Quality furniture, but customer service is lacking. Wendy confirmed an order, but then forgot and when I checked 6 weeks later she blamed me for her oversight. Would not recommend working with this company.

The staff is incredible! They are so helpful! Aileen and Wendy bend over backwards helping with all of our needs. They go above and beyond and I am so grateful that they are on my team. Thank you!!!

Sara is very helpful and knowledgeable. Arctic Office offers Canon, Sharp, and HP copiers and they have a fully stocked service department. Sara was able to help us get a new copier at a great price.

I agree with Michael Repasky. Twice now, Ive tried to do business with Arctic Office and twice Ive been dismissed. The first time I called for pricing on the larger stand up station and I did get a forward of links to see them online. But I wanted to see how they work in person. I never got a call back when they had one set up on display. The second time, I went in to price office furniture, so I knew what to set aside because I wanted to pay for them in cash. I was told Oh, arent you cute! I was taken back by that comment. But, again, she never emailed me the pricing like she said she would.This is just bad business! I felt judged and cast aside as if shell only deal with big business.I did my own homework on Amazon and got the prices I needed to set aside. Three weeks later now, Im ready to purchase. But I will be going elsewhere, whether it be Amazon or Capital Office Systems or Anchorage. I wont be shopping at Arctic Office.

Tired of low quality chairs from the box stores. Finally found a quality chair here at Arctic Office. Great selection and service.

Buyer beware: poor customer service, lack of responsiveness and no real sense of urgency. People seem nice, but if you need to get the job done on a timeline go somewhere else! (review left ~2016)Gave Arctic Office products another chance (2021) and this time they delivered prompt and attentive service. Perhaps they have learned if you dont take care of customers they will not take care of you. Glad to see the improvement.
