DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM! Had my car for 7 MONTHS before the Engine died . 2013 vehicle with less than 100K miles . I did not purchase the extended warranty and that was my fault but even then, they were not willing to work with me as far as repair prices ! I was told one price then spoke to the VERY RUDE GM who proceeded to cut me off and add $1500 onto the price I’ve been told for a week . Lenny tries his best and he’s cool with me but for the rest, y’all will definitely get what’s coming . Karma is something :) . Don’t believe the hype here, they will definitely make it sound good but they’re selling BAD VEHICLES and I’m in the process of taking them to court .

They were so helpful, speedy, and fixed my damaged car wonderfully. Esp. the tall gentleman that works in the body shop (Robert). He helped me so much during a extremely rough/stressful time, and for that I will be forever grateful.

ONLINE BUYERS BEWARE!!!! We found a car online that we were ready to purchase. We have the loan from my bank, but the salesperson wanted to check to see if they could get us a better deal. Great! In the meantime, the manager/Lenny, showed the vehicle to someone else. We speak to him about it letting him know that we were ready to get the vehicle. He said the customer there (in person) will always be able to purchase a vehicle - basically first come, first serve. This is a car dealer that advertises online, but only goes with the money in front of him. We live 3.5 hours away. Lenny, the manager, actually told us that he would sell the car to someone right in front of him EVEN if we were on our way there to buy it. Thank you Lenny for saving us from dealing with sheisty dealership.

This dealership is OK; not great and not terrible. Everyone we worked with was very nice. The car didnt seem to be well detailed/cleaned, specifically the interior, when we test drove it nor when we purchased it. They did clean it up a bit between test drive and purchase but still could have been cleaner. The price on the website had increased from when we test drove it to when we came back to purchase it, which was a mere two days. We had to negotiate to get back to the lower price which was a pain especially since we had a tight budget to work with. There is a $995 reconditioning fee which you should be aware of. That is in addition to the $699 processing fee. Only a few days since we purchased, but havent had any issues with the car...fingers crossed!

I recently purchased a 2017 Kia Sorento from Darcars in fairfax. Md. My experience was smooth and fluid starting with my sales consultant Omar Mustafa and ending with Sean the finance manager. Living in another state, I negotiated the purchase via face time, (thank you Omar for the face time walk around especially doing it right around your dealerships closing time) email, and cell phone and couldnt of been happier with the whole process. I was pressed for time at delivery and had expressed this to the sales manager Leny who was terrific. I recently purchased a vehicle at this location, was satisfied with the customer service up until I requested my car be cleaned and buffed. I purchased and left the dealer with the car as it was due to it being so late and the detailing guys had been left home the car was dirty/dusty including the engine. I requested the dealer to buff and clean after they did not want to my sales person DANIEL paid out his pocket and went out his way to make sure my car was cleaned and buffed super satisfied with his customer service and making sure that even after I purchased the vehicle I was a satisfied customer. I bought a Ford Fiesta in February 2020. I had a check engine light on which was due to a low coolant level, coolant was replenished and light turned off at the time of purchase, with a verbal promise of fixing it if it came back on (which would mean a leak). It turned on again a few weeks after. I took it to Jin and he fixed it, for free as promised. The engine has been fine since, which is great. One minus point for the sales guy who after the purchase promised the car would be available too soon, when they clearly needed more time to prepare the car. The car was ready a few hours later than proposed, the interior was dirty and the USB port (which the salesperson honestly noted that it was not working) worked fine after I cleaned out some gunk stuck in the port. I dont think I rushed him (?). Another minus point is that they tried to sell their extra warranty without comparing with the existing manufacturers warranty. I was glad I did not buy the extra warranty, because I later found a good manufacturers warranty on the car. In May I found a torn axle boot, which I took to the manufacturers repair center, and discovered that there was a warranty, so I was able to get it fixed for free. Another warranty would have not benefited me at all. Overall, a few understandable flaws in a friendly neighborhood dealer. Most important is that I got a good deal on a vehicle thats functioning reliably.

