This place was very helpful and accommodating and made getting my rear windshield replaced very simple. I had to reschedule with them several times due to my car not starting in -40 weather and they were very understanding and had no problem rescheduling my appointment. i would highly recommend. the replacement also took no time at all.

Best prices in town. Small waiting room if you need to wait, most customers seem to drop off vehicles then come back. Well stocked, waited about a week to get in for an appointment. I heard him special order windshields for a a couple of clients and it sounded like about two weeks with the Covid delays if they needed something not in the shop. The windshield and seams are wprking well, and zero leaks during our recent heavy rains.

I called a few different glass shops in Fairbanks about putting a new windshield in one of our trucks. Badger Glass was the most courteous on the phone and very efficient at finding the correct windshield and give me a price --the lowest price I was able to obtain. Other shops had trouble finding the right windshield for an International truck.When I decided to use their services for the job, I called them back. Again, they answered the phone promptly. They were able to tell me when the windshield would be available in a few days. And when the windshield arrived, they called me back to schedule an appointment for the next day.The installation went well with prompt service when the truck arrived and was done in their estimated time frame. The price was lower than the original quote.At this point, we have decided that we will take all our vehicles to Badge Glass and not bother to consider anyone else.

I had a quarter-sized chip in my windshield. They were able to see me same day and had me back on the road in half an hour. You can barely tell where the chip used to be!

I work for a dealership and we use Badger Glass from time to time. These guys are good at what they do. I like there service and their Staff. My only complaint is that they dont always clean up the mess they make in the car and they can be backed up from time to time, that being said being backed up is not a bad thing. it just means that a lot of people use them.
