Their customer service is amazing! I had to have my windshield replaced in order to ship my car out of AK and they were able to squeeze me in and had the windshield in stock. I called 4 other businesses and they were the only business able to get me in and their price was the lowest. I really enjoyed sitting in their lobby and hanging out with Victor the office cat. I recommend Frontier Glass for all window repairs and replacements.

Not impressed. The first phone call was really all that went well with this place.Was gonna give all the other stuff that occured over the past couple weeks a pass till I got home and got a chance to check it over a little better and found broken glass all over including in both front seats.Im not sure what it is with glass shops in Fairbanks and not being able to use a fricking vacuum but apparently none of them own one.Since Im annoyed now I also dont understand why glass shops are incapable of cleaning the glass they install.. tape still on it and a fine glaze of whatever is on glass when its new. Its also got a bit of distortion but I suppose Ill learn to live with it.I wont be back and I wont steer any of my friends to this place either. First impressions are everything.

Frontier glass did a great job replacing my windshield. They were friendly and had better prices than all of the shops I called in anchorage, that says a lot. They were also able to get my car in with only 3 days notice and were very understanding when I had to cancel the appointment because my car was rented on turo and stuck in anchorage. Then when I called back last minute to see if they could still get it in on the original scheduled date they were able to squeeze it in. I highly recommend them!

I was quoted a price, my insurance was quoted another price through them, and then when I picked up my car, it was a third, completely different price that was much higher. Both women working the front counter were extremely unprofessional. While the work was performed and my glass panel on my car was replaced, I would stay away. It’s not worth the hassle of dealing with bait and switch pricing, the poor customer service from the front counter staff, or their lack of understating and attempting to correct their mistakes, even when they admit they had given you a different quote. It has always been my understanding that you are given a quote before your car is worked on, you agree to the amount, the work is performed, and then you pay said quote. If the price turns out to be different, I have always been called beforehand so that I am made aware of the differing price before pick-up. Apparently this is not how things are done here.

They were the only shop that would even help me with my problem. They had excellent customer service and helped to get me what I needed and answer all of my questions to ensure I had a hassle free experience. Would highly recommend!

I had three cracked windows on my travel trailer due to the cold winter. I stopped it off here, they measured and cut the glass and I picked it all up in just a few short hours. I installed it myself so I cant comment on that aspect of their business, but it was cut perfectly and installed easily.

Alway respectful and they get the job done right the first time.