I took my car here to get it serviced. The manager of the service department was great and super helpful. Chris worked on my vehicle and was able to salvage my muffler for me. They are extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy.

I had a great experience buying my used Mini Cooper here. It was a quick and seamless purchase. The best staff member I dealt with by far was Jin in the service department. Had a good experience here recently. I did some research and found a vehicle online that was at their dealership. When we came to look at it we were greeted by Omar and Bobby who was very helpful and we worked out a good deal. I drove home with the vehicle that day and am so far happy with my investment.

We bought a Q7 living in Maryland we had to get the vehicle Maryland state inspected and registered everything was simple and easy, the Q7 passed with no problems. Jessica the finance advisor got us low interest rate and was so patient and answered all our questions. Dont repeat my mistake! I bought a 2006 Ford Expedition 4 weeks ago. I understand that these cars are sold as is und that it is my responsibility to check everything. After already fixing the transmission, my repair shop realized that the AC wasnt working. When they took of the compressor, they saw that the core support is rusted through. This car is not safe and it should never have passed a safety inspection. I can only leave this car at a junkyard. Again I know that this is within my responsibility to check the vehicle, but nobody can tell me that they arent aware about all the issues of the cars they want to sell. This dealer just wants to get rid of their junk. I can only warn you, dont buy there! Youll end up loosing a lot of money!!I attach a photo of the core support

I wont say too much but I was not satisfied at all with my used car purchase at this Darcars dealership. The car was overpriced and was not thoroughly inspected. I failed my MD state inspection due to the vehicle not being checked out properly. The sales team rushed me through the process and did not make it easy. I felt as if I was taken advantage of due to desperately needing a reliable vehicle. After a week from the purchase the vehicle already needed two repairs they failed to inspect! Fortunately Jin the Service manager was reasonable and understanding during this whole process. He did a great job taking care of my Acura RDX. He went out of his way to make sure my vehicle was satisfactory. I will be notifying DARCARS General Manager to compliment the service department. I will not recommend for ANYONE to buy a vehicle from this dealership! They are con artists

Worst customer service. They promise a lot of things to get the deal done and after the deal is done they wish never to see your face again. The sales person promised me a free oil change while I bought the car but when I asked for the oil change he kept on telling to come another day for a few times and later he told me he couldn’t do it. Greatly disappointed.

I have taken my vehicle here starting 2019 after some really bad experiences with other shops and I have not been disappointed. My car is reaching that high mileage age and I am starting to see what 115k+ will do on a 10+ year old vehicle that drives throughout Northern VA daily. I have never had to take my car back for a previous repair they completed. The hardest part about owning a vehicle is spending the money to maintain it. Its a necessary evil and its never cheap. When I do spend money I want to make sure the technicians are knowledgeable and the service reps are helpful. Jin has always been really helpful with arranging service and the technicians are honest & patient with customers.

They were Very accommodating and professional. I called later in the day to inquire about a car..I was able to go get the car the same day. Sales associate Yusef was very patient with me and even picked me up at the metro station closest to the dealership so that I can test drive the vehicle. When I got there they were willing to stay until the time that they closed at 9pm to make sure that everything was taken care of. Because I financed my vehicle I was able to do business with finance manager Jennifer. She was very polite and informative about my finances and made sure I got a good deal.. Overall the customer service and experience was great 👍🏾 They both deserve to share employee of the month ! I’d recommend anyone to go there to purchase your next vehicle. 🙂

