Its Walmart. Cant set your expectations too high. Pretty much all self check out. I dont like it, but I do like to get out of there asap. 🤷‍♀️

Its your typical wal mart neighborhood market. Shelves were scarce duebto yet another Covid scare.

It’s Walmart so you already know what they have to offer. Nothing much to really expound on here.I will say the Bobby Jones location has the best rotisserie chickens, in my opinion5 stars for having pretty much everything you need 2 stars for employees.Though the worst employee wise is Evans location.

Got a big stock up shopping done and my Covid booster shot.

Not happy with this transaction. They did a substitute on a Barbie doll. So now I end up with 2 of the same one and then I tell them thats not right, oh you gotta go inside to customer service, really. Why did the person that put my order together put 2 of the same Barbie.

This is one great shopping. Center and is always well stocked and clean it is a very large store and it is apparent that they hire the best employee. It is also very welled policed. I love and highly recommend it to the CSRA.

Had extra errands to run therefore I was running behind nevertheless Michelle in pickup spotted me. She said she was actually cleaning up nevertheless the less she dropped what she was doing and hurriedly helped me with the biggest smile ever on her face! Customer Service at its best!!

Great store to go to for anything; food, clothes, furniture, automotive, gardening, even gas too.

My store is always clean and organized.

Usually a nice place to shop. Grocery shopping on Sunday is usually a bad idea due to very low stock. Also they usually only have one or two cashiers open but 10 or more self check outs. Store is clean. Employees are often hard to find. Electronics desk has nice helpful employees.

The last experience of coming here was quite nice. It was the cleanest Ive seen this place and each isle we went down was organized well.

I was buying a cart FULL of groceries for someone and at 9am on a Sunday not a SINGLE lane was open. I was told no cashier was scheduled so it was all self-serve. But there is someone checking receipts when I leave the store....and lots of people doing the shopping for pick up.....Aldi and Kroger only now.

Its a nice Walmart. The store and parking lot are overcrowded much of the time but the employees are friendly and the store is clean. Seems like shelves are always being restocked so crates and wrapped pallets are in the way. But, its Walmart.

Never enough registers open and at night the staff is downright rude! Their variety and options are minimal compares to neighboring stores. I Just go for convenience rather want. Id rather drive and go to a different location if i have the time.

Lack of checkout counters in operation. This is the 2nd recent visit where I HAD to do self checkout.Will consider other shopping options.

Unless you want to check yourself out, dont go there.It pretty bad on a normal day that they only have one person at checkout when the line 8 to 10 people deep but today not a single checkout line open.

It was well stocked and mostly everyone I saw was wearing a mask..

Be warned that if you are in the store and try to check out without wearing a mask they will shut down the register and not allow you to purchase your items until you put on a mask. I was in the store this morning and saw people being confronted by management. They were told that they would shut down their self check-out register and not allow them to buy items until they put a mask on.

I found what I was looking for at a good price! I give it a 3 because its sometimes difficult to get an employee to assist you. The customer service center is very efficient and easy to work with. I will definitely be shopping here again.

I mean.... its Walmart. They have close to everything. They desperately need more price check scanners throughout the store as things often arent in order. But then again, its Walmart lol I do often find very helpful associates and that is a Major Plus for this location!!

Picked up mygrocsries. Attendant was polite and friendly. He put my groceries in my car in an orderly manner.

Very nice store to go shopping at. Very nice employees. The complaint I have is they need to maintenance on their electric carts for handicap people to use.

5 workers gathered around the cashier, line clear past the section after the bbq grills and youd think one of the five would open a second line to help out the cashier. I take it the yellow vests mean management. Sure didnt act like it. We were in line for over an hour waiting for management to help the cashier. In stead of getting rid of cashiers try getting rid of some of the worthless management or teach them to jump in when needed. The cashier was wonderful. Remained cheerful even through the pressure of of angry shoppers. Wish I caught her name. She deserves that 15 dollars an hour.

Extremely poor store maintenance. 75 percent of racks empty Cat food not available. Walmart wants more money, See no effort on their part.

Went inside to pick up an order, management told me I needed to drive to the area they do online pickups. So I do that. I try calling several times to let them know I was there, no answer. So I download the app and confirmed I was there and waited over an hour. Called the front desk and order pick up number several times for them to hang up every time. I go to that location bc of the convenience it offers, buti wont go back. Their produce is always over ripe and their shelves are always empty. I mostly use seld checkout, so I dont have much interaction with 5he employees but when I do, its always the worst. Id rather and fully recommend fighting the traffic to get to Bobby Jones Walmart. Alwaya a much better experience

The Evans Walmart was nice. Overall, the store as a whole, was in decent shape. It was great to find the shelves were pretty well stocked. For the most part, they were organized. Which made finding what I needed,relatively easy.

