Worst experience ever! Do not use Hoffer glass. Horrible customer service! Attitude! Failed to replace window stop which I didn’t even know about. One of my windows needed to be replaced which we did not know about and when I discussed with them they simply said we cannot help you. Installers were great and truly did a good job problem is in the office! I will never use hopper glass again nor will I recommend Hoffer glass to any of my clients or anyone that I know!!!!

Hoffer supplied all of the windows for our house that was constructed in 2015. We are very pleased with the windows, and especially pleased with the post-installation service. When one of the windows lost it’s seal in 2019, Hoffer replaced it at no charge with no questions asked. Nicely done!