JON THOMPSON IS THE BEST!!! My husband and I were in the market for a used car we went to many dealers and dealt with many people we came to this dealer and that Jon Thompson absolutely impressed us!!! Im spectacle of sales people however he was very honest hard-working and made it sure to answer all our questions that we had He took very good care of us its hard to find an honest person especially in this industry but Jon Thompson is wonderful hes been at this place for a long time and has many good reviews and now I know why. The salesman was a gentleman and thats the only reason why I did not give them 1 star. I am pre approved for a vehicle and the price was $24,888. I tried to negotiate a lower price but they were hell bent on the sale price which I was fine about that. Well then the manager said about all these extra fees (processing fee) which SHOULD of been added into the final price. The processing fee was $699 and when I checked the state max is only supposed to be $250!!! I was about to travel 4 hours one way to get this vehicle. Very shady! Also if the max is $250 then why charge $699....On a side note it seemed like they just did not have time for me at all even after the first call for information about it as I also said I was pre approved for the vehicle. The manager told me he wants to send it to auction instead of selling it to me... WHY POST THE FKING THING FOR SALE THEN!!!???? You know what. 1 star is all this place deserves! Changed it Couldnt even give me 10 minutes to talk about a vehicle that I was willing to buy. I think I will also report these hidden fees to Capital One so they know too.

I recently bought a car here and I was very pleased with the service I received from Christian and Jessica. They were awesome!

They will do absolutely anything to make a sale they will lie to your face . I asked sales associate John Thompson if the the vehicle was safe for my grandson to travel in he stated absolutely . 3 weeks later I went to register the vehicle in west Virginia which has to have its own state inspection it failed horribly brake lines corroded and leaking parking brake cable crushed so that did not work when removing left rear tire brake pads fell out. In all it cost $2500 to make all repairs they said they would help by paying me back $1000 6 months later Im still waiting. Save yourself time and money by not dealing with these underhanded crooks.

I bought a Ford Fiesta from Neil Frederick and my experience was great from beginning to end. I will be buying all my vehicles from him wherever he goes. Also during my time there he introduced me to the General Manager, IJ. There was a check engine light on the vehicle and they assured me that it would be taken care of so I moved forward with my purchase. If neither were here I would have done the deal I’m sure; they made me feel like family! I’m not going to lie the reviews made me skeptical about giving them my business, but once there they put me at ease. I will send all my family and friends to these two individuals as I know they will take care of my people like they did me.

Easily the best auto servicing shop Ive been to!! My wife and I were driving on the freeway and all of a sudden, we heard metal scrapping sound.. we immediately pulled over and thanks to Google and the great reviews Darcars had, we decided to give this place a shot. Mr Jin greeted us with a smile and we had explained the situation and he was very understanding and friendly to us. He told us they would bring it in as soon as a bay open. We had a seat in the lobby with complimentary coffee and free WiFi . Within 5 minutes, they had already brought in our car and came out and told us the problem which they fixed. Did not come up with new ones, just fixed the current situation. ( What a change for an auto dealer !! ) When we asked about the bill, Mr Jin replied No charge today, safe travels!! We walked out of the dealer so thankful, so impressed and so blessed. Thank you again!!!

I dont understand why people are blaming others for their bad credit. If your credit is in a bad situation it is not the dealers fault. I went there three days ago and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Mano, the salesman that was helping me, was very informative,and he did a great job. Also, the manager IJ that I spoke to was as great as a professional manager could be. Finance did a great job, with only one hard inquiry they got me the best interest rate i could get. I am very happy with my new vehicle and would recommend this dealer to everyone.

I’ve been in customer service for 12 years & I was very impressed with his service because he went above and beyond to accommodate me to make sure I was back on the road the following day. BUYER BEWARE!!!The sales staff at this dealership are very nice. Thats the only great thing about them. I went to this dealership to purchase a used vehicle. I looked over 2 vehicles and decided not to even test drive them. One had a State Inspection Rejection sticker and the check engine light on. The next car I looked at had the running boards on the sides rusting off-it looked as if they would crumble if you stepped up on them. The third vehicle I looked at was really pretty. I was not allowed to test drive the vehicle originally because the Finance Manager came out and told the salesman it was out of my price range. They later relented, and I test drove the car. The dealership stated there is absolutely nothing wrong with this vehicle. I then asked to take the car to my mechanic for a Used Car Inspection. When my mechanic looked over the car, they found a laundry list of things wrong with it such as: Oil Leak, Power Steering Rack Leak, Debris in the Blower Motor, and so much more. I took the vehicle back to Darcars. The General Manager found another car for me to look at and make me a good deal for all of the trouble. I took the car to my mechanic to perform a fresh State Inspection and the car failed and was rejected. When I brought the vehicle back, I spoke to the General Manager. He stated that I dont like customers like you. He seemed very pleased to get rid of me. He then said that I would eventually purchase a vehicle and would get screwed on that vehicle purchase. (He said some other choice words, but I am not allowed to post vulgar words on Yelp.)The cars at this dealership are horrible. Please go to a reputable dealership to purchase a used vehicle. Whatever you do, make sure you have a Used Car Inspection from an unbiased third party before you make a purchase!

