Hey first time accident here and I was not really sure on how the procedure of how to go about getting repairs and handling the INS as they made it very complicated. Not going to state the company but they wanted me to go to one of there preferred shops, ha not doing that I wanted to go through Toyota, come to know Ourisman Collision Center is the only Certified Repair FACILITY for Toyota. Thanks to Hitesh over at Chantilly was able to inform me and properly guide me on what I would need to do for a smooth and easy repair process. Would 100 percent recommend to anyone and everyone!

Great location to Great Body Work. Had my car brought in for what I believed was a piece that needed to be re-painted, however they cleaned it up and buffed out whatever it was FREE of charge!! Appreciate their time ( especially Michael ) and were a great help and relief. All they ask was to come back to them! Easy Enough! Great people here. ALSO TURNS OUT THEY ARE CERTIFED IN ALOT MORE THAN TOYOTA. I got to sneak peak at there placards.

I was referred to Algie Gentry to do the repair work on my husband’s car. He was extremely professional and did an outstanding job. They used all Toyota parts and the car looks brand new.

I brought my Lexus here couple months ago and I’m not the type of person to make a review, however never have I ever gotten a follow up call from a Body Shop, that is what really led me to write this review to let everyone else know that not only was my experience from check in to pick up was super easy and not much effort needed from me. Hitesh was especially informative on how the repair procedure works and he explained what I was to expect heading into the repair process. Charlene was very helpful with setting up my rental and even accommodating to a cancellation I had due to a family emergency, will be back, god forbid I get into a another accident but I know who to go through to make it simple for me! No problems 2 months in thanks again for checking with me.

It wasnt my first time having to get my car repaired, but it definitely was the first time I had such great service! I was expecting to dread the process another time but then I met with Michael Kim. He made it very easy for me and explained all the steps. Throughout the repairs, if I had any questions I would call and ask Mike. He would answer all my questions and constantly give me updates. When i came to get my car, damn! Was I blown away by the flawless work. It was so clean I could eat off it and the attention to detail was amazing. I appreciate Michael and the ourisman team, they went above and beyond for me and now I am a loyal customer. Id crash my car again just to experience their service. Highly recommend.

Although circumstances caused my car to remain for a week, and he couldnt deliver on his own personal deadline, he still impressed me with his willingness to stay on top of my body shop experience. He not only made the whole process seamless, but lifted a huge stress and burden that comes with a automobile collision off my shoulders. just WOW, I’ve never received such outstanding process that almost made me enjoy the whole ordeal. Very attentive and never missed a day updating me on the status of my vehicle and repairs. Being new to the area, we were unsure where to bring our car after a fender bender. Im definitely bringing my car here, met Hitesh Down at Ourisman service and he let me know on how to go about filing a claim with Geico and made it simple for me to navigate that on my own and put me in touch with David to set up my apt. who was also very helpful in setting my apt. I just wanted to share with the world how professional the employees at Ourisman Fairfax Toyota Collision Center are! Someone hit the front of my car and I had a red scuff and chipped paint. I went to different shops and I was surprised that Toyotas Collision Center had the best pricing!!! Everyone knows that vehicle issues are a burden, but the employees here, made this experience the least stressful it could possibly be. After I received the estimate, they were able to schedule an appointment that accommodated with my work schedule and they fixed my vehicle in a timely manner! Lastly, these employees are not only professional, but they are so kind. I felt like they cared for me and my concerns and didnt just see me as a dollar sign. I will for sure me going back to Ourisman Fairfax Toyota Collision Center whenever I need something fixed!

Since moving to the DC metro area a few years ago, Ive been fortunate enough to only need body service twice. Once from steering my car into a pole in a garage and the other from a fender bender on 66... Both times I went to Ourisman to get my work done- I originally went to them because I get my regular tuneups done at their location down the road, and it was very close to my old apartment. I went back to them a second time because they do such a great job.Their service is great - Ive always been able to get in and out with little wait, just filling out insurance forms. They take a look at your vehicle with you and have an eye for detail- theyre able to pick out damage even where I didnt realize it was so bad. Even though I had thought my car was mostly fine from the fender bender, they did a thorough inspection and found there was a lot more internal damage that required replacing a fair number of parts. It ended up taking a couple weeks, but by the time I got my car back it was good as new.Hoping I wont need to see them again soon, but Im glad to know exactly where to take my car for repairs. Their attention to detail is what makes it worth it - as when they restore the body theyre also focused on making sure all of the lines and details are restored correctly.

Needing to get your car repaired during a pandemic and right before Christmas is never a stress-free situation. But the production manager, David Martin, not only took the time to personally speak to me on the phone and in person, he helped ease the situation and made sure to keep me updated on the status of my car. He couldn’t help the fact that some parts were back-ordered but he understands the meaning of customer service. Ultimately, my car was ready before Christmas and the quality is great!!

I went there not knowing too much about vehicles and how how everything works. But they were really great throughout the whole process. They explained what they were going to do upfront and honest! I will be recommending all my friends to come here! Big shout out to Al and Micheal!

Great experience getting my car repaired. Staff was very friendly kept me updated as to progress. Once I submitted my insurance claim they did all of the follow up paperwork with the insurance company. Car looked brand new afterwards. Would highly recommend.

I chose to send my brand new 2020 RAV4 here for service after a minor accident and Ourisman’s Collision Center took care of everything. Most notably, they dealt with the nightmare insurance company that I have and kept me up to date along the way. Once the insurance company did their job properly, Ourisman had my repairs completed well in advance of their estimated completion date.Customer service is the highest priority at Ourisman and the quality of the work/repairs is on the same level.I will continue to come to Ourisman no matter what needs servicing, whether it be a basic oil change or a full on front end replacement. This is the shop to go to!

The work itself looked good. Giving 3 stars due to bad customer service. First off, getting an update on the status of my repair was like pulling teeth. The bigger issue came when they told me my car would be ready on a certain day. They called me 2 hours before they close that day to tell me they ordered the wrong part and I would have to wait for them to get that part in. I was on my way to pick up my car when they called. They just seem really disorganized. I thought I would get better service here because I have a Toyota but that was definitely not the case. Ive had good experiences at Bill Page Honda in the past so Ill likely be going there next time I need body work done.

Completely incompetent, they will lie about car info just to try and make a sale... talking about a Tacoma 4 cylinder is almost a hybrid because it has a smaller motor... just completely ridiculous.

Rip offs, overly pushy. Cant even get inside and out of 5 degree weather without someone shoving a sales pitch down your throat. Misinformation on vehicles, sales men really clueless about vehicles they show, excuses as to why carfax is wrong, inpatient for you to hurry and buy a car.
