I have been to this store several times and the excellent customer service from Lorenzo and Russell never changes. They are very helpful. Great job!

Sunday, we visited the Evans location. Lorenzo was the customer assistant. We were looking for a specific color and he went above and beyond attempting to correct the existing color we had. Finally, he suggested looking at a new color altogether. I was so pleased with his polite customer service.and willingness to help us with the existing Paint. Highly recommend.

This place is extremely expensive. Their sample paint size is a quart that costs almost $9. I dont need to paint a small room I just want to put a spot on the wall to see how it looks. On top of this expensive option you can only choose satin finish. For a paint store youd think they would have options. It seems like a far better deal to go with Behr paint from home depot.

Great customer service. Lorenzo and Cliff are the usuals and both very nice and knowledgeable about their products. The pro app is also great for me, I can order paint at night and its usually ready by 7:30am. Highly recommend it.

We would not recommend this location! We were looking for paint to match our builders paint colors. Came in with our paint colors and the sales person was not helpful at all. He stated that we need to know exact numbers and types to match our paint. Our neighborhood FB page stated that you could have the employee look up your house paint information if you had the right information (which we did). We stated this to the employee that our neighbors had done this previously but the guy said that there was no way they could do that. The sales person did not offer any alternatives and said no to every idea that we had. Well, we went to another Sherwin-Williams location (the Martinez location) where the employee was able to look up everything we needed with out any push back.

Washington road. My first visit to this location. Busy when I arrived a d I went straight to the paint chips. A few minutes later a sales person came and asked if i needed help.Courteous friendly service. Only took chips home.

We really like buying paint in the quart size to check out the colors. Did our kitchen & dining room that way and now we are doing guest bathroom. Very helpful

I had some rooms in my house painted that the paint company needed to redo. They asked me for the color, which was custom made and was not on the paint can label. I stopped in the store today, a little after 5, with the old cans to get the color. They little guy behind the counter would not tell me what the color was. He told me to have the paint company bring the cans in for scanning.Now why couldnt he take 5 minutes to scan the bar code on the can just as he is willing to do for the company Im paying. I would never have used SW paint except thats what the paint company uses. SW paint is not well rated by Consumers Report & some products in the store are cheaper at non-paint stores. Now, after this lousy experience, I wont even consider using them, even if that is another painters choice.

Great place ! Louis was patient, courteous and helpful. He showed us multiple samples of stain and answered our questions all the while handling a miriot of walk in customers. I hope S-W realizes what an asset this employee is. We will shop at this store often because of the service we received today.

Worst experience ever, Ive been a customer for over 30 years at Sherwin-Williams store in Conyers never a problem but the store in Evans will probably never get my business again, I guess I will try HomeDepot next time

I spent over 500$ in paint because it was 40% off one of my 5 gallon buckets was like water. I took the bucket back to the store. The manager proceeded tell me he just couldn’t give me paint. It was likely because I put the paint in the garage . Mind you nothing else was frozen in my garage. My husband brought in the second 5 gallon bucket we purchased at the same time. This paint was completely different and had no issues. The manager then proceeded to change out my paint. I wasted 2.5 hrs of my day trying to just use a 300 $ 5 gallon of paint that should’ve immediately been returned. No questions asked. You get better service at Lowe’s. I really felt I was mistreated from the get go this guy tried to bait me for failure. “Where did you store it? “The temperatures have been too cold” “ I can offer you a discounted bucket” if I had not purchased a second 5 gallon bucket at the same time, I clearly would’ve been out of luck. I’ve been buying paint and stain at this store for 14 yrs never again. You should really care about how women are talked to and treated in clearly a store where men are the majority. I feel grateful I had my husband with me yesterday or I would have been out hundreds of dollars in useless paint. While the manager was loading my paint he tried to apologize “ I’m sorry for your inconvience” clearly he was not or he would have never caused such a one.

The staff were a little slow to help, but once they had time they did all they could to be of assistance. Large selection of different styles/purpose of paint. Paint is a bit pricy but seems to cover well.

Clean store, friendly staff, knowledgeable. But a little pricey for equipment, paint was a few dollars cheaper. Id come here for paint but buy brushes elsewhere.