I was initially wary about buying my daughters first car here based on the reviews, however my experience could not have been more wonderful. The staff was wonderful and helpful, specifically the manager IJ and our salesman. While trying to find the right car and figure out what would be best my daughter and I decided to leave for lunch but instead IJ ordered pizza for us so we wouldnt have to leave. He was a great help in matching us with the perfect car and I could not be more pleased. Will certainly recommend to anyone who needs a good car at a fair price.

Terrible place! Stay away. Been there twice now and they just want your money. All of the vehicles I looked at were damaged. I drove 45 minutes this morning to see what I was told to be, a great condition truck. When I got there it couldnt be driven because it didnt pass inspection. Power steering was out, needed new breaks and the axle was leaking. None of this was told to me before. They offered to take a thousand off, I laughed and walked away. Thats the second and last time Ill waste my time at that place. Every vehicle I saw had some kind of damage and they put it off as nothing. Said its normal. My family and I go through admit 3 cars a year. Its what we do. The kind of inventory they keep is nothing like I would ever own. Its the kind of thing you buy, drive home and probably starts falling apart within a month or so.

I drove 4 hrs to purchase a vehicle I was told was being held for me. I talked to the salesman 3 times on the trip who was assuring me it would be ready for me when I arrive. At arrival the car had been sold the basic response from the so called manager was to bad. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Would not let me give less than 1 star for the review. After reading most of the reviews seems i was lucky they stuck someone else with the car!

Worked with Eric and he was great, very helpful. It took probably 2 or 3 weeks to get my deal worked out as I was an out of state buyer with a co-signer in a third state, but he stuck with me and made it happen. Great service, great communication, great experience!

Glad I am staying away from this place! I made the mistake of not reading reviews before driving an hour and a half ONE WAY to look at a car. I called the salesman and told him I was on my way from near Baltimore and would be there in the evening to please clean the car up and have it ready for me to look at. He said he was leaving early but the car would be ready for me and he would let them know I was coming. Wow is all I can say about first impressions! The car looked like it been sitting out in the desert for a month it was so dirty. The battery terminal had a huge lump of acid build up on it, there was an old tire in the trunk, no rim, no spare just an old tire, the interior panel in the trunk was hanging off with missing screws as if it was being worked on, it had clearly had a new stabilizer bar installed in the rear. No one there including the original salesman could tell me a thing about the mechanics of the car or explain any of my findings. After some serious searching, there were scratches and dings all over the car which is why I assume they left it completely dirty so they would not be seen. I met with the “new” manager who just recently took over and he seemed like a nice enough guy, but I specifically asked them to send detailed pictures of the entire vehicle cleaned up to me the following day along with an update on all the mechanical issues I discovered and why it had failed inspection, which he said they would. Almost a week later someone finally called to see if I was coming back to look at the car. Too shady for me.I don’t believe any of the reviews on the other site as they are all so positive and if you notice key words pop up time and time again. These google reviews I can believe after my brief experience. No warranty so they want you to buy theirs and as seen in so many reviews of people who didn’t get it and soon after purchasing here got burned with a car in need of something.

I bought my first car in USA from Darcars Fairfax. The general manager (IJ), the finance manager (Jessica) also the sales person (Yessef) were very helpful and did a very good job. The process was very quick and easy with a fair price too. Big thanks for the whole crew. They will be my only dealer for my next car.

