Before coming to this location, we went to five other stores. None of them were able to match the exceptional customer service that Kevin provided. He set us up on the Mattress testing equipment, and showed us several options. We were in and out of the store within 15 minutes!Delivery was great, driver arrived right on time and setup the mattress and box spring, taking the plastic covers with them.We definitely will be coming back to Kevin for our next mattress!

We were able to use their sleep technology as well, which is new and unique. We had a hiccup in our order and Andre took care of the issue with professionalism and great customer service. I have to say. I’ve had a bad experience at a previous location but decided to go try a different location and I’m glad I did. I highly suggest getting your mattress from this store. Andre was very helpful and professional. He gave me lots of useful tips while looking at the mattresses and helped me to pick my ideal mattress. You will be able to do a test in store to see which mattress is good for your body. Andre knows the product really well and will guide you through the process. While shopping for the mattress I didnt feel like he was trying to push me to buy the product but rather told me to take my time and make sure I pick what I like.

The gentlemen at MW in Fairfax Towne Center were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They showed us options and did not try to upsell. It was easy to pick what we wanted and would recommend them to anyone shopping for a mattress.

The salesman was fantastic. My wife came in saying she wanted a firm mattress. He educated us that most people arent aware of what they really needed, and that getting the spine properly aligned was the most important. He had a diagnostic bed he put us on that mapped out our pressure points and suggested our necessary levels of resistance. The results were different than what we expected coming in, and that was pleasing to find out. He showed us their recommended beds and one of them worked perfectly for the both of us. We were going to shop around as this was our first stop, but the price was actually quite reasonable. The salesman was on point, the price was right, and we found what we wanted, so we placed the order right there. Glad to have a happy wife now.

Very good mattress store! The man who helped us was Andrè, and he was exceptionally helpful. My fiance and I visited as we are looking for our first mattress. We were led to a machine that actually measured us and diagnosed what kind of mattress we needed most for our spines - like firm or soft or medium. Andrè showed us around to multiple options and was super easy to interact with. He was friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Would recommend!

I have to admit, I am not a fan of the whole mattress buying experience. Never have been. Not up until now. From the moment we walked into the store I felt like the red carpet was rolled out with dinner and wine (chocolates and water) were waiting for us. It was like we had a reservation or something. In all seriousness, Andre was courteous and professional from hello. He made the experience as seamless as possible. I usually walk out with buyers remorse in similar situations but not today. He made sure we had the perfect mattress. Technology to aid in the process by making sure our bodies would be a perfect fit was a nice touch. Came in today’s it’s the intention of browsing, but with Mr. Eric’s absolutely above and beyond help, we ended up finding the PERFECT mattress for my girlfriends rooms. He was patient, kind, and at some point I forgot I was shopping for a mattress because he was just so darn friendly. This was the best experience I could have asked for. Marshall really made everything easier for me and my husband with our exchange of our tempurpedic. The mattress was too soft for my back and I have had to sleep on the couch because the pain was too much. He suggested for us to use the BedMatch (which although we have been to two other Mattress Warehouses and was not aware at all this existed) which calculates and recommends which mattresses are the best for our body type! Amazing experience! Andre Sapp took a considerable amount of time and effort to find the best mattress for us. This wasnt based on what felt the softest or the firmest to us, but on science. Mattress Warehouse has a new sleep diagnostic system call Bed Match. It completely changed our perceptions on what we thought was the right sleeping surface for us. We had a wonderful experience shopping for our new king mattress. We first came in to browse and made it clear that it was our first trip out to look. The manager on duty didnt pester or follow us around the store, but was available to answer our questions. We returned a week later to purchase after looking online and at two other stores (where we were endlessly hounded by sales personnel!). The customer service was fantastic. I went to Mattress Mattress in desperate need for a good mattress. I did at least 30 hours of research on the Internet for a mattress. Yassin did such a great job in helping me find the right mattress from using the Bed Match, to providing such great information on different mattresses and he help me find the right one. The customer service was excellent. Yassin didn’t pressure sell me. He just provided relevant information. Great job.

The manager, Andre was great. He spent a ton of time with us reviewing several different models and features. We went with a motorized adjustable bed and new mattress. Scheduling delivery was easy. They called when they said they would call and delivered exactly when they said they would deliver. The team set up the bed, reviewed the instructions to ensure we were knowledgeable about the features, and cleared all the packaging before leaving.

This was my first time buying a mattress on my own and it turned out to be amazingly easy! Easier than I was expecting. Going in I had no idea what I needed besides the size of the mattress. They have a special bed you lay on for just two minutes called bedMatch which is a diagnostic sleep system. It uses your body’s pressure points along with other measurements to determine the best mattress for your body. This really helped narrow down the options. Andre was super helpful. He was also very knowledgeable and helped me narrow the choices down to the perfect one for me that also met my budget. I had no idea buying a new bed was so stress free. 10/10 would recommend :)

When I walked into Mattress Warehouse I had no idea that I’d walk out having purchased a mattress. I’m kind of a skeptic with mattress stores because they have always seemed to be very sales-y and cheap. I have been proven wrong. Andre was superb.
