Dont take this the wrong way but...I love their wood. We have purchased a few slabs from here for counter tops, shelves, benches, etc. The quality of their product and their workmanship is fantastic! Planning on another project with them currently. A great shop with a great team!

Superior Hardwoods has the best wood selection in the interior hands down. From common to exotic, their selection is surprisingly amazing. I especially love their live edge selection. The staff are excellent at answering questions and making recommendations. If you are not sure what you need, just go look. You will find exactly what you did not know you needed! Its every woodworkers candy store! So many choices for wood! They have a great selection of exotic woods. They not only sold me great lumber they have resawn wood to my needs and sanded a project I made.

After product was finished wrong. Took an additional 3 weeks to complete including exposed plain wood yay!! even though owner said it would be done in 3 days backsplash took an additional month. 1 month into rare use multiple dings in countertop that was supposed to be solid as a rock. Having just left there place and told that’s just the nature of wood (dings) would’ve been really nice to hear rather than the opposite when I specifically asked about durability of product when order was placed. $1700 down the drainAfter recieving reply from vendor and matching my dates the countertop was ordered oct 6th. On nov. 5th we stopped by after never recieving photo to confirm order was completed and found fully finished with no stain. At this point owner said they would be able to fix and complete by nov 7th, we at this point were shown the backsplash and ordered at that time not Nov30th. We called numerous times over the next few weeks in hopes of getting a counter for our kitchen. Finally was notified dec 3rd i believe to pick up, to our disappointment the backsplash was not done the countertop is in fact a different stain than what was shown when ordered which is minute compared to the complete lack of enamel?(surface protectant)Just 2 days ago a small plastic childs cup tumbled and left a 1/4 dent in countertop. We have now noticed many scratches on a countertop that we were shown on a display the owner running a key along with no scratches.I have tried talking with business starting with what can i purchase to coat countertop to improve durability. I have not in any way attempted to return product or recieve any compensation nor have they attempted to even contact other than a response to a google review for the sake of public appearance. I only did this review so others would be forewarned before they put an order in.SUPERIOR SOFTWOOD