A salesman had successfully pressured my son to buy a car with significant mechanical problems. He also made two oral promises that were not mentioned in the paperwork. We were pleasantly surprised when the sales manager (IJ) readily agreed to repair the most serious problem (as well as two minor ones), giving my son, in the end, a fair deal. This would have been a five-star rating if the finance manager had agreed to deliver on the salesmans promise of a full tank of gas.

Thank you to darcars and thank you to Sam and the rest of staff they were the best people to deal with and they did whatever they did to help it was a great experience and best place to find a car I recommend that people should get there cars from them

So I was down on my luck trying to find a car I searched and searched, I was mislead several times, UNTIL I was pointed to Darcar in VIRGINIA. Wow Jon Thompson of darcar was so patient and reassuring that I was going to leave off his lot with a car I really couldn’t believe it because I was mislead so many times, so I found a car i liked and he made sure I got it I’m so grateful for Jon, Thank you Jon for everything you made happen for me through the financial department and all.

Purchased a car that wouldnt pass Md inspection, all because of a engine oil leak! Definitely wish the car was a few thousands off since of the labor price to get it fixed.

Got over it.

I went there looking to drive one car and ended up with a better selection. Great salesman and a good deal. I will gladly recommend them to others.

The General Manager IJ was great to work with and very kind throughout the entire process. The salesman, Sam, was also great and I would recommend him to anyone. IJ & Sam took care of my tags ASAP when I came in to pick them up a month later, and overall they always made sure I had every thing I needed. Everyone there at Darcars was very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely horrible!!!! I was interested in a vehicle and when I went to test drive it there was no gas in the vehicle and it had to be jumped off to start( mind you the sales guy Ahmad tells me that someone had looked at it prior to me). The blinker was out but it had a passed safety inspection sticker. I still submitted the application and got the run around. Finally I decide to call back two weeks later and the vehicle sold two days prior. I was waiting to here from the finance person but never received a call like I was told. When I called to ask what happend I was told that I needed to put something down and I should have been told that. Bottom line this place is unprofessional and should not be operating. I will never go there again and I will never refer anyone to this establishment. Read the reviews because all of the bad ones are true.

SELLING NO WARRANTY!!! AS IS CARS!! EVERYTHING THAT COULD GO WRONG HAS GONE WRONG. ENGINE, WATER PUMP, BRAKES. LEAKING OIL. PERFECTLY PATCHED UP CAR TILL YOU DRIVE IT OFF THE LOT. STAY AWAY!!!! NOT WORTH IT.

You should always trust your gut! I had read the reviews on DARCARS and thought the negative reviews were probably just people blaming their negative experience on the dealership, since everything else was mostly positive. I still didnt have a great feeling walking into the place (Ive never seen more unprofessional looking sales people), but we ended up finding an older vehicle with low mileage within our price range. This part is entirely our own fault--I know never to sign contracts when trying to chase a toddler ever again--but we came home and realized the final price of the vehicle was TWO THOUSAND dollars more than we had been told. We called our sales person the next day, and he assured us this was because of the repairs we had agreed to have them do (we had thought it just needed an inspection and battery--but again, this was our own fault). I wasnt terribly happy considering we have a family friend who is a mechanic and $2000 seemed incredibly steep, but as long as we wouldnt have to service the vehicle for some time, I figured it was a lesson in learning to listen better and review everything prior to signing contracts ever again.Not even a week later, the car just turned off while it was being driven. We had it towed to our mechanic, who put in a new alternator. After explaining the situation with the battery, he told us based on what I had said, it was pretty obviously a bad alternator, not battery. No big deal though, people make mistakes and alternators can just go bad without any signs. Except he also informed me the car had an oil leak--something not so easy to miss.When we went back to DARCARS with our concern, we were told that the price we paid ($2000 more than we had been told, and $1500 more than KBB value) was just the price of the car, and we should have purchased an extended warranty... which we were never offered. We had more than one sales person on our purchase, so it is definitely possible something got lost in translation (not to mention that, again, I realize this is partially our own fault), but I will never be doing business with DARCARS again. If the vehicle had been the original price we had been told and they had been upfront about the repairs, this would not have been an issue at all, but I feel lied to on numerous occasions.

