I rate W.T. Auto Body the best body shop Ive had to use. I was skeptical that any body shop could repair my new Acura with all of its computerized technology. I even called Mike, the owner and he patiently answered all of my questions. Ten days later I picked up my car and it looked brand new and all of the advanced technology worked! Mike and his staff did a great job matching the paint and the car was very clean and well cared for while his staff worked on it. I would recommend WT if you have a luxury car or a family car. They were great.

These guys are great. I used W&T for several years until I had cars that were set for dealer service. Recently, I needed some bodywork done, and David made it easy. They took care of some other scratches in the area without charging, and came in under the estimate. Mike and David run a great shop, and I recommend them without hesitation.

Ive never had such good service at a body shop. This was truly a top-notch experience. You know how you always have that uneasy feeling when you take your car in? Leave that yucky feeling at home, friend, because these guys are going to take good care of you. Literally, best customer service experience Ive ever had, anywhere, that involved a car.

So I am convinced that David at WT Auto Body is the closest thing we have here on Earth to an angel.I got into a minor accident and had a few issues with the bumper: the usual paint scratches, bent license plate, sagging underside, a missing fog light cover. I go to the dealership for a price estimate, thinking they have great reviews and wont overcharge. THEY quote me $700-900, claiming they have to remove the entire bumper in order to shove the underside back into place, and then they give me an additional estimate for another $150-300 to get the bumper detailed (meaning theyd buff out some of the paint scratches, as they dont have the tools to paint it over).I went to WT Auto Body for another set of estimates on a Friday; my dad has been a loyal customer for years. David greets me and listens while I explain the whole deal with the car, and when I get to the part about the sagging bumper, he literally gets up from behind his desk, walks outside and over to my car parked in the lot, pulls out a screwdriver - and in five minutes, he has the entire underside pushed back in place with zero evidence there had ever been anything wrong with it in the first place. He even straightened out my license plate for me while he was there. We walk back inside, and I ask him how much for the bumper fix; he waves me off and said he wouldnt charge me for something as small as that.A $700-900 fix! Done in five minutes, in front of me, and completely free of charge.In the end, all I had to pay for was the labor and paint costs for repainting my replacement fog light cover, and he had it done by the very next business day. David even called the dealership for a free replacement license bracket, as mine was unsalvageable from the accident - something he actually called me to offer to do! And if that wasnt enough, he buffed the bumper for me after installing the fog light cover - my 14 year old car looks almost new.I spent $70 at WT Auto Body for $1000+ fix, and the next time I come back for my regular car inspection, Im bringing David cookies.

Mike was great........they had it done on time and the work is fantastic. I hope I dont have to see these guys again...but If my car needs body work done again...thats where Im going. Thank you for a professional job. Car looks brand new.

Brought our totaled camry in for an assessment ie. whether to repair or not. I think it was John who provided me with an informal estimate. I thought it could come in lower or at least close to what Progressive would give us for the wreck. Well, John and W.T. wrote up an extensive and detailed estimate which pretty much made my decision to purchase a used vehicle. This is the thing though, W.T. would not take a payment for the estimate. That alone had me come back for them to mount tires (that Id bought online) on my 4runner. Price was ridiculously reasonable.Then, no fault of theirs, they replaced a tire stem at no cost when a leak began after one week. They wouldnt let me pay. So yeah, Im going back. Had another stem needing replacement and I had them perform an inspection as well. Go there! Great relaxing (and clean) waiting area with large screen and sports on. When you find a professional and honest and clean shop you just go back. Until Im proven otherwise I would recommend W.T. to my mom and dad. Only thing Id recommend to them would be a snack and soda machine. But you know, that would only detract from what they have going there. Just stop at a 7-eleven b4 your appointment.

The most honest repair shop I have EVER been to. The work is impeccable and the guys are fantastic. Im moving out of Fairfax next month but will gladly drive the 15 miles (30 drive time, thx DC traffic) to keep bringing my cars here. Highly recommend!

Have tried to use WT for local, non-major service for many years.Lately, they seem much less interested in doing inspections and other minor jobs.Although it seems that they are very anxious to accommodate some customers, particulary their Korean customers.Thats all fine but they should then not hold themselves out as wanting new customers or to do inspections and similar.I will be going elsewhere.JimFairfax, Va

Brought my car in for a dash light problem. Turned out to be a sensor. As it turned out, the part was under warranty. I guessed the part and labor to probably be around $80-120. They replaced it and charged the part and labor to the manufacturer. The guys down there did not double dip and come after me for labor. Im originally from St. Louis and a good mechanic was something I drover 40 miles for. These guys are good and honest.

I used this shop for vehicle repairs that were covered by the insurance company. Mike was extremely responsive and professional. Great customer service, definitely recommend.

HONEST and FAIR shop! My family has three vehicles and we have always used WT Auto for repairs and maintenance. They have historically done a great job, but recently one of their mechanics broke the clock spring in the steering column when removing the dash and also replaced bad front axles with after market axles that ended up being faulty as well. In frustration we went to another shop to have the vehicle repaired correctly. I expected a headache trying to get reimbursed but WT made it right and refunded the cost of the initial repairs with minimal push back. I will definitely use them again. 9 times out 10 they have done great work and I know they are honest. Just finding a shop I can trust that doesn’t always try to up charge you for all kinds of things you didn’t bring the vehicle in for is worth my repeat business.

I was told I needed new brake pads, due to mine being very worn out. When I went home and had my dad take it to his regular mechanic, they stated that the pads were less than half way worn. I guess they were just trying to rip off a college student.

Went here for a car inspection and the guy spoke to me like I was bothering him. Stink face, short answers and didn’t even make eye contact. Needless to say, I will not be going back here for any type of service and neither should anything looking to be treated like a valued customer.I’d give them 1 start but an inspection is hard to f up.