Walmart Super center in Evans has always been with very fast service for oil change and tires. Infact, they do have a place reserved for you to sit and wait if needed.

Placed a pickup order, it was cancelled by the store an hour prior to my time. The next day, I placed the same pickup order, only to show up and be angrily told that they were short staffed and it would be hours- the exact words were you can wait as long as you want, but Im leaving at 8. Very rude and very frustrating.

The store was clean. Unfortunately they didnt have some items I was looking for. Maybe next time or another store.

First time visit. OMG I got lost in this super center.

I found everything I need needed prescriptions and coffee was cheap but you have to check prices with other places but Walmarts still a good store they just need more check out people not machines

This was a pleasant endeavor. I am in a wheelchair so getting to the customer service counter was better than I expected.

Asked if the had any pools, was told in seasonal. Nothing was there, asked again was told in sporting goods again nothing. Then was told gardening center again nothing. Employees if you can find one have no knowledge of store. Guess I got my steps in.

This was originally a five star but I changed to one because I went to get tires I ordered put on they let me walk around 1 hour waiting and then tell me tires not there they will be there Monday. Well today is Monday and just like every other time I call store or tire center there is no awake so I will just go somewhere else and pay more but avoid the runaround not impressed at all with tire center

This is a very nice Walmart. They just have redone the entire stores layout and it looks good. They also have a designated clearance isle which is awesome.

I work here, so no one really wants to hear about my experience.

It was an average shopping experience. The shopping carts are worn. The wheels do not move smoothly. A lot of items are missing but there was some stock being put out. This location does let you shop online and have the items delivered to your car.

That one time the empire briefly made an appearance before being asked to leave because of their masks. Guess they could come back since it’s the norm now.

Went in to return a couple of things On my way out there was a young man collecting buggies and singing in the rain I myself have worked in the rain But its very rare that someone is singing while working in the rain kudos to that young man You are doing a great job keep up the good work.

They never disappoint me. My go to place for all things marine.

Its Walmart. At 8am on a Friday, surprisingly fewer obstacles to dodge (customers, employees stocking shelves, employees picking online orders, employees or robots driving around cleaning the floor). Refreshing..

No semi parking over night even if your in the back and out of the road. But they like there stuff delivered on time.

The lost prevention folks there are rather wrong in their assumptions and denying proof of things that were accidentally brought into store and then accused of shoplifting it and being arrested and publicly embarrassed. Then keep things that were paid for right in our face with police standing there ready to take the both of us to jail. Then neither of us walked out the store with any item period before approached.

I recently went into Walmart to make a complicated return. The lady that was helping me was very nice and as helpful as she could be. She needed her manager who was VERY BUSY looking for a phone charger. She ignored her employee as we watched what was going on. She finally gave up her search and came over to offer her assistance. She said, sorry nothing I can do and walked away. And went back to her more important search for a phone charger. The lady that was helping tried to apologize to me and gave me a phone number to call for customer support. So I wont be back! The lady that helped really did her best, the manger was worthless! Customer service on the phone made up for it, but they dont work in that store. There are legit plenty of other places to shop and I will go to them instead.

I used to like this Walmart. But it seems lately that there is no customer service skills in this place whatsoever! A while back, I needed to return something so I started the return on my Walmart app, which was my first time doing a return on my app, when I arrived at this store, I tried to get assistance from the young guy doing the returns (JP). He huffed and puffed when I asked questions about how to finish the return, had an attitude and really acted like he didnt want to help me or even do my return. Made me really uncomfortable and felt like that he did not want to help me at all.A couple days ago, I ordered a tire online. Set up my appointment (received confirmation email) to have my tire changed for 8am (website say Auto department hours 8am-6pm) I arrived on time and the dept was closed. Didnt open until 9am. Spoke with customer service who said they spoke to a manager and said to be there before 6pm and I would be able to get tire changed. Returned to Walmart at 5:02 and they were closed... WHAT!!!! Went up front, asked an associate, who clearly acted as if I was bothering her, to speak with a manager. She walked away from me and I NEVER got to speak with a manager... I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS STORE!! The absolute disregard of customers and the disrespectfulness I have felt from these employees is unreal...

This Walmart is definitely not the most friendliest one I have been in. The employees were mostly concerned about answering their cell phones. I asked one employee where the pet section was and without even looking up at me, she just pointed and didnt say a thing, she couldnt wait to get back on her phone. She was holding price tags or something else work related in one hand and looking at the cellphone in the other one. Glad I dont live near this Walmart!!!! I wont go back unless I absolutely HAVE too!!!
