These are some of the most professional, honest, kind, and competent people I have met in this area - in any industry. I took my car in under an insurance claim with some damage. They kept me fully informed throughout the whole process, and gave me prompt honest estimates and gave me options for various repairs I could make or put off until a later date. Adam and Freddie in particular were great about calling and leaving detailed voicemails, explaining everything clearly and succinctly. I felt valued as a customer and I recommend them to anyone.

Caliber collision repaired my car from a hit and run and they did an awesome job. They matched the paint well, lined all the panels up perfectly. Substantial repainting of car was necessary to repair damage caused by brake fluid which was sprayed on vehicle by a car behind me that was involved in an accident. The team did a fantastic and highly professional job fixing all this damage and repainting about 30% of the vehicle, including some panel replacement. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision for any repair large or small. I was rear-ended on 66, they had my car was ready early and looking like new. They kept me informed the entire time my car was in the shop through text messages and were available by phone if I had any questions. My entire experience from dropping my car off to picking it up could not have gone any smoother. They went above and beyond and although I hope to not get in another accident if I do they will be one of my first calls.

Manager Adam, and front desk staff assistant Cindy, were very professional and kept me informed each step of the repairs. Fantastic location for car repairs. Use this location. I brought my 3 series BMW in for a broken door. I dropped my car off, Enterprise came and dropped off a rental car for me, I drove off the lot, Caliber called me back 6 days later (and kept me updated daily), I drove my rental car in, picked up my BMW, and left the rental car there. The whole process was so streamlined, so smooth and so easy. I was never at Caliber for more than 15 minutes. So quick and so efficient and they took care of all the notification and facilitation for me. Highly highly recommend.

USAA sent me to this shop after a break-in occurred on my Honda Civic, these guys (and gals) are a class act through and through. Got me in without an appointment, wrote a complete estimate and had the car done before I could even finish being upset about what happened to my car. Caliber collision was a life saver! Not only did they get me in quickly after my accident, they were very patient and kind in explaining the process, followed up with me to give me updates as they fixed my car, and they finished it three days earlier than expected! When I went to pick up my car, I was on a time crunch, and of course that is when my bank flagged my transaction as fraud. In order to leave with my car the only option was for me to go to the bank and get a certified check. My ride had already left and I was stressed to make it back to work. Adam, Bobby, and the front desk staff worked with me and followed me to my bank in order to pick up a certified check. I didn’t even have to return to the collision center. Man where do I start. Adam and his team at the Fairfax location have helped me and my family on multiple occasions. The most recent being with my 2010 Avalanche that needed the entire right side replaced after I was tboned. Geico was very difficult with us to complete the repair, but that’s another story. Adam and his team returned my truck better than new! Cindy was very friendly over the phone and I believe the gentleman’s name was Bobby, he even reminded me where my gas level was when I came to pick up my truck. They continuously pay attention to detail. They’re an absolute pleasure to work with and you can trust that with all the headaches that come with an automobile collision, they will NOT be one of those headaches. I will continue to return with any auto body needs I come across. Even last year I hit a deer and the turn around time for me to get my truck back was very fast. The work was fantastic. Excellent customer service and quality repair

I have had nothing but great experiences with this shop. I had my relatively new Toyota Highlander repaired at a shop close to this one, lets just say it was off of route 50, at the recommendation of my insurance USAA. There were some issues in regards to white paint residue over my windshield and black plastic trim, obviously sloppy work. When I called my insurance company to see what could be done they suggested I take the car to this location for a second opinion. Not only did they correct the issues to my complete satisfaction, they did it while I waited, and expected no money from me or my insurance. It is hard to find people who you can trust in todays world, I am glad to say if I ever need any future car repairs, I know exactly who to go to in order to have the job done right the first time!

Shop repaired my Volvo with USAA, THEY ARE AMAZING. Having a new car that has been damaged is always stressful (especially when it has less than 1000 miles) I was concerned with paint color matching and what kind of parts they use but my vehicle was repaired with all genuine OEM parts and the paint looks flawless. Great job!

Ive had to use Caliber twice to repair side-swipes to my car. (First time, another vehicle scraped my car, and the second time, I scraped a garage column.) Both times, my car was returned to me looking brand new. Theyre undeniably awesome at body and paint work.

My wife had body work done here and so did I. They did an amazing job and were very friendly. Im taking my car back to touch up the front bumper from another body shop that didnt paint it correctly. Highly recommend this place for body work and paint.

I, unfortunately, has my car totaled. Caliber took care of all of the interactions with my insurance (USAA). All I had to do was to drop my car off and, after it had been totaled by insurance, go back and pick my stuff up. It was as easy as can be.

Did an excellent job repairing body damage to my car. Prompt and efficient. Recommended by my insurance company. Part of a national chain or franchise.

Under promise and over deliver is not Caliber Collisions mantra. I was told a week to week and a half and 20 days later I got my car back and then they still needed me to bring it back for a couple more pieces to replace. I had to call or email about the status as they were not proactive about providing me regular/periodic updates or to tell me why there were delays. I will say they did a good job, but overall, it was a frustrating experience. I would not take my car back there again.