I recently purchased a Chevy Tahoe from these people I found the service of Ahmed, Ray the service manager and Corrina to be exceptional I had read some bad reviews but was surprised that my experience was quite different. They were very straight forward on the pricing, there where a few minor issues that they went over above service on. they met my needs and standards I would highly recommend them in the future and would consider them for a future purchase here or pass them along to one of my friends or family

Bought a gmc from here everything seemed good at first. It hasnt even been a year and this thing blew up. Funny thing is it had low miles. I wouldnt trust these guys to cook an egg.

This review is about Geico repairs that I had recently done at this shop. I dropped my car there for repairs that had 16k miles on it and when I picked it up in 5 days, it had 16130 miles! Of course they lied to me that they never drove my car anywhere besides the parking lot! This is just ridiculous and so frustrating as this is a pure lie and those people are just doing it so shamelessly! Never ever i go to this shop again and never recommend it to anyone!

I came in to buy a Toyota 4runner. The General Mangaer I.J Jemli was really amazing and welcoming. The whole process went really smoothly. They accepted a personal check, payment was no hassle, and also fixed a few minor things that I pointed out.. They even gave me a tag for 30 days to drive it back to Chicago. I would strongly recommend coming here to buy pre-owned vehicles.The salesperson Jon was also great, he was super accommodating, and even stayed longer to get the whole vehicle detailed and cleaned up.

Total bait and switch con job artists....I was willing to buy a car directly off the internet only going by what was listed!! (5 hour drive) I had all financing in place and ready to place a down payment....it took salesman 2 days to get permission from management.....then I get the sorry car was sold story. All because they wont take a deposit over the phone.....funny though - car was still listed.....I contacted them using a different name and email inquiring about the same car.... Oh yes, car is available.....come by to see it..... i guarantee that the car never existed and was bait to get buyers in the dealership.....please dont chance it.And my response to the dealership owners response: someone left the barn door open when reviews like mine are the majority....you have a big problem...

Please read this before considering a purchase from DarCars:Buying a vehicle from them has been the worst financial decision I have ever made. I bought a car in the middle of my pricerange for $7,500. Within two days of of purchase it would not start. They refused any kind of compensation, discount, or a flat out return, which is what I wanted. Instead they charged the battery. Several days later it wouldn’t start again; they replaced the battery.Roughly a month after purchase, it wouldn’t shift out of park. They repaired it again, replacing a small, cheap plastic piece and never looking at the rest of the transmission.Within 9 months of purchase, the car leaked coolant at an extreme rate, heat and ac didn’t work. $1,200 later, an extremely labor extensive repair was completed by another shop. Note that it would’ve cost more, but I was given a discount by this particular shop.Currently, the ac and heat have stopped working again, it leaks coolant again, and it has transmission issues again, this time much more significant and costly.I have spent over $3,500 repairing this vehicle, cheapest quote for a used transmission swap is $1,200. Several hundred more to fix the coolant issue, ac and heat at the cheap end of the scale. If these cheap repairs don’t work, it will cost well over 1,000 to fix.Additionally, every time the vehicle needs to be repaired I am forced to pay an exorbitant amount for Uber rides to work and once for a tow truck.Please learn from my mistake and do not purchase a vehicle here. Ignore the pushy sales tactics and absolutely do not purchase their warranty that is overpriced and ineffective.

Bad experience waited 4 hrs. to be almost ripped off but I walked out the deal .The car was priced at 4,700 they tried to charge me 6,000 and the salemans said it was because of my bad credit but then the manager said the 4,700 was a cash price only which is B.S. because there are cars on there site thats stated cash price only but the one I was trying to finance wasnt cash only price .They do try to help you finance a car and there very nice but I will not be returning or recommending this place .

