONG .. lingered everywhere he walked.

Service is great. The shoe game could be a little better. At times you can go in there and find some heat.

I walked in and wasn’t greeted, and then when i needed a shoe size, it took the employees 20 min to look up from their phones. They never looked up the entire time i was there.