In many respects, this experience was unpleasant and a bit frustrating:- Work not requested or explicitly stated not to be done was done and charged; situation relatively resolved by directly contacting my insurance. Initially, i was paying for the repair, so i left the car for estimate (free), and explicitly said not to do anything until i confirmed. The same day i opened the claim with the insurance and at noon, before any thing had been done to the car, i called to not do anything to the car as the insurance required me take my car to another location for the insurance to cover the repair, and that i would pick my car up later. Then i went, and the contact said it was disassembled. Then the next day the person wanted to charge me for whatever they did i said NOT to do.- Repair took much longer than expected; previous experiences at other locations for similar repairs took a couple of days.- Email updates were unsubstantial: repair is ongoing or contacting insurance to finish work... It should include pitures of the repairs, or say we need more time on the body shop ... Or details on body shop done, painting will happen tomorrow. I did not receive more than one call in the whole repair period. I had to call to get more clarifications.- Repair finished 2 days after the initial ETA date. There was absolutely no communication on why the delay.- When finally picking up my car, my car had one more dent, and the spare tire space was extremely dusty. They took my car back and repaired/cleaned on the same day. Later after pickup, i noticed the interiors showed traces of the same dust throughout. In places, the dust seemed wiped with a wet cloth leaving traces of dirty water in the dash behind the wheel. Also the window switches (hard to reach places) showed dust also.

Terrible place!!!! Just bump up estimates so the insurance companies can total loss vehicles. They gave an estimate for my vehicle that was completely inaccurate. They stated that things were needed on the estimate even when there was no damage to it, bumped up the estimate to over 7k when the actual repairs were maybe around 2-3k. Do not trust this shop or caliber collision at all!!!!!!!

I dropped off my 2014 Range Rover for simple rear bumper repair.when i picked it up 3 weeks later, my two high end sunglasses worth nearly $700 were missing.In addition, someone had taken the car for a joy ride to the tune of 500miles.I have all paper work to prove that someone had put an additional 500miles on the vehicle during those 3 weeks that they had the car.I have filed a police report for larceny of the sunglasses, and for unlawful use of a vehicle

I was commuting from work the day before my birthday near Tysons Corner mall when while stopped in bumper to bumper traffic someone rear-ended me for not paying attention. Since it was a traffic jam on the backstreets of the mall on a Friday afternoon, the person that hit wasn’t traveling at lighting speed, however, he hit me with enough force to jolt my neck and hear a lot of car parts crunching. Upon review of the damage it appeared to be minimal, of which someone else may have dismissed it and been on their way, but I knew that just because my naked eye couldn’t see much other than cosmetic imperfections anew to my rear bumper I still should file a claim to find out just what damage had been caused beneath the bumper. Now, since the guy that hit me was insured out of state and not a corporate huge insurance company, when i filed the claim they left it on me to choose bodyshop of my choice to generate the estimate for repair. The first place that came to my mind was Caliber Collision Fairfax! I called them, explained to them what I needed, they made an appointment for me to come in for an estimate within 3 days, wasting no time to keep the ball rolling on this claim. I came into their shop, Dustin was super helpful and informative while performing the spot estimate explaining the end to end process articulately and for my benefit so we’re on the same page and to set my expectations, a sign of excellence in customer service! Rare find in today’s market of self serve and apps for everything. Urgency was top priority for Caliber Collision Fairfax in expediting their estimate of the damage to the insurance company enabling them to then keep my claim moving along throughout the process life cycle. Upon approval by the insurance company, all the i’s dotted and t’ crossed, i was able to call Caliber Collision Fairfax for another appointment to bring in my car for actual repairs and again effortless scheduling based around my convenience thanks to Jasmine as well! Since Caliber Collision Fairfax syncs up with Enterprise Rental Company i was in my rental the same day i dropped my car off for repairs and on my way leaving nothing to be pondered upon as to the details of my repairs. Dustin, amongst others from Caliber Collision Fairfax Im sure, took such an attention to detail all along their process of repairs that I received texts (optional to receive not mandatory) of any and every update so I knew exactly what was occurring with my car every step of the way. That is consistent customer service done without hesitance, terrific! The day my repairs were complete, I received notice i could come by to pick up my car at my convenience and words cannot describe with which workmanship, which is guaranteed for life as it were, Caliber Collision Fairfax had done to repair my rear bumper. As if i went in for a facial, rejuvenation to a spa and came out feeling brand new & refreshed the rear bumper was not only fixed/restored as it was the day i drove my car newly purchased from the lot, Caliber Collision Fairfax took the time to wash my car to such a detail that it would’ve easily cost me $35-$50 elsewhere for such a cleaning. One signature to pick up my car from Adam and I was ready to be back on the road! Listen folks, its not rocket science that a vehicle going through the process of repair(s) is a mundane matter and everyone will experience it at least once in the life of which ever vehicle they own, however, the attention to detail, mark of excellence, consistency in meeting expectations and the genuine people skills with which Dustin, Adam and Jasmine and everyone from Caliber Collision Fairfax expedited my claim is above & beyond noteworthy! This has been the most pleasuring experience I have ever had! being in the customer service field myself I understand how important it is to have outstanding customer service. Adam Wortman is a model employee for that facility. He is extremely kind and courteous. He was able to answer all my question in the clearest way possible. Bobby was very professional

They used aftermarket parts on my vehicle, when I specifically asked for full OEM Ford Motorcraft parts, and Ive had to send it back twice now. The first time for failing my once over inspection, and the second time for having scratched the new body work that they put on.

Horrible customer service.I was waiting there for 15min while the guy at the front desk was talking. A male customer came and told him that he would be with him shortly. He made it seem like I was not there . I said excuse me and very rudly he responded DONT YOU SEE THAT IM WITH A CUSTOMER I waited even more and when he finally talked to me I asked him if I could get and estimate for the scratch and he responded that we cant do that today 😡😡😡😡😠 if they dont want customers thats fine. This was May 9 2016 at 8-9