I would not go to these guys again. I bought a used Mercedes Benz from them and after the deal was already made and I had committed to purchase the car, they informed me that they do not have the keys to the roof cargo on the top of the car and the manager on duty did not even have the decency or the professional courtesy to walk up to me and offer me even an apology, yet alone a compensation for the time and the money I have to spent getting a new set of keys for the cargo. After a month, I am still trying to find a solution for the issue which they knew about and did not tell me. Misrepresentation, intentional or out of negligence, must not be tolerated, even by a used car dealership. Also, they put that inspection sticker pretty quickly on any car that comes their way so that they can sell it, but as it was the case with my car, the wiper blades had to be replaced right away and no independent mechanic in their right mind would have issued a passing inspection for a car that needs the wiper blades to be replaced ASAP, amongst few other minor issues.I would stay away from this guy mostly because of their lack of professionalism and the fact that they not only lie to the customer’s face, even the managers treat customers with no respect whatsoever.

They almost sold us a car for our daughter that had a blown head gasket leaking oil, non-working windows, and was told it was all wheel drive when it was 2WD. Thank goodness we took it to a mechanic first.

I am a skeptic and a hard sell. I dont like the whole car buying process. We took my daughter to DARCARS to purchase her first vehicle. I prepared her for all the shady stuff that Ive seen dealerships do and told her wed walk out if things didnt go right. Bobby is a great salesman; helpful but not a bully and very patient. She bough her first car there; financing was easy and fair; no hidden fees, just straight up. Few weeks my husband and I came back and purchased his Christmas gift to me! Both times Bobby worked with us patiently, test driving and asking tons of questions until we were satisfied... even staying late (closing) to make sure we were pleased. The first car needed a very minor correction and passed inspection; the second car passed inspection immediately. DARCARS Fairfax just may have changed my opinion of the used car buying process. I went to meet a salesman named bobby who I talked to before I came about a 2002 Camry xle silver in color with about a 100 and something thousand miles look at the car the outside looked decent he told me to have a seat at his desk and he tried to go outside to start the car before I was out ther when he first started it I seen a good amount of smoke come from the tail pipe then I check the oil and it didn’t look right as if they mixed some Lucas oil treatment to make it stop burning oil as fast! THE CAR IS BURNING OIL BEWARE!

I have been coming to this location for my place of work the past five years and I am surprisingly very happy with the service that they have offered they have been consistent they have been fear and they have been for the most part efficient and getting the vehicle back to me because it is the only vehicle the company has.

I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Buying a car is always stressful but working with Saloua Souaini at Darcars Fairfax was perfect and stress free. She is beautiful, a professional and a sweetheart all in one. Jessica the finance lady was also beautiful and the best experience. I was so comfortable. She even fed me :). My husband and I have a place to come anytime we are in the market for a car and I’ve already started telling my family and friends about her also. Staff was a bit rude. More or less saw me as invisible, or thaught i was to broke to buy a car. The price of the car i wanted just seemed to keep going up. Got in and out in a day. Came back for a emissions test a few days later. Other than the sales guys, most of the staff seem to have attitudes. The cars are pretty decent, but the service is on the low end.

Horrible. Had the same emissions problem the other reviewer had. A couple thousand dollars later to repair the undisclosed issues to get the engine light off to the pass emissions... and more than one trip back. Now they are still refusing to issue plates because the vehicle didnt fail. They said no lights came on so the vehicle didnt fail but more miles need to be put on. 100 miles were put on just to get it back to the place. We were allegedly given a print out for the cost of parts needed to be repaired. First it was the wrong parts, second it was an incomplete list. Do not go to this place. You will absolutely regret it.

Gotta say, it was a very low pressure experience, Jon Thompson is great, the Finance guy is great,and I got a used car I like. A used car is just that, used. You take your chances. Nothing used is perfect. If you are broke and cant afford anything to go wrong, go buy a new Hyundai. I love my used car and would recommend this place, its a business, so remember that,they are there to make money and sell you a dream. My dream came true with my car. Most of the negative reviews sound like people that are never happy.
